23/08/2026: For a first-time experience! An impeccable experience that deserves far more than 5 stars! Delivered in just 30 minutes at 2 a.m., the service was highly professional. The pizza arrived hot and perfectly packaged. Visually stunning, and the taste was pure bliss 👌 The thinness of the crust and the perfectly cooked pizza immediately reminded me of my mother's pizzas. From the first bite, the flavors explode. I highly recommend this establishment, a true late-night gem! I don't understand some of the comments!

20/09/2026: Hello, We ate at this restaurant. Half the people were sick, we waited 50 minutes to be served, the pizzas were undercooked, and the managers were very unpleasant. We felt sorry for the waitress. We later learned that this restaurant has received a "Kitchen Nightmares" rating. Avoid at all costs!!

03/10/2026: We ordered our pizza by phone and arrived just as the restaurant was closing, but they very kindly reopened to give us the pizza they had saved for us! It was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

30/09/2026: I called to place a delivery order. They confirmed my address and told me it would take an hour to arrive. Despite this, I placed the order anyway. Five minutes before closing time, I received a call asking if I wanted to pick up the order because they were closing in five minutes. So, the person who took the order made a mistake and entered it as "takeaway" instead of "delivery," and instead of making an exception or finding a solution, all I got was a "sorry" and "have a good evening." Customer service worthy of the best, eh?

10/10/2026: A mixed experience. The sofas and chairs are very uncomfortable for extended periods of time. Furthermore, there's a glaring imbalance with a significantly higher number of men than women, and the receptionist's disregard for the dress code was evident. However, the interior design, cleanliness, staff courtesy, and quality of service are simply outstanding.

24/09/2026: While in Paris for the Céline Dion concert, I went to Club 2 Plus 2 to continue my evening – a highly recommended spot! As always, I'd been there 7 years ago and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the warm welcome, and the friendly service. 17/08/2026: Quick service. Drinks and food arrived promptly. The chicken with Camembert was a generous portion. It's a shame about the extra €0.30 for mayonnaise… The waitress was very friendly.

08/07/2026: Disappointed... The food was really bad. We started with the appetizer: a wilted and poorly washed salad. An insect had found its way into the potato salad. My partner's terrine tasted like it had been in the fridge. The waitress changed our plates as a result. On to the main course... The poultry was barely cooked, even pink in places; I couldn't eat it. Besides, the flavor was lacking; I found it bland. 😏 The fries and ice cream were good. In short, €40 for two people seemed expensive. Plus, I went home with a terrible stomach ache. We won't be repeating the experience.

The sliding door, with its silent fluidity, evokes a controlled modernity, while the understated and harmoniously refined decor creates a soothing setting, where every element seems designed with almost architectural delicacy. However, even the most dazzling masterpieces are not without their minor flaws. For example, the absence of soap and towels introduces a disturbing dissonance into this hygienic symphony. 14/05/2026: Pizza JENNA Beaune Home Delivery Disaster! Over an hour instead of 30 minutes, plus they were missing my drink! I had to call twice to get it, and then waited another hour. The Mont Blanc Burger was very good. The Amigo Panini was missing kebab meat. Second attempt the next day. Unprofessional! I placed a takeaway order. When I got home, I realized one fry was missing? After complaining, I received my delivery 20 minutes later: a box of cold, barely edible fries.

08/08/2026: The person I spoke to on the phone (who happens to be the one who created the website—so I assume the owner) was very unpleasant. She raised her voice because we asked for a Margherita (tomato, mozzarella... nothing more), before telling us they didn't have anything like that, but "only tomato pizzas with mozzarella"... Go figure. To put it simply, we're half Italian, so we're quite particular about pizza. Besides, the pizzeria located in Lunel Nord, in the small residential area not far from the Jacques Brel nursery school, is a real pizzeria! The old Hut Pizza in the town center was also better. In short, the quality leaves much to be desired, which in no way justifies the attitude of the person we spoke to on the phone. Personally, I'd avoid it.

23/07/2026: A bizarre phone call for an order! I wanted to order a pizza for 9:15 PM, and the person who answered had a condescending attitude because, apparently, they wouldn't be there after 9:15 PM (if that's the case, change your posted hours instead of making a mockery of your customers). To top it all off, I got a "9:15 PM at the latest, otherwise you won't eat," and colleagues laughing in the background. So, the order was canceled, and I won't be going back, even though we've always ordered from there as a family. There's no way I'm giving money to people who don't want to work.
