15/07/2026: Arrived 3 hours early to enjoy the France-Spain semi-final. During the match, the picture was blurry and kept freezing, resulting in a delay of several minutes compared to the live broadcast due to insufficient bandwidth. It wasn't the first match of the tournament, so the problem was certainly known to those in charge. It would have been appropriate to inform them of this upon arrival, as I had clearly stated my intention. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and the tapas were excellent, except for the croutons, which were far too dry (they just need to be left out for less time).

The grilled vegetable salad had far too much lettuce, too much feta, and wasn't very good. The oysters weren't fresh. The wine, on the other hand, was very good, and the chocolate fondant was also delicious. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it at all, except perhaps for a single glass of wine, as the fourth course is magnificent.

The chef delivers from appetizer to dessert, using excellent local ingredients, prepared with finesse and care. The bill was very reasonable, and we had a very pleasant time. As a loyal customer since L'Eau Vive, coming every week, I too have experienced condescending and disrespectful behavior from the same cashier, Mariana, who is unpleasant. This has happened repeatedly. She can't differentiate between vegetables, which she counts at different prices, and speaks rudely to customers. If this bothers you, perhaps you should consider a career change, madam! You clearly lack the necessary qualities for a customer-facing position. She contacted a manager, who supported her. This nonchalant individual couldn't care less and refused to listen. The store no longer has the same values ​​as before. As I told this person, they have lost a loyal customer, and I will shop elsewhere. And, judging by the recent comments, I am not the only one reporting unacceptable treatment. You need to re-evaluate your approach and get some training. A word to the wise!
