29/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a wonderful discovery it was! The welcome was very warm, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The atmosphere is friendly, and the dishes are sophisticated, high-quality, and excellent.

15/03/2026: We arrived at Lo Cagarol by chance at 1:20 pm and were very pleased with the welcome, the service, and the meal. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. A great place to eat.

06/03/2026: I discovered this restaurant yesterday while having lunch with a friend who comes often, and I loved it!! The place is very pretty, and you feel right at home. The welcome is warm, with smiles and discreet check-ins during the meal to see if everything is alright, even when the restaurant is full. It's really lovely 😊. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course with the gourmet coffee: it's beautifully cooked, you can tell it's homemade, and that care goes into the presentation. Thank you so much, we're already wondering when we'll be back 👌☺️

15/04/2026: The manager's welcome was appalling; apparently, a restaurant in Palavas doesn't serve fish, and it's very difficult to get any for him when all it would take is crossing the quay.

02/04/2026: Lovely property. The hotel is in a very quiet but easily accessible location. The grounds are beautiful, our room was large and had a lovely terrace with a great view of the trees and sky, the hostess was very kind. We look forward to staying again.

26/04/2026: A warm welcome. The "blind tasting" menu was a big hit with our table. Originality, seasonal produce, and beautiful presentation on the plates. A welcoming atmosphere. An experience to be repeated. A little bonus: we greatly appreciated our table selection. And the chef's friendly greeting at the end of service is always a nice touch. A kind and talented chef. Thank you.
