15/09/2024: Bien mais des petits restaurants type bips gourmand méritent mieux leur étoile.
Un menu de base sans aucun choix et l impossibilité de recourir à la carte car elle ne présente que les mêmes plats que les menus qui ne conviennent pas à tout le monde ( ris de veau….) est ce raisonnable pour un étoilé! Pas de plat orienté végétarien une erreur à l heure actuelle.

05/11/2024: We called on them for a birthday meal for catering. Everyone had a blast! The meal was put in stainless steel containers and boxes which kept the meal warm for hours. We chose the Burgundian pork cheeks

Nice atmosphere.
Well-filled pizza, but - married to an Italian and a pizza lover - the dough left something to be desired: too raw for my taste. I even had the impression that it was slightly greenish. To do with the pizza maker.
Otherwise, overall experience rather favorable
19/11/2024: While passing through Renne we stopped at this creperie! Galette and Crepe excellent and well garnished. Smiling and friendly team. Top notch service!
I recommend without hesitation!

Repas le midi ou j’ai pris le menu qui est à seulement 16.90€. Pour ce tarif très faible, on a vraiment bien mangé : frites, viandes et sauces de qualité. Ma femme a pris uniquement un tartare de bœuf très bon et généreux pour 16,90€.
Le service est aimable et très professionnel. Établissement à forte fréquentation.

The waiter and waitress are super pleasant and really attentive, the cook is passionate about his job, you can feel it in the dishes which are superbly presented but also absolutely excellent!!! It’s a shame that we’re only here for the holidays because I would love to come every week!!

08/11/2024: Pas terrible petite quantité de viande frites congelé dessert fondu prix excessif pour le resultat, serveur limite lève les yeux au ciel quand la commande de ma fille de 6 ans est trop longue. Bref je suis septique sur la suite.

The desserts are excellent, the service is top notch and the setting is charming.
27/08/2024: I admit that it made me dive back into North American travel, on this point we are faithful to the atmosphere.
On the other hand, culinaryly, I would qualify. We're more interested in quiche than good, generous American pie.
Here it's a meager slice of pie with unseasoned iceberg salad for a price that is surely inflated in high season (sticker placed on the menu).
Totally outdated service. When we have around twenty seats, we try to take at least one other person in the kitchen or in the dining room even if I know that it is not easy and that the restaurant is cramped. Disappointed but it's still homemade and the owners do their best.

02/08/2024: The only neighborhood bistro on Avenue Jean-Janvier, where you can work, eat, have an aperitif, and share major events. It's like home! We are welcomed with big smiles and hellos from the regulars.
Laurence, the owner of the place, and Tiphaine are welcoming and give good advice.
