01/03/2026: Very disappointed. €4.40 for a Coke… in a CAN 😳 At that price, I expected at least a glass bottle or a more attractive presentation. And the beers advertised as “50cl” look like this (see photo)… Frankly, it seems really small for a half-pint. The value for money is completely off. Furthermore, the person who seemed to be the owner wasn't friendly at all, which didn't improve the experience. It's a shame, because the setting is nice, but the prices and the service don't make me want to come back.

18/02/2026: I regularly come to Melting with my children, the burgers and meat are delicious, we have never been disappointed and the welcome is always warm.

03/01/2026: Expensive to pay for the mediocre quality of the food we ate! The Melting has changed a lot since it opened; the first few months were great, but this year I've been disappointed twice. Dry food, inedible fries for the price we paid, frankly... I no longer recommend it at all, even though it used to be one of my favorite places. That was my last order from there.

28/01/2026: We arrived at 7:30 pm and left at 9 pm because we waited 45 minutes for our meal, which consisted of a platter of three open-faced sandwiches, two tortillas, and a medium order of fries (but it was good). The music was a bit loud, making it hard to hear each other, and the dining room was very cold. When I see a "sharing platter," I expect a bit more for €30. You have to go to the bar to get a drink; it's a strange concept... It was Tuesday evening, and there were a lot of children; we thought there might be a birthday party! One couple even left without the owner seeing them sit down. Completely unprofessional. I hope they improve in the future and that without any criticism, they can improve.

27/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, friendly and welcoming staff, fast service. A family meal we'll definitely repeat! With menus and dishes to suit everyone. One small drawback... The restrooms are a bit small considering the size of the restaurant.

15/02/2026: A 45-minute wait for a meal, with no information or apology whatsoever. When I simply asked, apologetically, if it would be much longer, the bartender responded by asking if I was in a hurry. That was clearly not the point. Then he added, in a haughty and arrogant tone, "You're not the only one here," before storming off to the kitchen shouting "olala olala!" This kind of behavior is not only inappropriate but completely unprofessional. A minimum of respect would have been to calmly tell him to check with the kitchen. That's basic professionalism... Then demanding that a customer "calm down" in an almost threatening tone is even more unacceptable. As for the food: burnt ham, charred "medium" steak. Fortunately, the waitress in the dining room raised the bar with her professional and appropriate attitude—which only further highlighted the contrast with her colleague at the bar who was handling payments. No apology was offered as he left. Buffalo finished

28/12/2025: Very disappointed – food poisoning I have been a customer of this restaurant for three years, but unfortunately, after recently buying sushi, we suffered from food poisoning. We all vomited and had severe diarrhea all night and the following day. This is very worrying and unacceptable for an establishment we have frequented for so long. I hope the restaurant will take steps to prevent this from happening again. I am sharing this experience to warn other customers and to highlight a serious food safety issue.

27/11/2025: The spring rolls were very good, however the noodles were extremely oily. I didn't eat them because they were swimming in oil; there was at least 2 cm of oil at the bottom of my container. It's a shame because they looked very good.

07/03/2026: The sushi is simply the best in Beauvais. They don't stuff you with rice here. The fish and toppings are generous! Keep it up!

23/02/2026: We went there to celebrate my little sister's birthday, and to our surprise, we were very poorly received by the cashier, who looked down on us, even though I'm 1.80m tall and she's only 1.50m with her arms raised. Anyway, regarding the birthday, we were told we needed a loyalty card, which we got, and then they told us we needed points, which is annoying. So we decided to get desserts, which weren't great. The panna cotta was extremely disappointing; it was as hard as bread pudding. My pasta carbonara was just as hard, and the chocolate mousse didn't taste very good. I definitely don't recommend it, except maybe for the ice cream when they have it, because it's almost always closed.
