12/12/2024: Bistro where you can eat well. But a rogue manager (J.), who rents a private room for €150 for 2 hours, and who charges (without announcing it in advance) a corkage fee more expensive than a bottle of champagne for a bottle opened in the room privatized. A shame to learn this when paying the bill, when we asked them for authorization and the possibility of opening a bottle before arriving.

07/09/2024: Staying for work I discovered a hotel which initially does not look much on the outside but pleasant and serene inside with a very pleasant and attentive team; a calm that allows you to have a good night's sleep and a breakfast that gives vitality for the day! I recommend

17/11/2024: Déception totale. Les galettes sont servies "blanches" autrement dit pas cuites et fadasses, peu de garniture, jambon Serrano pratiquement inexistant, champignons non égouttés, bref, aucun goût. Idem pour la crêpe, on avait le sentiment de manger de la pâte à crêpes épaisse, non cuite. Cette fois, nous l'avons renvoyée en cuisine. Je pense que le crêpier ne connaît rien à ce métier, et qu'il faut soit le former, soit le changer..... Nous ne reviendrons pas ☹️

27/01/2025: We stopped today thinking of eating at a pizzeria of some sort and...we ENJOYED ourselves!! The products are fresh, the dishes excellent, very well cooked. We had a South West pizza, a Terre et Mer salad and pasta with scallops. Perfect welcome, impeccable service. We live far away, too bad, but we will come back!

14/08/2024: ### Review of the restaurant “Chez PHUONG” in Pornic During my visit to Pornic, I discovered the restaurant **Chez PHUONG**, located in a discreet street with a simple storefront. Inside, the room adopts a minimalist style, placing emphasis on the essential: the kitchen. To properly evaluate the restaurant, I opted for two dishes: a lunch menu and an à la carte dish, in order to judge the portions and quality. I started with chicken and pork spring rolls, served with a homemade spring roll sauce. And what sauce! It enhances the taste of these real Vietnamese spring rolls, which are already exceptional in themselves. Combined with a mint leaf and batavia lettuce, these spring rolls reached a level of flavor rarely matched in my gastronomic experiences. Honestly, these are the best spring rolls I've had since I've been traveling to restaurants. Then, I chose a classic: Cantonese rice with caramel pork. What a surprise to discover quality rice, accompanied by a finely chopped pork preparation. The sauce, light and tasty, made you want to dip a good slice of bread in it (unfortunately absent). However, the portions may seem small for big eaters, although every bite is a real delight. To finish, I followed up with a Bo Bun, which, this time, turned out to be much more generous in size and flavor. Prepared with true mastery, this dish was the icing on the cake of this culinary experience. Finally, I must point out that **Chez PHUONG** offers affordable prices, making it excellent value for money. The customer service is family-friendly, super welcoming, and warm. You literally feel "at home", which adds a special touch to the experience. In summary, **Chez PHUONG** is an essential address in Pornic for anyone wishing to taste real Vietnamese cuisine, in a sober but friendly setting. I give this restaurant a rating of **9/10**. I highly recommend!

19/06/2024: Excellent cuisine, don't hesitate to specify when you already know Vietnamese cuisine to have a little more seasoning 😉 On the other hand, the wall from which we ate was very dirty, food splashed and the sauce dispensers were stuck with dust, it's a real shame

18/10/2024: Edouard Set took care of all the cocktail, cocktail dinner and dance evening for our wedding at the Ferme de Lauvergnac in La Turballe. From the initial contact, to the tasting, to the big day, the experience was exceptional and the service high-end. The team takes great care and produces high quality products. The advice, professionalism and support of chef Hervé and Ophélie during almost a year of preparation were remarkable. Our guests unanimously praised the quality of the workshops, the cuisine and the service on the big day. A huge thank you to the entire team.

23/09/2024: We asked Edouard Set for our wedding which took place on September 7 at La Turballe. Good communication, very good organization. excellent service, pleasant and smiling team of cooks and waiters. excellent quality of products served (cocktail: the 3 workshops were very popular: plancha, cut ham and brazier!) a nod to Yves Maître d'hôtel who was able to adapt to our requests and needs, ensuring that the guests and/or bride and groom lack nothing! table service during dinner, impeccable. a return, perfect with a Breton buffet which seduced the guests! delivery of a certain budget but which lives up to our expectations or even more! we recommend ++, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed!☺
