24/01/2025: We placed an order this evening, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to our expectations. The pizza arrived cold which reduced its taste and quality. Additionally, the filling seemed less generous than usual, and the dough was too thin. We understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn't what we hoped for. Surprisingly this is the 3rd time they have refused us, the very first time, it was understandable since there were 7 people and without reservations while the restaurant was 3/4 empty, the 2nd time ditto there was a match and they were waiting for customers....so that there was room but this time naively I still reserved 2 hours before our arrival but the worst was during the telephone reservation I asked the question if he could provide us with a pie to celebrate l- birthday for two children, he replied that at 02 hours of our arrival it was not possible and my answer was ok I will see with my wife to do what is necessary...but at no time did he forbid me to bring me back even a pie to celebrate the birthday of my two daughters and he has the right to accept or refuse...the bad surprise is that when we arrived he attacked us before we even sat down "not classy "screaming and trying to ridicule us for forcing us to apologize before even sitting down with a very haughty and disrespectful attitude...while I was asking the waiter for the possibility of serving us our two pies after the meal....he was very unpleasant, casual and very aggressive in front of a witness, he has no sense of business or communication, he started screaming in front of the few customers who remained amazed, showing that we didn't ask his permission to bring back the pie ( so it was well insinuated on the phone). frankly I have never experienced such humiliation in front of my children who remained stoic.....he clearly kicked us out by saying behind us... "THE ARABS ARE ALWAYS LIKE THAT...", he didn't have the courage to tell me to my face but unfortunately it was in front of my naive children.....what cowardice. ah! I forgot another detail: he does not accept veiled women even when they are very old...frankly he I wondered how a restaurateur who just sells pizzas refuses to serve 7 people when the tables are 3/4 empty unless he has other beliefs..... It's a shame that Google doesn't have a rating less than 1 star because it doesn't shine there...if even...it shines with contempt and casualness! .

30/11/2023: Disappointed. The owners are no longer the same. Pizzas without salt, without flavors. The coffee tastes burnt. Too bad it was a good address.

15/11/2023: I ordered a baked camembert with cold meats and potatoes. To my great surprise, Camembert, accompanied by flavorless cold meats, are probably bought vacuum packed in a supermarket like Metro or Carrefour. The most disappointing point was the potato, obviously poorly cooked, which is regrettable since it was the only item prepared in the kitchen. My colleague opted for the other dish of the day, a charcuterie pork chop, which turned out to be equally disappointing. The dish consisted of low quality bacon, already prepared baby onions, and frozen fries, far from what one would expect from a restaurant that advocates the use of fresh produce. The characterless white bread accompanied our pathetic meal. What particularly struck me was the blatant contradiction between the quality of the dishes served and the promise displayed on the first page of the menu, stipulating that all products are fresh. This experience was a source of frustration and disappointment for me. I wouldn't come back. The only positive point: the setting and the politeness of the waitress.

01/09/2024: Delighted to have found this Italian restaurant where we ate excellent pizza and amazing ice cream. In addition, the rosé from Italy was refreshing and fruity. Only one small downside, the takeaway which slows down the service in the room but the manager's kind smile forced us to forget this point. In the end, congratulations, you are great people. When we return to Gien, we will have dinner at your place.
