14/03/2026: On Saturday, I ordered a chocolate milkshake for my 8-year-old son. He took a sip and told me it tasted strange. I took a sip myself to make sure everything was okay. The milkshake tasted horribly sour, as if one of the ingredients had gone bad. I went to the person who had made it and asked her to change it, but she refused to make another one and asked me to pay for a new one, claiming the chocolate milkshake still tasted that way. I asked her to taste it, but she refused again and insisted I buy another one. I left the milkshake on the table and left. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service from an employee who is supposed to represent this company. I'm sure she did more harm to the company than to me. My son could have had food poisoning because of his ignorance and lack of responsibility.

18/02/2026: Contrary to the inappropriate comments (which, incidentally, had nothing to do with the food, but rather with the staff) that I've read about this small fast-food restaurant, the service was excellent. The servers I dealt with were very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: 3 different people 3 different pizzas 3 cases of diarrhea … worrying

29/03/2026: I ordered a four-cheese pizza this Sunday, and it's shameful and outrageous! The pizza was disgusting; you couldn't see any cheese or anything. It was the most disgusting pizza I've ever seen. As a cook, I would be ashamed to serve a human being.

07/05/2026: My review concerns the Française des Jeux (French National Lottery) branch. The welcome was icy. The person there was clearly unhappy that I had come to collect my winnings of around ten euros. If you enjoy being greeted like a prison gate, go ahead; otherwise, cross the street to the other side of the church and you'll be much more welcome.

02/01/2026: On Sunday at 12:30 PM, the owner refused to serve three coffees, claiming the machine was being cleaned, even though he closes at 1:00 PM. As Sunday customers, we had no complaints about the waitresses; we deeply miss the previous owners. Thankfully, this isn't representative of the service from shopkeepers in downtown Blain. As a regular Google reviewer, this is the first time I've given only one star!

13/05/2026: Good value for money for lunch. The order was taken quickly, the food arrived quickly, the dishes were good, and for dessert I had a strawberry tiramisu… it was good, but I've had better.

02/05/2026: I waited over 20 minutes without a server coming to take my order; I'd never seen anything like it.

05/05/2026: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!!!! We were seated at 1:15 PM... At 1:55 PM, we decided to leave... despite a warm welcome... but that was just the beginning!! Two waitresses... one taking the cash register and another, a woman in her forties, completely clueless for a waitress! Forty minutes spent talking to a customer near the kitchen... clearing tables... cleaning tables and taking dessert orders. In forty minutes, she glanced at us regularly... but never came to take our order! After forty minutes, we decided to go eat at "La CuXina"; in ten minutes, we were seated and had our order taken... with a very good meal!!! The restaurant Le Paradis... it's absolutely not paradise! It promises to take you to seventh heaven for the meal... I mostly just plummeted seven stories underground 😡😡

02/05/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been there, and I remember why. Aside from Julie's very friendly welcome, we waited almost 45 minutes to be served, only to be told, "We're overwhelmed" (with a dining room that was half full... or half empty, take your pick). My chicken skewer arrived barely cooked, the fruit cocktails seemed watered down, so they were really not very good! Not to mention the drink from the children's menu arrived AFTER the meal! The accessible restrooms were out of order, and the waitresses made us feel like we were bothering them. In short, I know why I don't recommend it, and I won't be back!

06/03/2026: Restaurant. A lot of pretension, relatively expensive, and disappointing. The skate was dried out, with dry, tough ends, and the sauce was completely forgotten (a skate à la grenobloise here is skate served with absolutely nothing...). The "seaweed potatoes" were just steamed potatoes, again with nothing else! A set lunch menu for €35. The dessert was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. In short, disappointing. We won't be going back.

02/03/2026: The weekly menu is excellent, carefully prepared, and today the whiting was delicious. A very good place to eat.

24/02/2026: The photo album was really beautiful and looked high-quality. However, you have a problem with your customer expectations: The quality standard you allow for photos is too low. Some of the large photos in my book look pixelated and blurry. Not a disaster, but certainly not a top-notch result. Furthermore, in the order confirmation, you guaranteed me an earlier delivery date than you were ultimately able to meet. You then confirmed this incorrect delivery date again in writing a few days later. This led to great disappointment because the gift wasn't ready in time for the occasion, despite your repeated promises. Reimbursing me the €5 shipping costs doesn't help in this situation. Your website is great, and the photo album creation tool is incredibly easy to use. You responded to my email quickly and kindly.

26/01/2026: I've been a very good customer for many years. The changes made to the app have made it much less user-friendly, and the customer service has deteriorated significantly. I wanted to change the cover of my album, after working on it for over 5 hours, and I received a one-line email telling me I had to start all over again. This used to be possible—so this will be my last order. Considering the price of the products, I find this appalling—both in terms of user experience and customer service.
