This year we spent one night at Jardins aux Sources, the “spicy morning” room was comfortable and very quiet. We tried the spa and enjoyed this moment of relaxation. 12/01/2025: We visited Le Jardin Aux Sources last Thursday for their surprise 5-course menu, which we had the chance to taste thanks to a gift voucher offered for our birthday. Having never been there before, we didn't know what to expect — but what an incredible experience it was! The place is absolutely magical, with a setting that is both peaceful and enchanting. The team was remarkably professional, while being warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. As for the cuisine, it exceeded all our expectations. Each dish was carefully prepared, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the “dessert tree”, a creative and delicious surprise that perfectly ended an extraordinary meal. We can only recommend Le Jardin Aux Sources. It was a truly memorable evening, and we can’t wait to return. A big thank you to the whole team for making this moment so special!

29/06/2025: The food was really good, except for maybe one or two things. On the other hand, the waitress was really, really unpleasant. She spoke in a really haughty tone. I wanted to ask a question, and as usual in Lebanese restaurants, they speak Lebanese Arabic, so I asked my question in that language. Except the waitress replied, "In French, please." I had only asked for her first name. I thought she didn't speak Arabic, so I sincerely apologized, and I felt bad. Later, I heard her answering my sister and a colleague of hers in Arabic. Not to mention the tone of her voice, the fact that you really felt like you were bothering her, and that she just wanted to get it over with. When my sister asked her why the sandwiches were only available to take away and if there was any logic behind it, she replied, "There's no logic, it's just the way it is." Also, when my sister jokingly mentioned that one of the starters wasn't very good, she curtly replied, "Tell the chef." I find her attitude and manner of speaking really, really unpleasant. Still, the order was well taken and served. And otherwise, the weather was nice and the terrace was pleasant. There you go!

14/09/2024: One of the special things about rural France is that you can find amazing restaurants just about anywhere. We were on our way to another town and passed by this place on the way. It looked so nice from the road that we decided to stop in for lunch instead of moving on to our original destination. We were very glad we did. The location is perfect, along the Canal du Midi tucked under trees. You can eat inside or in the garden weather permitting. The service was excellent and the food definitely upscale but affordable. Highly recommended if you're going to be anywhere nearby.
