09/08/2026: We ordered 12 pizzas on a Friday evening and arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Nothing had started, and we were told to come back at 9:21 PM because it was too busy (about 15 people on the terrace). The owner gave us a cold welcome. If you have too many orders, don't hesitate to hire extra staff. The pizzas are good, but I won't be going back just because of the service.

18/08/2026: We go several times a month, winter and summer, and are never disappointed. The sangria is special and very good, the atmosphere is great, and in winter we always have the same table. The service is quick and the staff are excellent.

20/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this pizzeria during the day. The atmosphere was lovely, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and the ice cream was a real treat! A huge thank you to our waitress, an incredibly charismatic, smiling, and warm person who made our visit even more enjoyable. A truly great find that we will happily cherish as a holiday memory.

21/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at Mister Pizza. The pizza was far too oily, extremely so, that it completely ruined the taste and the enjoyment of eating it. I didn't like it at all and I think it's a shame.

10/08/2026: A loyalty of over 3 years? Apparently, that doesn't count at Mister Pizza. Well, bravo. I thought I'd seen a lot of things when it comes to customer service, but this deserves a special mention. As a loyal customer for over 3 years, with numerous orders under my belt, I've just discovered that Mister Pizza simply no longer wants to take my phone orders. Apparently, a notification tells them not to accept them anymore. The funniest part? I can still order on their website. So I can be a customer online, but not by phone. Absolutely fascinating business logic. 😅 And let's talk about the last time my order was refused: I wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount, a discount that, ironically, could only be applied by phone. A discount that had already been granted to me several times before without any problem. But this time, strangely enough, it was impossible. So, to sum up: for over three years, I've been a regular customer, a loyal customer, everything's been fine… then suddenly, they refuse to take my orders, they won't take them by phone anymore, and apparently, no one bothers to explain why. And to top it all off: on my last delivery, the driver arrived at the bottom of my building shouting my name in the street to get me to come down. So much for discretion and professionalism. I find this particularly disappointing, because I'm not even a casual customer: three years of loyalty should normally have some value for a business. But clearly, at Mister Pizza, loyalty is a one-way street: as long as you order and pay, everything's fine. As soon as there's a problem, you're on your own. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm just asking for respect, consistency, and decent customer service. After more than three years, I'm going to order elsewhere. And rest assured, this time no one will need to refuse my order: I simply won't be back. It's a shame to lose a loyal customer for such appalling customer service.

16/08/2026: It's a real shame not to answer the phone... 30 minutes of calls, all in vain. No response. I drove almost 20 minutes to order in person, notifying them of my calls, and received no apology, just: "Oh yes, I saw, but I was taking orders." We're regulars year-round, we know it's the holidays and you're overwhelmed with tourists... but I'll remember this. It's a shame to lose your regular customers because the pizzas are good. Fortunately, you're not the only pizzeria in Lisieux! Best of luck.

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

13/05/2026: Amazing price 😛 €7 for one person and only €10 for two! Despite the low prices, they're generous with the portions and the pizza size reflects that. Rare in Paris, especially for such high quality! The pizzas are well-topped and cooked perfectly 🥰 I'll be back!

09/02/2026: I was passing by and tried it in a hurry, and it tasted like leftover pizza reheated the next day! It wasn't very tasty. If you're Korean, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're on the verge of starvation.

07/08/2026: I bought three pizzas; they were sparsely topped and had a hard crust. My stomach hurt all night; the food must have been spoiled. I also had two cans of Coke, and they tasted disgusting… they expired in 2024, and the date had been erased from the bottom. Honestly, this is unacceptable.
