15/02/2026: I was a little disappointed with my visit to La Dariole. Although the welcome was excellent, we were more than surprised to see the menu, which is usually €40, increase to €70 for Valentine's Day. That's quite a sum, and since it wasn't indicated on the storefront or their website, it was impossible to anticipate. As for the food, however, it was very good, but compared to what's usually offered, it wasn't worth €70. For that price, we would have preferred to go to another restaurant. Finally, the service. It was excellent; the staff was friendly and offered wines (with a wine pairing for €30) that went very well with the dishes. However, the portion sizes, once again, didn't reflect the price... Furthermore, we had to wait quite a while (about 45 minutes) between the cheese course and dessert. Ultimately, it was a good place, but because of Valentine's Day, the price inflated and became far too high for what we were served, even though the food was still good, it was just too simple. For €40 it would have been great... What a shame.

03/02/2026: Hello, I just called your restaurant (February 2, 2026) at 8:58 AM for information about breakfast. The woman on the phone knew absolutely nothing and told me I had to call back another day! I told her that I wanted to eat today but didn't know anything because she didn't want to bother her colleague to ask. Then she told me she didn't know if breakfast was available on-site. What kind of service is this? Honestly, this kind of restaurant should be avoided. Dear Madam, at no point did your employee tell me to call back in 10 minutes. She told me to call back another day, fine. Then, on the phone, there was no answer, just "I don't know." Okay.

31/01/2026: My second visit to this bistro, very warm welcome, homemade food. Good value for money. A great place, I recommend it.

17/01/2026: Excellent meal: venison terrine, incredibly tender roast pork loin... all homemade. 🙂 Pleasant dining room and professional service. 🙂 Two set menus, two kirs, half a liter of a lovely Côtes-du-Rhône, a coffee for her and a cognac for him: 56 euros! 😄😱 At Au Chalet... it's absolutely delicious and exceptional value for money. 🙂 I highly recommend this wonderful place. 😃

22/11/2025: A very bad experience. We arrived at the bar during opening hours, with several customers clearly already inside. However, as soon as the manager saw us, she told us it was "closed." This attitude is incomprehensible and extremely unprofessional. We truly felt refused service for no valid reason. An establishment that treats customers this way makes you not want to return. Avoid it.

25/02/2026: Restaurant Le Cheval Blanc in Ferrières-en-Gâtinais. A beautiful official ceremony took place on April 12, 2024, with the Confrérie du Sabre d'Or (Brotherhood of the Golden Sabre). Several Knights of the Sabre were inducted, and a Master Sabre was inducted: Mr. Xavier Paris, hotelier-restaurateur and owner of the establishment. A first "Sabering Cellar" was inaugurated in his lovely restaurant, where guests can learn to saber a bottle of champagne ordered for an aperitif and/or with their meal. A delicious gourmet dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Rémy Mariolles and his team, was served, and all the bottles were sabered. Many thanks again to the front-of-house team for the excellent organization of the evening. The horn-blowing group "Les Echos du Grand Ponteau" provided excellent entertainment for the evening. 07/02/2026: A great selection of draft beers, a pub atmosphere, and you're all set for a good time. The menu includes burgers, meat, and salads. Personally, I really like the Périgord salad and the burger with potatoes. A must-visit in Sully!

24/02/2026: The scallop stir-fry was truly excellent: flavorful vegetables, perfectly cooked scallops, and whole, peeled prawns—flawless. My colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the magnificent cuts of beef. The desserts were perfect too! All this for a reasonable price: I'll definitely be back next time I'm here!

15/02/2026: This is my second time eating here. I thoroughly enjoyed it; the ingredients were carefully selected, the flavors were bursting with flavor, and the dessert was a perfect finale: pear poached in hibiscus juice with pistachio-studded whipped cream. 🤩😍 Keep delighting us!

15/02/2026: A wonderful experience last night. The decor was beautiful and the lighting was lovely and subdued. The food was delicious, the meat tender and flavorful. I will definitely be back.

04/12/2025: It was a real pleasure to return to Villa des Bordes! It had been twelve years since I'd had the chance to dine there… and I rediscovered, with genuine emotion, everything that makes this establishment so charming. Stéphanie and Gilles' welcome is exceptionally sincere: you truly feel expected, valued, almost like you're visiting friends. The service is attentive without ever being intrusive, and the food… what a delight! Plates brimming with finesse, inventiveness, and flavors that linger in the memory. You can taste the work, the passion, the desire to please. This is an establishment that does immense honor to our town and our region. And yes, I readily admit my slight local pride: when you're lucky enough to have such restaurants—and of course, the best rillettes in the world made with charcuterie from Cléry—why shouldn't you be proud of it? A huge congratulations to the entire team for this experience, which went far beyond a simple dinner. Thank you for this wonderful time. See you very soon!

19/10/2025: I'm reposting my review because it hasn't been published despite the views: 🤔🤔🤔 Having heard and seen many excellent reviews about this restaurant, I wanted to enjoy the magic described about the place 🤩 and taste the gastronomy advertised 😋. So! Verdict! ➡️Mixed review: Nice place but not exceptional, pleasant service and beautiful presentation of the dishes, but above all, the taste isn't there!!! Unless we're talking about the pork tenderloin, which is as salty as the bill. 😬 The wine is served by the glass... Or rather, by the glass. The quantities aren't as generous as on their website. Too bad, I expected more from this restaurant. Can't post photos 🤔

18/10/2025: Really cool hidden gem just a little outside of Orleans. Food sans chichi and very well priced. Service was charming. The only thing missing was maybe a little bit of background music 😉

11/03/2026: Having just moved to Montargis, I got lost in the maze of shopping streets and stumbled upon Bombay's storefront... a visual journey already, and then, upon entering, you're transported... warm, calm, and cozy. Attentive service with exotic aromas and the desire to simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal. This restaurant is worth it... enjoy your trip. Vincent

22/02/2026: We stumbled upon this little restaurant tucked away off Rue Dorée and we were delighted! Impeccable service, delicious and flavorful food from appetizer to dessert. Special mention for the garlic cheese naan! Prices are more than reasonable. We will gladly return.
