22/08/2026: ⭐ 1 star — Getting worse and worse… Order placed directly on the Pizza Hut app: 1.5-hour wait for delivery. I called the store to find out what was going on, and they explained that the delay was due to Uber Eats… Except that, as a customer, when I order on the Pizza Hut app, it's not my responsibility to deal with their delivery provider's issues. The result: pizzas arrived cold, and one of them had practically no toppings. Between the completely excessive wait, the cold pizzas, and the missing ingredients, the quality of service is clearly declining. In short, Pizza Hut: getting worse and worse. Very disappointing.

03/07/2026: THE WORST FOOD SAFETY EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER WITNESSED a few years ago, on 2021, my family and i visited this Pizza Hut late at night. we were seated by a window with a clear view of the kitchen. while we were waiting for our food, i saw one employee open a can of olives. as soon as she smelled them, she made a disgusted face and even gagged, while another employee was washing dishes nearby. the first employee handed the olives to her, and while she was still at the sink, she smelled them several times and also looked disgusted. she then rinsed the olives in the same sink she was using to clean dirty dishes, before they were sliced and placed on a pizza that was served to another table. i can’t say for certain that the olives were spoiled because i never inspected them myself, but the employees’ reactions strongly suggested that something was wrong with them. watching that happen completely undermined my confidence in the food safety at this location. to be fair, the pizza we ordered was good. we were definitely a bit nervous after what we had seen, and inspected it before eating, but the pepperoni pizza tasted fine and we didn’t have any issues with our meal. i also want to mention that the service was very good. the employee at the front counter was kind, welcoming, and treated us very well, so i have no complaints about the customer service. however, i do think this location should be inspected to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being followed. based on what I personally witnessed, i believe it’s worth making sure everything is being handled correctly to protect both customers and staff. honestly i'm glad we didn’t order olives, because after witnessing that situation, i wouldn’t have felt comfortable eating them. i’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything—i can only describe what I personally saw—but it was enough to leave a very negative impression and make me question the food safety standards at this location.

31/05/2026: Unfortunately, this is the second time my friend has ordered and there's no kosher certification label on the box. This is a real problem; we can't eat it like that, especially since it's delivered via Uber Eats, so for a non-Jew, it needs two packages to be kosher.

07/08/2026: This review is more than positive for me. It was my first order, and the pizzas are huge and delicious. Just so you know, I messed up when I placed my order online, so I called the pizzeria directly. I got the owner on the phone, and he was incredibly kind. He sorted everything out for me, which was really helpful. I really appreciated it; not everyone would have done the same. I've definitely finally found my go-to pizzeria!

As a result, my colleague couldn't eat! The delivery drivers told us that this Domino's is a regular customer; several customers find themselves in the same predicament after placing an order. 28/08/2026: A lovely crêperie; the setting and location make the outdoor terrace a pleasant place to relax. The service was relatively quick, and the food was good, made with decent ingredients. Some reviews mention that the shop doesn't accept credit cards, but I didn't have that problem. I'm surprised by all the other reviews, as they're far from the truth. I'd definitely go back; I recommend it.

23/08/2026: It's the typical establishment where, curiously, their card machine doesn't work, and they don't warn the customer beforehand. I understand from other people that this is their modus operandi; the card machine never works. In other words, you've already consumed what you wanted, and you're on your own to pay because they won't make any effort to offer you payment options. Establishments are OBLIGATED to notify customers in advance if they only have one payment option. The worst part is that when I was walking to the car to get cash (luckily we had our own card and told them so), they came chasing us in their car demanding the money, like cops and robbers. Don't go there; there are other bars in town that respect and value their customers much more.

10/08/2026: A true bar in the Provençal sense of the word. Where I come from, in the South of France, we go to the bar. And finding a bar (in the true sense of the word) is difficult. Here, it's almost like "Chez Patricia," you really feel like you're in a bar and you have a wonderful time. Good service, a great atmosphere, quality drinks and light meals, served with that accent we love so much and that touch of southern teasing that has practically disappeared from the Var region. It's a great place, and you'll want to come back. The friendliest bar in town, open every day. Thank you, Patricia.

18/06/2026: Very bad experience with Domino's Pizza Bain-de-Bretagne. When I ordered delivery, one pizza was missing. When I contacted the restaurant to report the error, no satisfactory solution was offered. The person on the phone simply replied, "It's your word against mine," questioning my honesty instead of trying to resolve the issue. A mistake in preparation can happen, but the way the situation was handled is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected the restaurant to check the order or offer some kind of compensation, not to be treated as if I were lying. Very disappointed by the customer service and the lack of consideration given to my complaint.

09/10/2025: Exceptional setting just a few meters from the port and the beach. It's the only decent restaurant in the area, and we were very disappointed. No water or bread on the table. The dishes listed on the menu don't exist. "I told you, 'No paella, prawns, monkfish, or fish...'" said the waiter. The ham croquettes are mostly potato croquettes. The mussels with chorizo ​​swim in a creamy pink sauce, and most are already detached from their shells. They don't contain any chorizo. The waiters are heavily tattooed, burly men in shorts. We miss the old-fashioned service in restaurants, and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this part of Hendaye?
