15/08/2024: The food is very good, although quite expensive for what it is. The service is terrible, it took them a long time to bring each dish and they put them wherever they wanted even though we told them where they were going. Lots of decoration and the dish was very well presented but by the time the last one was on the table the rest was already cold. And the bathroom isn't smaller because you couldn't open the door.
11/08/2024: While passing through the region, we decided to take a break in Cancalais, and we were not disappointed! Between the appetizers, the tasty starters (fish soup and seafood plates), the exquisite dishes (hake fillet with mashed potatoes and small vegetables) and the delicious desserts (bitter orange crème brûlée with almond ice cream and crepe suzette with citrus ice cream), for €32.50 we left with a full stomach and very satisfied with our meal! Thanks to the cooks and thanks to the service team who were very friendly.

A crappy pancake as confirmed by my trip to the toilet as soon as I left the table. Luckily I didn't leave a tip on the doormat...
Jokes aside, the super complete has become the super defeat, the butter sugar without butter.

We were very kindly welcomed and served.
The tapas plates as starters are very good, as are the curry mussels (900g!) accompanied by homemade fries!
I highly recommend.

I make the detour on purpose if I'm traveling, but be careful, there are people, so remember to book, it's the price of success...!

Small problem, the soaps have not been replenished in the rooms. Apart from this detail everything was very good

Organization to review for breakfast: lack of space, sticky floor, you have to wait a long time because the buffet is not extensive enough (too cramped) including at 9:30 a.m.!

The service lacks a little professionalism but this is perhaps linked to servers under contract for the summer?
Very little wait which is both a positive but also a negative point because the aperitifs have barely started, the dishes arrive (but the wine is not served so you have to ask for it)
The mussels and fries are good with taste and different flavor choices. As for desserts, a little disappointed by desserts that were a little heavy but still had good flavors!
A bit high rating for this type of restaurant for my taste.

No hello when entering or taking my order
Being solo, I was not entitled to the appetizer offered to other tables with my drink.
It's a shame, the place is in pure Breton style, the pancakes are correct but not "craz" (crispy) as they say here, dessert crepe quite rubbery
To top off the tour, the coke displayed at €4 on the menu is charged €4.50
