28/07/2024: So I don't know the place and have never tasted their pizza but I just got insulted by a nice man.
To explain, I received a call at 9:30 p.m. from a number I don't know. I'm waiting for this nice gentleman to leave a message which is not the case so I decide to send a text message. What did I do there 🤦🏻♀️ the gentleman tells me that I ordered two pizzas I kindly answer him that it is surely a false number that I live in Essonne and not in the north of France . And this gentleman takes the liberty of insulting me.
So no sir, I have never ordered your pizzas which are surely very good and it was either a hoax or you copied the number wrong but there is no point in insulting strangers. To the wise Alienor

01/09/2024: Burnt pizza and forgetting ingredients in the pizza. After calling I have no excuse! Run away!
09/08/2024: Clearly a place to order pizzas which are excellent but not stay there for dinner. 7 pizzas ordered last night, 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting and not a word of apology (just one that arrives after an hour) from the boss. When I told the boss that we would have liked to be warned of the wait (we had a child and a baby with us) the latter replied that it was "the season" and that after all we had been fine received.... A good cook does not prevent empathy and politeness, too bad.

23/09/2024: Dinner last night on the terrace with my son and my little one who accompanied us! Super nice boss. Tender, delicious and hearty wild boar stew. A few drops of rain and we were immediately offered shelter. I advise, don't hesitate!

So yes, the pizzas are really loaded with toppings and cheap. It's true. We cannot say the opposite.
But even on a pizza, and perhaps especially on a pizza, you need a little quality for the ingredients, otherwise it's just not great.
Concerning the welcome and the atmosphere, we will describe them as rustic.
And then the desserts... Misery... The profiteroles that come out of the cheap Metro freezers, which you are nevertheless charged quite a lot for.
Pizzas, if you are hungry, are cheap, but without pleasure. On the other hand, desserts, no, it's shameful.

01/10/2024: Anyone who orders a pizza here must know that the method of preparation and the toppings correspond to the traditional way of preparing a pizza in a wood-fired oven.
Pizza used to be poor poor people's food. Thin dough with whatever toppings were available. If you expect pizza like it comes from a refrigerated counter, you should go somewhere else. I/we have been getting the pizza here for almost 40 years and have always been extremely satisfied because it is authentic and the price is absolutely understandable in relation to the size. We don't need the uniformity elsewhere.

The welcome is warm, and the service is there!!
I had a starter+main course+dessert menu, with an additional cheese. Everything was excellent, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. Having been in the restaurant business myself, it's a pleasure to eat in places like here.
Don’t hesitate, you can go there with your eyes closed

19/08/2024: Reception and pleasant place but disappointed by the quality/price ratio of the dishes in view of previous reviews.
Whether it's the pasta at more than €13 per plate (parmesan cream pasta without mushrooms, my daughter doesn't like it, thank you) or the snails, too peppery for my taste, €7 for 6, €19 per plate including a ramekin of green salad ravioli.
