18/04/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent ice cream. A big thank you for thinking of lactose-intolerant people like me and offering a very indulgent chocolate sorbet (and other very good sorbets as well).

17/04/2026: The prices are clearly too high considering the portion sizes, the ice cream scoops are quite small, and a crepe with only three tiny pieces of strawberry costs an extra €3, which is disappointing. The churros are bland; the ice cream is still good, but the portions aren't large enough to really enjoy it. The experience is also spoiled by the atmosphere; during service, there's tension between the employees, creating a real sense of discomfort for customers. It's a shame, especially since there are many other ice cream shops in Palavas that offer better value for money and a much more pleasant atmosphere.

10/04/2026: Good food Warning: ⚠️ Takeout orders: the prices on the restaurant's website menu are not up to date. Apparently, this hasn't been the case for a long time… €38 was listed, but they charged me €45. I asked for an explanation, and they told me I should check their Facebook page, not their website 😡 No gesture of goodwill whatsoever. A very dismissive response to a salty craving.

17/11/2025: A must-visit if you're in the Sète area; it has a little bit of a Portuguese feel, even though it's on the Mediterranean coast 🙂 We had bacalhau à bràs e prambas a la plancha: simply EXCELLENT 👍👍👍 We recommend it 300% and will definitely be back next time we're in the area 🤗

27/03/2026: Terrible service. We waited 30 minutes without even being offered a drink, only to be told she was busy and we had to wait. We wanted to support our African brothers and sisters, and this is the service we received. What a shame. We left hungry. Unbelievable.

We weren't familiar with this brasserie, but we immediately felt like we were staying with friends. I highly recommend this establishment if you're visiting the beautiful village of Caux, and I thank all the staff for their kindness and generosity.

09/04/2026: We've been coming to this pizzeria for years, and it's always a real pleasure! Their chicken curry paninis are simply excellent; we never get tired of them. Even though we no longer live nearby, we always make sure to come back whenever we can. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly, and the quality is always there. A place we remain loyal to with great pleasure!

30/04/2026: Restaurant review We had a very good meal; everything was excellent. The only downside was the price of the tartlet, which was also excellent, but 12 euros for a small tartlet is excessive. It's a shame, because you have to be realistic about the cost of living of the clientele.

29/04/2026: We came for lunch on the terrace today! A truly lovely stop. A charming welcome from Perle, and equally pleasant and impeccable service (the head waiter is very professional!). A magnificent view of the lake. We had the burger and the sole. Generous portions and excellent value for money and location. We will definitely be back. A must-try!

05/10/2025: The waitress was very friendly and did her best, but she seemed a bit overwhelmed. It might be more practical to process payments all at once to avoid making customers wait too long and blocking the exit. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the quality of the food. The butternut squash soup was a misnomer: it was full of chunks, making it unpleasant to eat. The main course, meanwhile, seemed to be made with cheap, supermarket-quality ingredients, which is a shame for a restaurant. The place has potential, but the quality of the ingredients really needs improvement.

The terrace is pleasant, and the pizza is delicious and succulent: the dough, size, and cooking are all perfect, as is the topping. And all this at a very reasonable price.
