11/08/2026: The pizzas were delicious and very generous! Passing through Combourg on vacation, we weren't disappointed at all!!! When we called to place our order, the owner was caught off guard about some of the ingredients, unsure if he'd have enough for our pizzas at the end of the evening. So he gave us a choice in case he ran out! The welcome we received upon arrival was very warm! Well done, and keep up the good work! 👍🏻

11/09/2026: I'm really disappointed and feel like I've been ripped off. I'm a student, so I asked for a student meal deal (which should have cost me less than €10), but they charged me €12 for the regular meal at the till without any explanation. They clearly take advantage of people's hesitation to inflate the bill without warning. And even the regular meal deal is extremely expensive for what it is (the cookie is tiny). For that price, you might as well go to McDonald's, and at a bakery, I literally pay half as much for a much better deal. In short, dishonest.

15/10/2026: After the initial impression, we found the place and atmosphere very pleasant. The manager is very helpful and passionate, despite his physical limitations. The relaxing, familiar atmosphere and music add a special touch to the evening. Don't go here if you're looking for a cold, rational atmosphere; here you need to approach with your heart.

19/07/2026: The owner is very friendly, accomodating and helpful. The food was delicious and decently priced. The rooms & bathrooms were also very clean. Flawless experience.

12/07/2026: The owner (great sense of humor) and staff form a great company: paying attention, being alert and very(!) friendly. All and all a A+ for hospitality. Than dinner. This was beyond expectations. I did not know what to expect (maybe just a nice dinner), but the cook really knows how to make the best out of it. Original and delicious. A Bib Gourmand would defitintly be a merit. Suggestion: no airco = perfectly fine for us. But a fan would be nice 😉

19/08/2026: Very pleasant restaurant, very welcoming and excellent service. We ordered chicken skewers with fries, and unfortunately the fries were a little too burnt for our liking.

18/08/2026: Beautiful shaded terrace, pleasant and smiling staff, and above all, superb food! The sea bass was cooked to perfection. A real treat!

02/09/2026: What a terrible experience... yet I hadn't heard anything bad about it, and judging by the reviews, nothing should have gone wrong. The tables were dirty, the glasses were dirty, and the insides of the straws were disgusting! The dish arrived with pesto, but there was no pesto listed (see menu). When I pointed this out, they just said, "Oh dear!" That was it! Luckily, the pastry was very good, and the young waitress was lovely (the rest of the staff were unpleasant), but that wasn't enough to redeem this awful experience.

18/06/2026: We stayed one night. We slept very well. The spacious room was very pleasant. We ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent and plentiful, made with fresh ingredients. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were incredibly kind. We highly recommend this hotel. BRAVO!

13/06/2026: We stayed one night in Redon and were welcomed as is customary at this hotel, at the last minute. I left a message on the answering machine and was called back within the hour. We were on the road, and it was very much appreciated to be received like that. We had a simple but good quality breakfast. The room was very pleasant, spacious, and very clean. I highly recommend this establishment and will return on our next visit.

26/05/2026: A very good meal (main course/dessert) served quickly and excellent value for money, especially for a restaurant in the heart of Rennes. The dining room is air-conditioned, which is very welcome during this heatwave. I recommend it!

If you're looking for a bespoke service with à la carte options, don't hesitate to contact them! In addition to having two magnificent reception venues, they offer accommodation options for your guests and have excellent value for money (we were even pleasantly surprised by the final bill). The service staff and the maître d'hôtel are both very friendly and responsive, allowing you to enjoy your day without having to worry about a thing. Furthermore, we received nothing but compliments on the flavor and presentation of the various dishes served to our guests. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Jenvrin Catering for all your events!

18/08/2026: Alice helped us plan our wedding in eight months. She was incredibly helpful, allowing us to organize our wedding exactly as we wanted, with top-quality vendors. The meal was divine. All our guests were delighted, both with the taste and the quantity. The venue is magnificent; we chose the Manoir de Pontbriant and were captivated the moment we arrived. The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the service. A huge thank you to the entire team at Maison Jenvrin.
