22/03/2026: While passing through Orléans, I was pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome at this establishment. The two waiters were very kind, polite, and attentive. The service was quick and courteous, and the food was excellent.

13/03/2026: KITCHEN NIGHTMARE! PHILIPPE?? We need help here… Have you heard of it? This is where it's happening. One of my only regrets is not being able to give it a zero. My colleague and I arrived on a Thursday at lunchtime, excited to eat in this little country bistro… with its beautiful photos… GLOCK, no music, a female owner, her daughter who was a waitress, and her son who was the cook. Insults were flying between them, and the tomato juice wasn't fresh and must have gone bad (I was sick the next day)… The starter arrived… I wondered if it was a hidden camera prank, but there was no camera… A gentleman was eating next to us; he was also very, very surprised. WE LEFT after the starter. And after talking to people around the village, I learned that this restaurant is known for this. Unfortunately, I give you no more than a year before you close unless Philippe intervenes…????!????

18/01/2026: We stopped by chance, but we'll definitely be back! Excellent welcome. A meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant. An explosion of flavors. Perfect wine pairing and a very reasonable bill considering the quality of the food. Bravo to the chef!

21/03/2026: The Tex-Mex salad was very good. It's a shame the chicken came from Ukraine... The service was a bit slow, but the waiter was alone, so that's understandable. I'd go back anyway, but I'll pay closer attention to the meat's origin next time. The meat origins are displayed, but it's hard to find because it blends in with the decor and isn't at eye level.

21/03/2026: A male waiter in the prime of life, very gentle in his gestures and pleasant to look at, I wonder if he is the kind of man who circumcises himself out of tradition and good things or rather for hygiene.

18/03/2026: Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with a smile. We had a delicious pizza. For dessert, poached pears with a scoop of ice cream were a real treat. Our friend had a tiramisu, which was divine. The service was excellent, with a kind word and helpful advice. We highly recommend it. A big thank you to the chefs!

26/03/2026: Order 424 SAT 32. I received cold fries, and when I politely pointed this out and apologized, the waitress took them back, and they were just as cold as the fries. Then I heard her colleague and her laughing as they looked at me. I hope my fries weren't subjected to questionable treatment. I should mention that the blonde waitress was much more cheerful and pleasant.

24/03/2026: I often eat at this McDonald's, and I'm always happy, except unfortunately today. I ordered the new Mario Galaxy meal, and I was disappointed with the Infinity Stars with cheddar cheese, which weren't gooey and full like in the ad. Half of them were empty. Really disappointed; I hope it was just an isolated incident.

15/04/2026: After a recent visit to a Patapain, I learned that your chain still supports cruel practices towards pigs, and this has deeply tarnished my customer experience. Knowing that sows are confined to cages where they can't even turn around, and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing, is shocking. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have taken action. When will Patapain do the same?
