01/11/2024: The welcome is warm. A cuisine combining generosity and flavor. We ate a Bleu d'Auvergne Burger which was as good as it was beautiful. I recommend it to anyone who is or is passing through the area.

31/10/2024: In a word: excellent! Discovered by pure chance, and sometimes it works out well! I highly recommend the Napoléon burger, certainly the best I have ever eaten! Very friendly managers, homemade dishes, with very good results. In short, you can go there with your eyes closed!

04/07/2025: We stayed for one night with our cycling group and everything was perfect: a very warm welcome, clean and well-equipped rooms, a gourmet dinner with the house specialty, the delicious tarte tatin, and a full breakfast. I recommend this establishment for its location and its amenities.

28/06/2025: Maison Tatin Tea Room Where we enjoyed the famous and exquisite Tarte Tatin 😉 The atmosphere is warm and the place very cozy. I highly recommend this place 😀

09/07/2025: Awesome location with the best view on this magnificent castle. Cannot get enough of this view which become private after visit hours. Great service with valet and private parking. Enjoyable spa to relax after a day of visit. Great restaurant, delicious food with a good wine menu.

18/10/2024: Fatigué de mon déplacement mais ayant faim, j'ai choisi seulement un plat : des pâtes Alfredo, mais déception, les tagliatelles étaient coupées, la crème fraîche était plutôt fade et surtout un soi-disant émincé de poulet qui se trouve être en fait des morceaux de tranches de filets de poulet reconstitué. Dommage donc de penser se régaler d'un plat italien, à l'italienne, mais on peut penser faire mieux à la maison ! La salle est classique un peu vieillot, le service rattrape un peu par son amabilité et sa rapidité, mais service rapide peut aussi rimer avec trop vite préparé et insipide. Peut mieux faire donc !

04/10/2024: Envie de dîner dans un restaurant italien, finalement nous avons décidé de choisir ce grand ( plusieurs salles) restaurant situé dans la vieille ville de Vendome. Pizzas excellentes et lasagnes fabuleuses (la portion etait hélas insuffisante à mon goût) certainement du à une faim après beaucoup d’efforts physiques toute la journée. Rosé ok desserts acceptables. Service très vendeur, si vous êtes faibles le garçon vous vendrez susdi un voyage à Rome 😂😂😂 je veux dire remarquable vendeur Bonne soirée en famille

12/12/2024: Friendly staff, clean bakery and above all a well-stocked window with magnificent and appetizing cakes and pastries. For a Sunday evening, there was a choice and we had a blast! The baguette was perfect, I really liked being asked if I wanted it white, barely cooked or crispy and well cooked. The well cooked was perfect.

31/10/2025: We stopped at this pastry shop in Blois after being drawn in by the beautiful storefront and meticulously arranged window display. The cakes are magnificently presented, tastefully decorated, and immediately invite you to linger. We decided to have afternoon tea there as a family, on the terrace. The place also serves as a tea room, which is very pleasant. I chose a coffee éclair: as pretty as it was delicious. What I particularly appreciated was that the dessert wasn't too sweet—a real treat. A great spot for lovers of fine pastries and a delightful atmosphere in Blois. I can't wait to go back and try other creations 🍰

27/08/2025: Beautiful strawberry tart to the eye but disappointed by the shortbread not pure butter!! For a homemade pastry chef, well done!! And which must have been several days old........

25/05/2025: While passing through Vendôme, we had dinner at Sud-Maroc without regret. The welcome, the service, and the cuisine (vegetable tagine with lamb and oriental pastries) were beyond praise. It was perfect! Thanks to the waitress and the cook.

24/04/2025: Nice waitress but super expensive 20 euros for 1 couscous with 2 merguez or 2 dumplings. In addition to eating industrial merguez and don't tell me otherwise when we have very straight merguez striped as they were and above all very fat and white inside a bowl of semolina for two and a bowl of vegetables for two frankly quantity to review there are other couscous in the area for less expensive and really better because it lacks taste as well.

28/08/2024: We stayed 2 nights in a very quiet room with parking available to customers. We had dinner and it was very good value for money. The hoteliers are extremely kind and keen to do the right thing. On occasion if we come back we will come back with pleasure. (Thanks for the coffee). Sincerely.

16/09/2024: Personnel certes sympathique. Restaurant avec pourtant avis du" Guide du routard ". Avons pris deux faux filets.....la viande très très dur....n'avons évidemment pas terminé. Dommage! L'avons signalé à la serveuse et au moment du règlement, s'est excusée et nous a dit qu'elle avait eu la même remarque le midi....vraiment regrettable ! Mauvais rapport qualité prix ! Si nous repassons par St.Aignan nous n'y retournerons pas. Désolé, il faut dire les choses....

11/09/2024: Un faux filet qui devait être cuit à point mais qui était saignant même après son retour en cuisine. Une viande rouge de mauvaise qualité. Le routard devrait revoir sa copie malgré des Serveuses très efficaces.

01/12/2024: Very good hotel, very clean rooms and lots of little touches (sweets, cakes, coffee and tea as well as a radio). Staff attentive to customers. Very popular hotel parking. Very good dishes served in restaurants, portions for gourmets. Worth the detour
