03/12/2024: We had an aperitif on the terrace which we fetched from inside. Then I went to the toilet, very disappointed, extremely DIRTY, came out straight away (without doing anything). Filth everywhere. I told my husband, we don't eat here, if the kitchen is like the toilet... yuck

13/01/2026: I'm rarely this categorical, but this time I was shocked. The first issue is the wait to be seated—over 10 minutes to be served... Especially since they could see the crowds were growing and didn't seem particularly rushed... They were overflowing with four tables while the rest were empty... Once we'd endured the long wait to be seated, taking our order took even longer, despite having three children at the table! The worst part was their microwave: it took 30 minutes to heat a baby food dish that only took one minute in ours... Perhaps it's time to replace it! When we ordered, we were told that more than half the menu was unavailable! If they'd told us that from the start, we would have gone to the cafeteria next door! We ordered anyway; the kids were hungry. We had no choice! And it took even longer! 30 minutes for four portions of fries, a hot dog, nuggets, and me, the red meat... Not a word of apology or anything! Fortunately, or perhaps unfortunately, they didn't ask if the meal was alright... As an aside, the table before us had placed an order, and they came back 30 minutes later to tell them they were out of what they had ordered! A disgrace for a Buffalo Grill franchise. The manager should really test his restaurant and hire competent staff. The meat was incredibly fatty and sinewy at €24 a piece. It's a disgrace. I won't be going back and I strongly advise against it. Go to the cafeteria instead; you'll be better received and served! I gave it three stars for the atmosphere because of the friendliness with the other customers who were in the same situation as us! 17/09/2025: Coming as a family for the Brescoudos, we have been going to this restaurant for years, because the food has always been excellent. But this year, what a disappointment: the room was empty, my children were called to order because they were considered too "lively" when there was no one around, the prices were exorbitant and the atmosphere completely oppressive. We will not go back there and will instead continue to go to Jungle Beach, right next door, where the service is nothing like that! Tourists, locals and especially families, run away!

25/09/2025: We had a €17.50 meal at the restaurant. The room was freezing, the decor varied and all jumbled up; we had to keep our jackets on while eating. We already had trouble understanding the menu. The starters were generous, but nothing hot, just raw vegetables. The main course consisted of two roast beef and pork with fries. The arrival of the plate disappointed us: four slices of meat as thick as cold cigarette papers. No flavor, resembling a "hospital" meal. The meal ended there; you had to pay extra for dessert. We won't be back.

14/04/2025: It's a shame not to have a chair to sit on so you have to go to the restaurant next door and have a drink so as not to feel stupid I don't recommend this place at all

19/11/2025: I was harassed right from the entrance because they started charging for entry. Seriously, since when does a bar charge?! The toilets were of dubious hygiene. It was unbearably hot, even though there were fans that weren't even on—unbelievable! The drinks were outrageously expensive. Really disappointed.

19/09/2024: We had been there 6 years ago and it was very good. But in September 2024 we were refused a table although it was free because it was 1:00 p.m. This allowed us to try a restaurant 50m away, much more professional where we enjoyed ourselves.
