06/03/2026: Restaurant. A lot of pretension, relatively expensive, and disappointing. The skate was dried out, with dry, tough ends, and the sauce was completely forgotten (a skate à la grenobloise here is skate served with absolutely nothing...). The "seaweed potatoes" were just steamed potatoes, again with nothing else! A set lunch menu for €35.
The dessert was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. In short, disappointing. We won't be going back.
02/03/2026: The weekly menu is excellent, carefully prepared, and today the whiting was delicious. A very good place to eat.

28/12/2025: Well located, and drawn in by the attractive presentation of the dishes, we went in. Although we knew the dishes were fake, we wanted to order some. Alas, it was all for show. None of the dishes were actually prepared. False advertising! The rest of the food was subpar, lacking freshness, and reheated. Not to mention the "freshness" of the restrooms.
03/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! I ordered caramel pork with fried rice, and there were tons of tiny black bits in the pork. I pointed this out, and they told me they were pieces of well-cooked garlic—basically, bits of garlic charcoal! They told me I just had to pick them off the side of my plate, without any further apology! Appalling!

15/03/2026: This restaurant turns on the air conditioning and it's absolutely freezing. They slowly ask us to turn on the heat a little, and they say it's on, but it's just blowing cold air. It's not pleasant to eat in such a cold place.
10/03/2026: A McDonald's that serves quickly, at a more than reasonable price (because yes, prices vary from restaurant to restaurant).
The staff is friendly, and the place is quite clean.
I recommend it!

26/02/2026: Excellent delivery service! In addition to the delicious pizzas, we met a friendly and welcoming delivery driver (shout-out to Tiylan!).
22/02/2026: Catastrophic customer service, avoid at all costs!
A truly appalling experience at Pizza Paoli.
I placed an order at 7 pm on their website, which proudly promised delivery in under 45 minutes. The result? An endless wait and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
• 1 hour 15 minutes wait: I called back. They blatantly lied to me, assuring me the order would arrive in "20 minutes maximum."
• 1 hour 35 minutes wait: Still nothing. The estimated delivery time given over the phone had already passed.
• 2 hours wait: The delivery finally arrived. Two hours for pizzas is simply outrageous.
The final straw: For a €43 order, they generously offered me a €2.50 "discount" to compensate for the delay and the disregard for my time. It's an insult.
If you're hungry and value your evening, steer clear. Between the website's false promises and the customer service that makes a mockery of you, this pizzeria is absolutely to be avoided. First and last time for me.

05/03/2026: A very bad experience at Paradis du Fruit.
Not only did my ice cream arrive with fruit that I wasn't aware was included (and I can't eat certain fruits), but the waitress was also incredibly rude.
Instead of simply apologizing or offering a solution, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and shoved the menu in my face to "show" me that it was written there.
This behavior was frankly inappropriate and very unprofessional. Working in the restaurant industry requires a minimum of respect and courtesy towards customers.
Next time, instead of humiliating people, perhaps it would be wiser to learn some manners.
The person will recognize themselves. They should find another career!
04/03/2026: Very disappointed. 50 euros for two people for almost nothing to eat. The avocado was hard and tasteless, the breaded Camembert had no flavor whatsoever, like plastic, the coleslaw was 80% raisins, and the pitas, the only ones I ate, were a bit dry but the best thing on my plate.
Really very disappointed. 20 euros for this is painful... On the plus side, the drinks were good and the Caesar salad was too.

Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.
24/02/2026: It's still a McDonald's. Explain to customers that the click and collect parking spaces are not for parking.

12/03/2026: We made a reservation in advance for a birthday party… and upon arrival: “Sorry, we’re fully booked.” After some discussion, we realized that the reservation had simply never been recorded.
The result: a ruined birthday and no serious solution offered. When you run a restaurant, the basics are knowing how to manage a reservation book.
The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of consideration for customers: no real apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. Clearly flawed organization that turned an important occasion into a huge disappointment.
I work in a travel agency, and I regularly recommend establishments to my clients. One thing is for sure: I will definitely advise anyone asking me for a restaurant in the area against going to this place.
A very disappointing experience. I won’t be back.
12/03/2026: Having booked by phone on Monday, we came to try the restaurant and celebrate my partner's birthday. Upon arrival at the reception, the two women informed us that my reservation hadn't been recorded because nothing had been entered in the diary!?
The proposed solution: eat in 50 minutes flat because other customers were arriving.
There was no way I was going to wolf down the food and not enjoy it.
Very disappointed, as this restaurant had been highly recommended to us.

We've been eating at this restaurant occasionally for a few years now, and this will probably be the last time.
Seriously, with time, you need to improve, not deteriorate.
The interior decor has been redone, but it's a shame the cleaning wasn't done properly. You really should make an effort to welcome people into a clean place; the floor was glistening with grease!
Upon arrival, you're not offered drinks... and the glasses they give you are dirty! Used to ordering attieke with braised chicken, I switched to a plantain foutou with palm nut sauce and beef. The sauce was good, BUT all I got on my plate was fat and a bone. They first served me a tiny, cold ball of it! They told me that's how you eat it, lol! Excuse me, but I've already eaten all these dishes; you don't eat them cold. Tch! Again, it's a shame because the foutou was good, and the sauce was too. But paying €18 for that? I'd be better off making it at home. Oh, and the €7 dessert, so small, we could talk about that too. Plus, you had to wait at least 20 minutes for it; what kind of dessert isn't prepared in advance?
Anyway, really, make an effort; you have some competition in Nantes now!!
08/02/2026: I've ordered veal feet and okra several times, and I receive beef instead. It's a family meal, and I don't want to return it for a refund, but at some point, it's unacceptable. Deliver what the customer orders.

27/02/2026: Another incomplete order at the drive-thru... It's becoming a regular occurrence! You need to review your order control procedures, especially since there weren't many people there when I went and the order was simple (2 happy meals).
27/02/2026: After the person in charge of the drive-through took 30 minutes to take my order and then figure out how the payment terminal works, I've been waiting in my car for 30 minutes for my order!

27/10/2025: So I don't even know where to start between the unsanitary conditions of the campsite or the frustrated little employee who was simply an employee and not a security guard, a big liar who came looking for problems where there were none, to then complain and lie to us. Let's not even talk about the lack of maturity to go and talk about us to the customers of the campsite!!! Such behavior has never happened to us. In any case, change your job, I invite you to work in the nightlife and not in campsites for families. In any case, he was lucky that it didn't go any further because it would have been WELL DESERVED!! We didn't get involved in the little game, but we were looking for it throughout the stay! RUN AWAY, no karaoke was done, it's another family but in no case ours so your lies to others.

24/02/2026: The photo album was really beautiful and looked high-quality.
However, you have a problem with your customer expectations:
The quality standard you allow for photos is too low. Some of the large photos in my book look pixelated and blurry. Not a disaster, but certainly not a top-notch result.
Furthermore, in the order confirmation, you guaranteed me an earlier delivery date than you were ultimately able to meet. You then confirmed this incorrect delivery date again in writing a few days later. This led to great disappointment because the gift wasn't ready in time for the occasion, despite your repeated promises. Reimbursing me the €5 shipping costs doesn't help in this situation.
Your website is great, and the photo album creation tool is incredibly easy to use. You responded to my email quickly and kindly.
26/01/2026: I've been a very good customer for many years. The changes made to the app have made it much less user-friendly, and the customer service has deteriorated significantly. I wanted to change the cover of my album, after working on it for over 5 hours, and I received a one-line email telling me I had to start all over again. This used to be possible—so this will be my last order. Considering the price of the products, I find this appalling—both in terms of user experience and customer service.
