14/12/2025: Lunch with friends, the food was delicious as usual... Problems were surely due to the renovations, the welcome and service were mediocre... We were looking for a waiter to bring the wine, to pay??? ... And another major disappointment!... The aperitif was awful!... A small container of (not very good) chips for 5 people???... What happened?

12/09/2025: Dinner on 12/9/2025 It was already 8:30 PM, but the restaurant was packed. The appetizer was fish tartar (delicious), the main course was mashed potato and pork (very salty), and the dessert was lemon mousse (delicious). Because it was packed, the food was served very slowly.

04/12/2024: Parfait ! Le chef Collis nous a régalés, avec une cuisine inspirée et parfaitement réalisée ! Un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. Un cadre sympathique et un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

09/11/2024: Nous avons déjeuné à 16 amis dans ce restaurant au pied du parc de Richelieu Tout a été parfait , l’accueil , le service et le repas digne d’un étoilé , simplement délicieux ! La présentation , les saveurs, les associations de produits locaux , un régal !

13/08/2024: We bought an iced Coffee and an iced Chocolate which was delicious. We also bought loose leaf tea for a reasonable price. The server was very helpful.

19/07/2024: Le sandwich, bien que basic, est très bon. Il est fait à partir d'une très bonne baguette. Le prix est moins élevé que dans une boulangerie industrielle. En plus, il est possible d'accompagner le sandwich avec des macarons vegan. Ce point est important lorsqu'on a des intolérances alimentaires notamment.

03/05/2024: I read in the comments that this bakery should be avoided because everything is frozen...this is surely a mistake!! Having had an introduction to it even though I am not at all in the profession, I can attest to the excellence of the baker's work, his search for good and well-made products, his concern for the selection of products, his ethics, of his desire to transmit. For example, this enthusiast has been keeping his sourdoughs alive for several decades which, apart from the fact that this gives it incredible flavors, is far from common these days.

02/06/2024: Nous avons apprécié de trouver Chez Jeannot après notre visite du Musée Maurice Dufresne Formule entrée, plat et dessert à 24 € tout à fait satisfaisante. Service diligent.

01/09/2024: I discovered this restaurant by chance on my way to the center of Tours. I went there one afternoon. Passionate about Scandinavian food and the culture of these countries, it seemed INEVITABLE to try this restaurant! There are many dishes of Scandinavian origin, from Denmark to Norway via Sweden. The atmosphere is typically cocooning and warm, in short, purely Scandinavian with wood, throws and cushions everywhere! The employees are very cheerful and the service was fast, especially for a service during rush hour! The food is delicious, although some sandwiches seem unimposing given the price. However, it is rare to find restaurants promoting Scandinavian food, so I can understand that the prices are still a little high. I highly recommend this little restaurant, which may win the hearts of more than one person 😊.

12/03/2024: Accueil parfait, personnel convivial et souriant. Nous avons testé le restaurant, tout simplement succulent ! Amuse- bouche offert, puis entrée, plat chaud avec frites maison (en remplacement des légumes que je n'aime pas chauds) et dessert. Délicieux et copieux. Restaurant à faire découvrir à nos familles et amis.
