22/01/2026: A loyal customer of this restaurant for two years, I hadn't been back for several months. What a huge disappointment!! I always ordered the same two dishes, which I know by heart: Szechuan eggplant and crispy chicken with house sauce, served with stir-fried noodles or fried rice. The eggplant dish was removed from the menu following a change of chef, who apparently tweaked it a bit. As for the crispy chicken, it was a disaster! The crispy chicken recipe has either changed or is poorly executed; its excellent house sauce has turned into a sickeningly oily mess. The stir-fried noodles, besides being bland, were loaded with oil and sugar. It's the first time I've ever left any on my plate. In short, let's just say that my favorite restaurant is going to have to find a new one. It's a real shame about the change of ownership or chef.

26/01/2026: RePS: This business owner is ready to use any trick to avoid a negative review, even making the customer look like an idiot!!! It was caught on camera!!! But why try so hard to denigrate my opinion?!! The truth hurts, and you should know that I can object to the use of my image. Furthermore, you made me out to be a liar regarding the cooking and the extra charge for an egg!!! Yes, your pizzas were bad, I repeat. Yes, it took me a few days to post my review, so what?!! Please be aware that time doesn't erase a bad experience, and there's no obligation to leave a review within hours. In short, I find your comments to be a reflection of your business, which I would avoid, especially given your bad faith towards customers and your prices, which are quite high considering the cost of a pizza for minimal service. You're so stingy that you don't even put three-quarters of a lemon on a salmon pizza. With that, I won't elaborate further. I'll let future customers decide for themselves the level of your service and whether they're willing to spend their money with you. For my part, I prefer to go to other pizza makers. Best of luck to you. P.S.: The professional's response is unbearable to me. I'm not a liar! And I know Saint-Vit very well; there's no possible confusion! You have to accept reviews, even bad ones. Sorry, I'm not going to compliment you if I wasn't satisfied with your establishment. Furthermore, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 8:19 PM, I bought two pizzas for €28.90: a Nordic pizza and, for the vegetarian one, you offered an extra €1.50 for an egg. So yes, it was my first time here, and I won't be back! Admittedly, the welcome was friendly and the service incredibly fast (8 minutes!), but the pizzas I bought were catastrophic, practically inedible. The dough was so undercooked that the pizzas stuck to the cardboard! There were very few toppings, and the salmon pizza was only 3mm thick—you had to search for the pieces and the flavor! The vegetarian pizza had a few vegetables and a raw egg! I ordered the large size, so at that price, I expected better! Especially considering the profit margin on pizza sales; I'm in the business and I know the numbers! I would never go back there and I advise you against putting your money there.

21/01/2026: Loyal customers for years because they serve the best pizzas around, we were very surprised by our last pizza. The dough was elastic, the chicken was barely cooked because it was thick (previously it was sliced), and of inferior quality due to the high fat content. Even though the service and welcome were impeccable, I don't think we'll be repeating the experience. What a shame. I wanted to thank you for your response. The chicken was actually turkey (the meat fibers are different from chicken) of very low quality; your supplier has frankly taken you for a ride. We went on Saturday around 1 p.m.

25/12/2025: I've been ordering from there for several years and I've never been disappointed. Always a warm welcome and very friendly service, whether it's pizza, kebab, or anything else... never disappointed, I recommend it 100%! P.S. (The lady's daughter didn't have cheese sauce ♡)

25/12/2025: I just read some comments for the first time, and they really made me laugh 😂. Personally, I've been ordering from Galaxy for a few years now, and I've never been disappointed. Admittedly, we're quite picky. We've had two mistakes, and they've always reacted very well, offering an apology followed by a gesture of goodwill. Very professional, always a warm welcome, always a kind word. 😁 Keep it up, you're the best! 😉 Madame Tacos without cheese sauce 😄

07/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The waitress was absolutely fantastic! And the food was excellent too, with a menu offering a generous selection and generous portions. We highly recommend this place! 😉

15/02/2026: Another great evening at Galileo, the food was excellent as always. Good value for money, accessible and clean restrooms. The service was quite fast and there was a wide selection of dishes. A special mention for the seafood casserole, which was superb!

23/10/2025: Halavi is simple, everything is good, from pizza to fresh salads, to tiramisu, with Franck at the helm the service is perfect, the dishes are generous, in the top 3 of the halavis in the city.

22/01/2026: I used to think this was the best pizzeria, 5 years ago. Now, the pizza sometimes arrives cold, sometimes with burnt edges. You can't even sit down... on the embankment of a small road? You have to be into that sort of thing. 🤷‍♂️ The crust is very thin; some people like that, but for me, two pizzas weren't enough. (I weigh less than 90 kg).

27/10/2025: Small private hotel. Check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Warm welcome from the owner who is always available to offer advice. No breakfast on Sundays (restaurant closed). Good bedding. Good value for money. Prefer booking directly by phone. 😉

The setting is magnificent, and you'll be enveloped by the gentle curves of the piste that hugs the valley! If you're looking for typical, flavorful dishes with 5-star service, you're on the wrong track… Don't hesitate to continue your journey and stop in Valloire; if there's a Flunch, it'll be the same thing, but cheaper :) We won't be back… a dry omelet with nothing but eggs, a walnut tart that was as dry as it was beautiful, a pizza worthy of a good butcher, and a chocolate mousse that was too "spongy" according to my children… all served with a 40-minute express service…
