15/05/2026: We have been customers for several years and are very disappointed with our experience. On Saturday, May 9, 2026, we came to pick up our order scheduled for noon (proof available), but the restaurant was closed (the shutters were down). The manager maintains that they were open. The security cameras weren't on, so she couldn't verify our presence… she claims we were supposed to pick up the order at 1:00 PM. The error lies with the establishment, however, the manager clearly wanted an apology from us. Even worse, her tone was borderline insulting, considering we are long-time customers. We placed another order today, Friday, May 15. In our opinion, a good businessperson would have tried to understand the source of the problem from the previous week and adopted a more diplomatic approach. Knowing that the business is at fault (order for pickup at 12:00 on May 9th, yet the restaurant was closed). We have never had the slightest problem with Eric in recent years. Indeed, if there was an issue with an order, the establishment contacted us through our customer records. We are told, "You'll have to wait, I'll actually take your order!" Listen, we won't wait any longer because we will never set foot in your establishment again. After years of patronage, we are leaving very disappointed, and other customers are joining us in no longer ordering from you.

18/05/2026: WARNING: SCAM!! If you book through a discount app (like The Folk or TheFork), they pretend not to understand so you pay the full price without applying the discount; but they confirm the booking after you leave to receive the "yums" (2000 yums = €50). And the portions seem smaller.

14/06/2026: We were recommended this restaurant, which we were told had "reasonable prices," but we were disappointed. The service was pleasant, but everything else needs improvement. We were seated in the back, and from our vantage point, we noticed a huge spiderweb hanging from the parasol onto a customer. Luckily, she was small, otherwise it would have hit her in the face. The prices are too high: 30 euros for a plate and a drink, considering the poor quality and small portions. There was no sauce, and no vinegar on the fries. The food was very bland. Given our disappointment, we didn't even bother with dessert. It's a shame about the lack of quality and flavor because the location is very pleasant, with a beautiful view of the Erdre River. We won't be back; this is a place to avoid.

11/06/2026: It's unpleasant when the waitress gives you the menu and then waits behind you while you make your choice. They refuse to accept checks; there's no indication of this at the restaurant entrance or on the menu. Yet online, they clearly state that they accept checks, cards, etc. Two very negative points for this restaurant, which is a bit pricey but otherwise good.

08/06/2026: Disappointed because I came during a heatwave, and the establishment wasn't air-conditioned; it was just as hot inside as outside, even though there are ways to cool it down. The waitress wasn't very friendly when we complained, but the waiter was excellent. We didn't enjoy lunch; there wasn't much choice on the menu, and it was so hot to eat there. I won't be going back. I'll try the restaurants nearby.

20/05/2026: The set menu was very good and plentiful; however, it's a shame because despite a reservation for two and the restaurant being far from full, we couldn't get a table with a river view, while tables for four were empty and unreserved, with no intention of offering additional seating.

01/10/2025: A truly original restaurant with excellent cuisine. We had mussels marinière and seafood sauerkraut, delicious. If you're passing by, stop in, it's a sure bet.

27/08/2025: I asked for a café crème to go and specified that I wanted it poured directly into my own cup. Unfortunately, it was served to me in a cup. I therefore had to transfer the coffee myself into my cup, which was inconvenient. When I explained the situation, I was rudely told that it was not my role. Furthermore, my cup was only filled a third full and I didn't even get any sugar. It was a shame, because I would have liked to have had a more respectful and attentive experience. I do not intend to return, despite the fact that I live right next door.

25/05/2026: A truly disappointing experience. No greeting upon arrival, the staff seemed completely uninterested. We even had to get our own drinks, which is unacceptable for a bar. Cold atmosphere and nonexistent service. Frankly awful and horrible, I absolutely do not recommend it.
