02/03/2026: Perfect for enjoying exquisitely prepared oysters and mussels by the bay, facing Sète. The only drawback, common to these places, is the lack of side dishes. 2026 Update: Still just as good, but it's best to arrive early because even with a reservation, you might not get a table when you arrive.

01/04/2026: Excellent discovery! The presentation of the dishes was very elegant, with plants and flowers. Homemade dishes, quality ingredients, refined flavors. The menu was very reasonably priced with generous portions. A seasonal menu that makes you want to explore. We'll be back! We mustn't forget to mention the pleasant setting with beautiful tablecloths, a patio (when the wind dies down...) and a friendly and very professional welcome. A view into the kitchen where the chef greets you. We highly recommend it if you're in Balaruc 👋

24/03/2026: An excellent discovery. Sometimes chance works in mysterious ways. Exceptional value for money. The restaurant is magnificent; we were lucky enough to eat outside in the small garden, a haven of tranquility. Both the presentation and the quality of the dishes were impeccable. The side dishes were particularly well-crafted: a variety of vegetables, each cooked differently and perfectly seasoned. The welcome was superb; the owner (I assume) is incredibly kind, a rare find these days. In short, you get the picture. This is a truly excellent restaurant. We will definitely be back.

11/04/2026: Padova deserves its place among the best ice cream shops in Montpellier! A variety of comforting flavors. The Piedmont hazelnut ice cream is a delight. Its richness pairs perfectly with the creaminess of the coconut sorbet. The wait was well worth it, especially since it allowed you to watch the ice cream being served with a spatula! A small terrace to enjoy this delicious break. Another delicious treat at Padova in early April. I was won over by the ice cream of the moment, Snickers flavor! The freshness of the coconut sorbet balanced everything perfectly. Thank you!

11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.

22/04/2026: A great atmosphere, good beers, and for those who need to soak up the drinks, perfectly satisfactory food to spend the whole evening there!

10/04/2026: Fan bloody tastic. Genuine small brewery with a wide range of beers for people who don't want mass produced boring beer. Food is pretty bloody good for a brewery. Good full stop. Try everything on the list and stagger home is my recommendation. Would recommend to a friend. Music, atmosphere , beers ( plenty for the non beer drinker) and friendly staff. Even for non french speaking Australians. A do not miss of Montpellier. .... Be back next time I am in the neighbourhood (tomorrow maybe). Cheers mate.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, which the waiter selected to complement our menu choices—perfect! The service was incredibly friendly and pleasant, making our evening truly special. We highly recommend it! We'd love to come back again.
