21/02/2026: It used to be a reliable choice, but that's no longer the case. Be aware that the menu online is not the one offered in the restaurant. It's more expensive and the dishes are less elaborate. It's still good, but nothing special. The dishes are barely hot enough. The Parmentier tastes good with plenty of duck, but there's hardly enough mashed potato. The truffle mashed potato is also very good, but there's too much truffle, which overwhelms the flavor of the fish.

06/03/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rennes. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly, dynamic team with a kind word. They know how to take care of their customers; there's no fuss, and the food is a delight from appetizer to dessert, including the daily special. 10/03/2026: Atmosphere As someone who regularly eats Neapolitan pizzas, I highly recommend this pizzeria. The crust is incredibly good and crispy, and the pizza is worth every penny. The staff is very welcoming. If you've never eaten there before, now's your chance to check it out! I highly recommend it.

Tonight I had cod with an excellent and very generous lemongrass sauce, served with fragrant stir-fried Chinese noodles. I thoroughly enjoyed the spring rolls, the best in Fougères, and for dessert, the cherry on top: bananas in coconut milk, so soft and creamy that I savored it slowly. What I appreciate about Channy and her family are the little gifts they give me, whether it's extra dishes or chips as an appetizer. They are all very kind and lovely. 20/04/2026: This restaurant was the final stop on our very busy sightseeing day. We came because the children’s menu looked especially appealing, and feeding our child while traveling can sometimes be a challenge. The kids’ menu was outstanding. Healthy, straightforward food that a child would actually enjoy, with a perfectly sized portion - enough to satisfy them without being too much. I had the scallop and oyster tartare as a starter and scallops for my main course. The tartare was a little confusing because it had something white on top that wasn’t mentioned in the description. I have to admit I didn’t dare try the topping (I have some dietary restrictions), and personally I prefer scallops and oysters separately. However, the main course was absolutely divine - an incredible balance of flavors and a beautiful presentation. My husband had a veal dish, which he also really enjoyed. What slightly spoiled the experience was the service. I definitely felt like an unwelcome guest, which was disappointing. Still, I highly recommend this place - the food was fantastic, and the other guests seemed to be welcomed very warmly. My only regret is that I didn’t look at the dessert menu when ordering - judging by the descriptions, every dessert sounded amazing. I also wish we’d had time to change before coming to the restaurant, but we were in a rush to have dinner and get our child to bed.
