28/08/2024: Reception by telephone and in person not very friendly, and a rather overcooked pizza with a charcoal taste… I do not recommend

14/08/2024: The boss's categorical refusal to make us a vegetarian pizza, although not so complicated not to include ham in the preparation. You didn’t even offer the “Cheese pizza” listed on the menu. You just very rudely refused our request. Attitude to be seen again 😉

08/09/2024: We picked this restaurant off of a square in Avignon on our way to the Papal Palace and were able to immediately find seating. Typical French fare, I had a chicken special and my wife had a fish special while the kids got salads. Enjoyable and filling with nice woke by the glass.

25/08/2024: Very warm welcome, very good staff. I had a steak tartare, it had no taste and I had the impression that it was frozen. Too bad.

25/08/2024: The porcini fondue is really delicious and it seems that it is open until 08/09 Ya pizza!

20/08/2024: Poorly served 1 cm pieces of fries, bones in the neugets. And it's impossible to have a carafe of water or a glass of water, it's unacceptable, all this to encourage consumption. Not worth the detour, we won't be back.

24/09/2024: Excellent value for money. Quality product and it smells like home cooking. The pizzas were very good and special mention for the homemade salted butter caramel profiterole: yum!!

22/09/2024: The welcome, no good evening, just “did you order pizza? » then she tells us that we can sit wherever we want. We ordered the dishes which arrived within 30 minutes, one dish which was hot and the other which was cold, plus the meat of the Burger had to be rare and it arrived at the right time. The pitcher of water arrived and we noticed that the water smelled strongly of chlorine and therefore it had the taste of chlorine, so it was not pleasant. For dessert, the crème brûlée was hot instead of cold, it looked more like a custard texture and the profiterole was frozen on the bottom with pieces of ice cubes and hot on top. All this for a note of 52€ so which is expensive for the unsuitable quality.

23/12/2023: Obviously the pizzas are delicious, I have particularly noticed an increase in quality in recent months! A recent experience was very appreciated and the team delivered! I highly recommend!

22/07/2023: Not bad overall but there is a problem with the cheese. Why do you add Lemmental cheese? A pizza is with mozzarella!

25/08/2024: Article 22: Fuck yourself as best you can. Cocktails even colder than the waitress. Reception not the best, no hello, outside of the “full” restaurant period we end up settling down. Waitress who comes to take our order (Sorry for asking for a card) We choose a cocktail, with the waitress implying that “this type of order again”. Several customers leave the restaurant where we were and several who announce out loud “well we won’t be coming back”. It puts us in the mood... The setting is nice and the cocktails are good. We are local, I understand that it is the end of the season and that it is certainly tiring in terms of fatigue. Damage.

19/11/2024: I ordered a 6 cheese cream base pizza this evening, 11/19, I received a 10cm diameter pizza with an infected spot due to the cream going out of date I think. It's a shame to receive this, plus I call at 5:30 p.m. I'm told 6 p.m. the guy arrives at 6:45 p.m. and what's more, he speaks to me informally as if we've known each other for 10 years. I strongly advise against

15/12/2024: Big disappointment! Friday December 13 (evening) as soon as we arrived, we understood that a table of two people without reservation was not very interesting for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our orders without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrive, cold, and we have to wait very long minutes to receive our glass of wine (not very logical in the process). We then ask that our dishes be reheated. They come back barely warmer... what's more, the ravioli were dried out from cooking in the microwave and the sauce was almost non-existent. When taking an order for dessert, the waiter tells me about a chocolate financier or a chocolate cake from the “café sweetness”. Finally, a completely different dessert arrives and immediately returns to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). 65€ for two people for a dish of poor quality, very amateurish service and quickly dispatched, the bill is steep (much more than the dishes!). We would hesitate to set foot there again!

12/12/2024: Having been to this del Arte several times, unlike the others the service is pitiful and unpleasant. We have the impression that even the quality of the products is not the same. To flee.

28/09/2024: Warm welcome, very friendly despite it being a fast good, we don't expect that. Very good, very clean. Quality ingredients. Go there with your eyes closed 😉
