25/09/2026: We had lunch here, and we were short on time. The service took our limited time into account. The meal and the setting were very pleasant and the food was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you for your hospitality.

17/08/2026: Very disappointed. I was looking for a brut beer for someone on a diet, the seller, although a brewer, didn't know what it was and sold me beers that didn't fit the bill at all, claiming that it didn't exist.

09/09/2026: Absolutely delicious! 😋 Finally, a restaurant where they actually eat vegetables! The children's play area is fantastic; they love it! Okay, so they don't eat too much, but at least we have some peace and quiet. The only downside is that I always leave with a completely full stomach because it's so good and generous portions! 😉

20/10/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience, sophisticated cuisine, and subtle flavors. We enjoyed having our final dessert in a charming little lounge. We were disappointed by the chef's absence; we traveled a long way, and the cost is considerable for a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant. It's a shame.

The cuisine was exceptional, the suites with their unparalleled sea views overlooking Mont Saint-Michel, the service impeccable, the luxury understated, very elegant and designed with that in mind, and a small gift from the chef who honored me by signing the menu... 04/08/2026: A wonderful discovery... impeccable service... delicious and generous portions... I highly recommend it. We had the set menu, if I remember correctly, for 36 euros, which was very reasonable considering the quality of the dishes. We will definitely return.

13/09/2026: This was our second visit. This time we ate in the courtyard. It's a lovely spot for a romantic dinner, with its festive string lights and the centerpiece: the fire pit! We came specifically to try the ribeye steak again, and we weren't disappointed! The wine and desserts were also excellent. The price is justified for such high-quality, locally sourced food! One thing is for sure: we'll be back! Thank you for the warm welcome!
