21/06/2026: I was disappointed by this experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas didn't convince me: the taste was rather bland and didn't meet my expectations. As for the service, a greater effort in friendliness and customer care would be greatly appreciated. I hope these aspects can be improved, as a warmer welcome and more refined cuisine would make all the difference.

04/10/2025: Pizza in a pizzeria. You'd expect a better oven. Unfortunately, there's only an electric one. The pizza was correspondingly soggy. It might have just barely gotten four stars. But a large beer (0.5l) for €10? You can get one cheaper at Oktoberfest. And that's saying something! Bottom line: Next time I'll eat somewhere else.

20/08/2025: A breathtaking experience. (Humor) What a horror! The restaurant wasn't air-conditioned, the service was appalling. We were told there would be an hour's wait for a pizza, and in the end, we decided to order something else, but it was the same thing. Thirty-five minutes for a tomato and mozzarella pizza, the same for a burger. Absolutely no organization.

07/07/2026: The pizzas are excellent! Honestly, they're the best I've ever had. The ingredients are high quality, the pizzas are generously sized, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

25/08/2026: They promise spectacular entertainment all season long on their website, but in the end... there's not much. No real shows. I booked a nice mobile home, which I paid quite a bit for. We arrived, and it was dirty and damaged. The water park was nice, though. The restaurant 🤣 You call, they tell you a 20-minute wait... you wait 40 minutes, and when you go to pick up your order, they tell you another 20 minutes. Then you end up waiting 2.5 hours. And they keep taking orders, always announcing a 20-minute wait... in the end, there's a queue of people who are losing their minds. Two-hour wait! And I should mention that it's fries, paninis, pizza... pasta... it's fast food, and yet... I can't find where to give it 5 stars except for the pool.

24/08/2026: We ordered at 7:15 PM. They told us there would be a 20-minute wait, and after 30 minutes without any news, we went to the restaurant. They told us there was another 15-minute wait, which wasn't too bad. Then we decided to wait there, and it turned out the 15 minutes had turned into an hour and a half. They continued taking orders, telling other customers 20-25 minute waits, creating an endless queue. People who had ordered before us still hadn't been served. When it was finally our turn, they took our payment and, of course, gave us the wrong order, LOL. Guess what? We had to wait another 20 minutes before they finally started our order. And let's talk about the food, hahaha. The fries were dry, the calamari tasteless. The o-bowls, oh my, the o-bowls... the cheese sauce was just plain sour cream. No seasoning, the fries were the same, no taste. Anyway, first and last experience.

15/06/2026: I just ordered three pizzas, and there was a mistake on my order. The manager told me it would be ready in five minutes, but I waited 30 minutes. I called him back, and he spoke to me very rudely on the phone and called me a liar when I told him it wasn't the first time there had been mistakes with orders, and that I even once ordered five pizzas and received five boxes, but only four pizzas. One box was empty. He told me that wasn't true. I don't see the point in lying about that. On the other hand, the delivery driver was very good. This manager, who is so rude and disrespectful, needs to be replaced.

27/08/2025: We had just left the beach as a family and were looking for a pizzeria. What a great discovery! The welcome was wonderful (smiles and good humor) and the pizzas were delicious. The chicken is halal and the lady took special care during the preparation which my sister and I found adorable. Thank you! I highly recommend!

26/08/2025: Fast service, pleasant staff but very mediocre quality pizzas (hard dough, flavorless ingredients, etc.) All for a fairly high price.

06/12/2025: The pizzas are pretty good and affordable. I find the giant size really good value for money. I order often; delivery is free, and for me, it's always delivered on time, sometimes even early, even though I live 9 km from the pizzeria. They might arrive a little cold towards the end of the week, but given the distance, I understand.

12/08/2026: Please check the expiration dates on your products. After eating the salmon pizza, I spent the night vomiting, and it's the same today. Not ideal for a holiday getaway.

30/07/2026: Good evening, As a customer since April, I wanted to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm welcome. However, the sauces they offer are NEVER available, the nuggets are NEVER available, and many of the desserts on the menu are NEVER available. Is the owner trying to make money off the customers? That seems like the most likely explanation. It would be enough to remove the products from the website to avoid frustrating customers, but that wouldn't be possible because it would reveal that these products don't exist in the catalog and violate franchise regulations. Make no mistake, this isn't a delivery issue or a case of out-of-stock items; it's a deliberate omission of products. I wonder what the franchisor is doing because it seems the franchisee isn't complying with the regulations.

20/08/2026: ❌❌❌ Just plain scammers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The restaurant has two menus: an “old” one displayed outside with lower prices, and a “new” one they give you once you’re inside — with higher prices. They were unlucky because I remembered the prices. When I pointed out the difference, instead of explaining it, they started insulting me. The guy in the photo was particularly rude and unpleasant. So yes — apparently this is the “French standard” at this place.

05/08/2026: I just received my order and noticed that the pizza was not sealed for delivery.

26/07/2026: I used to order from Domino’s pizza in other cities but here in Béthune I don’t recommend their Pizza, it feels like a bread with cheese. And their French fries I rate it 4/10. Not satisfied with its flavour, I wasted my money. Thanks for reading.

06/07/2026: Terrible delivery…the pizza arrived without the plastic tip, so the cardboard was stuck to it…making it inedible. Also, the wings were spicy when I ordered plain…and barely cooked. It's not as good as it used to be; the quality is poor considering the price!

10/08/2026: I have passed by several times at night but the machine is always out of service at night, even though it is marked 24/7.

01/05/2026: The pizzas are truly delicious. We've never been disappointed; on the contrary, we've been very surprised by the quality of the pizzas from a vending machine. Thank you to the pizza maker. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. For our part, we thoroughly enjoyed them.

28/06/2026: Hello, As always when I order takeout, something is missing. Either a full meal like tonight, or a milkshake, or fries, or the pizza I ordered isn't the right one. Frankly, I think it's best to stop ordering online, or simply not go there anymore. My disappointment stems from the fact that this isn't the first time.

26/06/2026: This is the last time. Since the move, the quality has declined, but more importantly, the price has skyrocketed: €32 for two pizzas delivered. The delivery was a disaster. The driver calls to say he's there, but no one is home. He insists he's at the right address, but in the end, yes, it's the right address, but not the right town. And what a surprise when we unpacked the pizzas! The toppings are stuck to the lid of the box. It's pathetic. That's it. Next time, we'll make them ourselves. 😁 As the saying goes, if you want something done right, do it yourself. It's a real shame that this Dole institution has declined to this extent. As mentioned above, for us, it's over, over, over.
