22/11/2025: As a long-time customer, I've noticed the quality of the pizzas is steadily declining. I ordered two yesterday, and it was a disaster: the crust was way overcooked, practically standing up, and there wasn't enough topping. We won't be back. It's a shame.

The ingredients are very fresh and generous, and you can tell everything is made with passion and expertise. The pizzas are perfectly topped, the flavors are balanced, and every bite is a real pleasure. And the owners… Absolutely lovely, incredibly kind, and truly welcoming. Always smiling, always a friendly word, you immediately feel at ease! Whether you eat in or take away, everything is top-notch. 21/02/2026: For €15 for a Regina pizza, we expected more than just one slice of ham divided into 17 tiny squares as thin as an A4 sheet of paper and one button mushroom scattered on top. The tomato sauce is tasteless; you'd think it was nonexistent, with the Emmental cheese completely overpowering all the other flavors. The pizza as a whole is very dry, and as mentioned, you can't distinguish any of the other ingredients except the Emmental. However, the welcome and service were impeccable. It's a shame; we were just passing through and expected much better from "The Best Pizza in St. Amand."

21/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because zero isn't an option. Frankly, I'm disappointed; for 15 euros, it was a dry Regina with only the taste of grated cheese! I was only passing through, so I wouldn't recommend it.

We left without dessert or coffee because we lost patience. Was it a staff shortage? The atmosphere is unfortunately not the same as it used to be.

05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.

But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more. In short: "Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here! Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

03/02/2026: As a loyal customer for several years, I have unfortunately noticed a significant decline in service recently. The quality seems to vary considerably depending on the staff on duty, with differences in professionalism and dedication, particularly on weekends. Some female employees used to provide a much higher quality of service, especially in customer relations, and their absence is sadly felt. Furthermore, the price increase combined with a noticeable decrease in service quality and sometimes even smaller portion sizes is difficult to justify. In the long run, this strategy risks driving away even loyal customers. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration, as the potential is there, but a swift response seems necessary.

My opinion was very positive until I discovered the dishonesty of the customer service. My loyalty card didn't register the points for that day (even though I spent money on it), and they told me they were sorry but couldn't credit my card. I am disappointed and outraged by this attitude, especially since I am a loyal customer.
