10/11/2024: It is a central café, in the heart of the city, bus station, near the Tourist Office. You have a large free public car park which is also central. All this allows you on foot to take the bus or to visit the city, like the Roger Salengro avenues which faces the café with the sunflower restaurants (gastro), terminus (brasserie style), a pretty bar too, always straight on the street shopping area and at the end old Clermont, it is also in the central car park adjoining the café that there is a flea market on Sundays.

29/12/2024: Frankly, I advise against... 1 hour to serve 2 dishes out of 4... I remark to the waiter who tells me that I'm not in the profession... it's just the basis of trying to serve the dishes at the same time and that customers should not wait an additional 10 minutes to be served with mussels and fries... Concerning the dishes, tasteless cuttlefish and octopus... And a lot of empty mussels...
It is clear that we will never go back there again!

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle.
I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing.
I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's.
I strongly advise against this establishment.
06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess?
In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted.
Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

17/01/2025: Go there just for the smile of the waitress!! It's worth it!! I left 1 cent.
11/01/2025: I don't know if the two people who served us are there every day but they clearly don't like working here, they are not welcoming at all and when they came to ask me what I wanted I got the feeling of disturbing them. The dishes are not great, except the shrimp which are really terrible and have a rather worrying taste.

Good welcome with a smile very well placed on the edges of the quays not far from the city center without the inconvenience of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Don't expect ultra-fast service because everything is done on site at the minute, which guarantees a very good quality of dishes served and frankly you will not be disappointed.
It's more than a recommendation, it's an obligation to stop there

10/10/2023: A thoroughly unpleasant experience.
Dirty place, uninterested young staff, no service - quite literally, so after waiting half an hour at a filthy table for someone to take our order I tried speaking to a young waiter. He immediately made the excuse that his collègue would serve us. No one appeared, yet later we saw this same young lad taking an order from a table which had just arrived,.
My wife and I got up and walked out.
You've been warned.
09/10/2023: The two behind the counter are friendly, the barman does a good job, although he probably lacks proper cocktail glasses. But the woman with the baseball cap in the service was really bad. Apparently only interested in service from friends.

23/08/2024: Que ce soit le patron ou la patronne, deux individus très méprisables qui sont juste là pour faire de l'oseille, comme beaucoup d'autre commerçants de cette region d'ailleur. Le poulet aucune saveur . Là petite mamie 100m plus loin est bien plus acceuillante.
18/08/2024: La paella est excellente que je commande pour emporter, très belle présentation dans le plat. Elle fait toujours sensation lorsque je présente le plat à mes amis
