24/06/2025: We had a wonderful time at the Antidote. The welcome was exceptional, warm, caring, and attentive to the children (a high chair, colored pencils, and paper were provided to keep them occupied while they waited). The children's menu was a hit! The dishes were colorful and delicious. We had a blast! A special mention for the basil cocktail. You absolutely must try it!

01/04/2026: I'm sharing my experience at Pique Prune. From appetizer to dessert, it's a culinary journey that awakens the taste buds. For those who don't know, the dishes here are made with love and are delicious. I challenge anyone who thinks vegetarians live on salads and vegans on seeds to come and try the concept. Because I can assure you, it's a myth, not reality. Be warned, though, you might become addicted. It's spicy and definitely not for nothing, that's for sure. It's hearty, healthy, and flavorful. You can even buy a deposit dish for 3 euros that you can keep if you can't finish your daily special. For those still hesitating, I say come, you won't believe your eyes. The winning trio ☺️ good for everyone, you eat what you like, at an excellent price. 😉☀️ 🌟 Starters and some desserts are priced by weight, which is a nice, self-service approach. You only pay for what you eat. It helps prevent food waste. I really liked this concept. 🌟 And for those who would like to try it nearby, there's also a restaurant in Cesson-Sévigné. 🌟 A daily special costs around €11 and it's quite generous.

31/01/2026: Vegetarian cuisine isn't my favorite, but it's quite good, the staff is friendly, and the setting is pleasant. I was a little disappointed today with the undercooked dishes, which I didn't find at all enjoyable. The comment was made politely, and we'll see next time. Overall, I recommend it.

26/04/2026: We had booked for 23 people this Sunday lunchtime. Everything was perfect. Friendly welcome, excellent service, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal at a very reasonable price. A separate room was prepared for us. Everything was simple and elegant. Plus, the Guerche gardens are just a stone's throw away. We highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: The service was quite slow, and the waiters made several mistakes with our desserts. When it came time to pay, the waiter added two alcoholic drinks to our bill, even though we had only ordered water. We pointed this out to him, and strangely enough, we only paid €4 less. We checked the receipt, and unsurprisingly, he had still charged us for one alcoholic drink. Completely dishonest, it's shameful!

17/04/2026: Hello, the meal was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a well-done hamburger, and they gave me a rare one. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to remake it, cook it a second time, and it was burnt. We weren't served water or bread with our meal. The staff didn't seem to listen to their customers, and there weren't many of us in the restaurant. Very disappointed.

12/05/2026: The place is lovely, the staff are charming and very professional. The food is truly excellent and beautifully presented. It's a shame we live seven hours away, as we would have returned to the old mill often...

30/04/2026: We did a cycling leg with the children, and it wasn't as restful as we'd hoped. We were glad to find a clean bed and a good meal in the evening without having to get back on our bikes. However, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed, and we were repeatedly told not to make any noise. I wish I'd had this information when booking, or even upon arrival, especially since I took the initiative to call to check that it met our needs. A family cycling trip is stressful enough as it is! I suggest the hotel create a small space where children can feel comfortable—and parents too, with suitable activities (perhaps there's a quieter area in the hotel or outside where the noise is less bothersome than in the room)—if they want to properly welcome families on bikes, or else clearly state that we're not welcome—like in train carriages without children! I felt trapped in my hotel room between the busy road and the cliff behind the hotel, with little to do for my children (we travel light by bike!) and a baby who needed to move around. There are plenty of interesting initiatives at this hotel, but my overall experience as a guest was not good.

20/05/2026: My online order was missing the "Little Prince" edition baguettes, sold separately for €3.90, and the rice with the salmon tartare. Having to prepare my own rice for a delivered order is unusual, but not what I was looking for. The rating isn't Kenko's, but it's justified. Thank you for your understanding.

17/05/2026: Friendly and competent staff. Fast service, and having tried other sushi places in Rennes, I don't hesitate to say that this is the best in the city.

17/04/2026: The food was very tasty, with a beautiful presentation (but the portions were quite small). The service was very efficient.

05/04/2026: Despite the professional and friendly service, the quality of the food was clearly disappointing, especially considering the premium price. The so-called "roasted" salmon was tasteless and bland, and the truffle croque monsieur was simply shameful, served on a plate piled high with salad. As an added bonus, the glasses of wine were more expensive than the same bottle would cost at a wine shop. I won't be returning.

09/06/2026: This is truly a wonderful restaurant. No frills, just the pleasure of good food at a very reasonable price. There were five of us, and we all unanimously agreed on the exceptional value. And the owner is clearly a man who loves good food and good wine... Behind his slightly tight smile, there's a great sense of humor and attentiveness. Personally, I highly recommend the braised beef confit with Thai sauce and baby vegetables... The confit is bursting with flavor, with just a touch of spice that gives it a lot of character. My tablemates thoroughly enjoyed the sauerkraut with fine fish. As a bonus, if you're lucky enough to be out again in the evening... I suggest you take the little alley opposite... It will lead you to a breathtaking sunset.
