27/07/2026: As a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I have never received such poor service in a Kusmi Tea boutique. I am extremely disappointed by the reception I received during my last visit to the Kusmi Tea store in Atlantis Saint-Herblain on July 23rd! The new sales assistant (perhaps the new store manager) was particularly unpleasant, haughty, and disrespectful towards me as a customer. Her attitude and the way she spoke to me were far removed from the values ​​of advice, quality, and service that I have always associated with Kusmi Tea. After 15 years of loyalty to the brand, this experience leaves a bitter taste. A good product is not enough: customer service and respect are also part of the in-store experience. I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into account, as such behavior can cause customers to lose their loyalty.

28/06/2026: I bought a gift set for click and collect, but when I got home I saw that the clip was upside down in the box. Considering the price, I don't think that's great.

17/08/2026: Discovered by chance while driving along the road, but what a wonderful find! We had lunch on the terrace one Sunday. Excellent food, impeccable service, and very pleasant staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the two set menus at €27 each.

12/01/2026: Avoid this place! I found a long hair in my plate, and my child vomited everything up that evening when we got home. Disappointed. We waited an hour to be served, which is outrageous. Plus, they looked unhappy.

16/07/2026: First of all, I want to emphasize that the "cacio e pepe" and "pomodoro" pasta dishes were delicious. However, the burrata was rather disappointing, being too firm and not creamy or runny enough. As for the service, I have very mixed feelings. We arrived during peak hours (12:30-1:00 PM) on a weekday. Unfortunately, only one of the two self-service kiosks at the entrance was working. On top of that, there weren't enough pagers, so we had to wait standing up, anxiously awaiting our food. As a result, we waited about 30 minutes. This previous experience made it difficult to fully appreciate the meal, especially since some groups can be quite noisy. We felt the staff was rather overwhelmed during this time slot, particularly because the cashier was also handling orders, drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Despite the points I mentioned above, the quality of the food makes you want to come back, but ideally outside of peak hours.

05/08/2026: We stopped by quite by chance after a short walk with our young children and grandparents, and the lady who served our table was incredibly friendly! The decor is lovely, it's clean, and the staff were delightful. I had a lot of preconceived notions, but honestly, I was wrong 😬🤭.

02/08/2026: There was a long wait, and the service was deplorable with no professionalism whatsoever. The wings arrived at the table still cold; they weren't cooked enough, and you could still feel the coldness of being frozen inside. One waiter made his displeasure known at every stage of the service (throwing his card reader and the boards onto the tables...), which was very unpleasant. It's a shame because it's a nice setting for a restaurant.

28/07/2026: The food is decent, but the service is appalling. No smiles, you feel like you're bothering them when you ask for salt, pepper, or a carafe of water... Change careers out of respect for the profession!
