29/05/2026: Was hoping to go there for dinner but the man turned us down because we didn’t have a reservation all for other people to come in as they please and not to mention all the seating inside was free too. We believe that it may be because we were tourists as we can’t think of any other explanation. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a meal.

11/05/2026: Excellent bakery with delicious, easily digestible, and perfectly baked bread... I especially love the traditional baguette with its wonderfully crispy crust. You'll receive a very warm welcome, always with a smile and genuine kindness.

24/01/2026: As a long-time loyal customer of this bakery, I'm unfortunately very disappointed since the change of ownership. The baguette, once excellent, lacks crispness, and the pastries seem less refined. It's truly regrettable because the service remains decent, but the value for money is no longer there. I hope adjustments will be made to bring it back to its previous level.

05/12/2025: Two orders placed, two failures! The first order was missing a pizza. I figured to err, I tried again, and even called the restaurant to make sure they'd received my correct order. "Yes, yes, no problem," they said. But the result? "Contact Deliveroo, they'll refund you!" Well, thanks a lot, there won't be a third time!

03/12/2025: Ordered 5 pizzas on 03/12/2025, they arrived folded in half, like calzones. Some delivery drivers don't respect the merchandise and this will lower this restaurant's rating. It's a shame. This is Falo Falo's last chance to choose drivers who can deliver pizzas without turning them over or folding them, otherwise they'll lose customers.

12/06/2026: I've been coming every week for five years, and the new staff has become very unpleasant. A little extra sauce, the slightest thing... That's why I won't be coming back.

09/04/2026: This is the second time we've ordered, and there have been mistakes in our orders. We asked for a cream base instead of tomato: it wasn't honored; a Margherita without ham: we got ham; a croque monsieur: we were served a Regina; a set menu ordered with a drink: no drink! And the service? Don't even get me started... the person was incredibly rude and unprofessional. That's it for L'Isle-Jourdain.

16/04/2026: Warm welcome, comfortable bed, quiet room. Relaxing shower. Very satisfying breakfast with a wide variety of choices. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. I thank all the staff for their excellent service. A pleasant break and a great opportunity to explore the region.

19/05/2026: Disappointment! The welcome was excellent (at least the young woman serving was as welcoming and friendly as ever), but the menu has changed drastically since the owner retired. No more pasta, no more salads, only pizzas. The toppings have shrunk, and there's hardly anything left on the crust, which, however, remains absolutely delicious. How we miss our old Sirocco!

12/04/2026: I ordered sliced ​​chicken with mushroom sauce, fries, and salad. Very disappointed: it was clearly frozen. The fries were mass-produced, the sauce was far too salty, and the mushrooms were waterlogged. It's a shame, because the service was friendly. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're looking for anything other than pizza.

The fact that we regularly order from you does not mean that your pizzas are good, but simply that you are among the cheapest. You yourself point out that we ask for more toppings on every call, and there's obviously a reason for that. Furthermore, these aren't derogatory comments, but facts. And it's not up to you to judge their relevance, but rather to the readers of the reviews about your establishment. Finally, despite your 15 years of experience, which you emphasize, I'm not the only one to mention your aggressiveness on the phone; a quick look at the other negative reviews confirms this.
