03/11/2025: Honestly, this little pizzeria is really great, and their pizzas are just wonderfully good. Anyway, if you're ever in Gien, stop by because they don't just make pizzas; they also serve salads, burgers (I haven't tried them yet, they're not really my thing), and especially crepes. In short, I highly recommend it because, apart from kebabs and other fast food, there are some real gems for the same price.

15/02/2026: A warm welcome, friendly, attentive, and smiling waiters... Hot, generous, and very tasty dishes. Very clean restrooms. Whether there are two of us or eight, the service is always prompt and attentive.

08/02/2026: Overrated. Poor value for money, unaffordable wines, and unoriginal cuisine. Avoid the very bland "revisited" tarte tatin, which isn't really a tarte tatin at all... No menu, limited and uninteresting selection of dishes. Expect to pay at least €70 per person with wine... clearly excessive compared to similar restaurants in the area.

22/12/2025: Perfect for sharing a nice dish over a drink. Bistro/pub cuisine with a modern twist, a lively atmosphere that can sometimes be a bit too noisy. Very friendly service... Excellent selection of whiskies and gins.

02/12/2025: A terrible truck stop owner stopped for the night at 9:40 PM. He refused, demanding €16, even though we stop there almost every day for coffee, lunch, or even dinner! Bravo, but that's it for us. We're forbidden from stopping here after tonight's reception! A truck stop that's anything but! Another establishment taken over that won't last! And good riddance! We'll make the detour to the Chatenoy rest stop, just 2 minutes away at the roundabout on the right, without hesitation, quite the opposite!

04/02/2026: A cozy place where you feel right at home. A very warm welcome; despite the crowd, they found us a table. Arriving at 1:30 pm on a Saturday, the daily special was no longer available, but the andouillette sausage and homemade fries were delicious… We'll come earlier next time! 😂

02/02/2026: The welcome was fantastic! We went up a flight of stairs (I was relieved, I hadn't come to the wrong restaurant 😂) and there it was: soft lighting, a cozy room, delicious food, and a waitress/owner with a contagious smile! My friends and I stayed for 45 minutes after coffee without ever feeling like we were intruding. It's simple, we felt right at home!

02/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Poulbot on our way there. So much so that we planned our return trip to stop back for lunch. A warm and traditional atmosphere, good food… The restaurant was always full, with tables where people chatted from one to another. The perfect break we always wish we could find on our travels. 19/02/2026: My parents didn't dare leave a review, but they came home extremely disappointed: the owner was unpleasant and criticized them for coming with their Wonderbox voucher (the restaurant was on their list, why complain?), the food was rather average, as were the desserts. They were celebrating something and had a terrible evening.

18/01/2026: A nice little brasserie, but despite offering quality fare with a menu that appears to be entirely homemade, it suffers from a neighborhood bar atmosphere. To be clear, this doesn't mean it's a bad place, but it's simply not the more upscale restaurant ambiance you might find elsewhere. That being said, the food is excellent, and I hope the owners will gradually attract the clientele they deserve. ☺️
