03/10/2025: The person working there was pleasant, which is appreciated. However the place is very shabby, with broken benches, uncomfortable chairs. The pizza was very mediocre.

11/09/2026: Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. The person behind the counter (Jerome) is very unpleasant, bordering on vulgar with customers, making snide remarks, and completely lacking in customer service skills. Just walk away; it's not worth the price.

14/08/2026: I came to try this chalet and ordered a sandwich: chicken and fries with lettuce, tomato, and no onions. I placed my order and went to sit at a table in the sun. I took a bite, and the sandwich was disgusting. The lettuce tasted like it had gone bad, the tomatoes were okay, and the bread was just okay. The fries were awful. Definitely don't go there, avoid it at all costs.

22/06/2026: The welcome was catastrophic, incredibly cold. I strongly advise against going back; I will never return.

21/06/2026: I was disappointed by this experience. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas didn't convince me: the taste was rather bland and didn't meet my expectations. As for the service, a greater effort in friendliness and customer care would be greatly appreciated. I hope these aspects can be improved, as a warmer welcome and more refined cuisine would make all the difference.

18/09/2026: We placed our order and two hours later, we still haven't received anything and there's been no response from the restaurant. What's the point of staying open if you're going to treat customers like this?

06/09/2026: The pizzas always arrive at least 45 minutes late. And the pizzas aren't the ones I ordered. The egg is missing from the Divine pizza. I don't understand.

08/10/2026: You order, you wait 2 hours, and in the end, no delivery! The website says delivery starts at €20, but the delivery driver tells you, "No, it's €40," after a 2-hour wait! The guy from the pizzeria on the phone is unfriendly and nonchalant, plus he says, "I'm not your friend, don't use the informal 'tu' with me!" Never again.

29/07/2026: I ordered pizzas, honestly, nothing to complain about, top-notch!

17/09/2026: The receptionist on the phone was far too nonchalant and couldn't distinguish between three BBQ pizzas, even though I specifically mentioned BPM (the pizza name). Furthermore, on a previous occasion, we ordered by phone, but the delivery driver never arrived... This time, the driver was also late.

12/09/2026: Unpleasant welcome, too long a wait, no hello, no goodbye. Avoid at all costs, it's horrible.

13/09/2026: Good evening! The person who spoke to me on the phone tonight was rude. He told me to take my order, that he wanted to see me in person. I've been a customer for years. When I arrived, he started shouting that he was all alone and that it wasn't his problem... His manner of speaking was lacking in civility and education. We'll be back in 2 or 3 weeks and it will be better.

26/07/2026: Delicious pizza! Sunday night at 10:40 PM, the waiter greeted us with a smile and we chatted. Thank you! 💯💯👍👍

20/10/2026: Ordered at 9:35 PM, delivered at 10:00 PM (closing time). The pizza was very good and piping hot. Great!

10/10/2026: Called to inquire about delivery scheduled for 8:15 PM, ordered online at 5:30 PM. Restaurant called at 8:30 PM, unpleasant and rushed. First and last time. Waiting for the pizzas, hoping they'll be good. Update after the call. 8:50 PM, still no news. Called the Béthune restaurant and was very unpleasant on the phone.

31/08/2026: Way too expensive. I asked if they had cakes, the waiter went to check, said there was only éclair left, so I ordered that. When asked, the neighbors got tarte tatin instead. The éclair was €13…

30/08/2026: My tailor makes you rich. After patiently waiting about ten minutes for someone to take our order for five people in the back room... Too bad, it won't be for next time.

21/09/2026: Ouch, it seems the owner has changed and that amateurs unfamiliar with the etiquette of such an industry have been put in charge of service. A waitress who walked right past us three times without even acknowledging us (while we were sitting on the terrace) served people who arrived after us and smoked a cigarette while chatting with her friends at the table right next to us... perhaps my friend's skin was too dark or she simply didn't like the look of me? We wondered... finally, a pleasant young man took care of us, except that my friend's Kir Royal arrived with barely any blackcurrant liqueur at the bottom, no bubbles (he explained that it was the last of the bottle, that they were out of champagne but that it should be fine... that he would come back later with champagne... strange). As for my rosé, it was flat. The young man never came back with the champagne. When we went to the bar, the young woman suddenly noticed us and tried to ring us up. I asked to speak to the young man, but she didn't understand, so I insisted that he ring us up. He came over and asked if everything was alright... when I explained that the kir wasn't royal and the rosé was flat, and I'd barely touched the glass, he told us that no, everything hadn't gone well. We simply wanted to enjoy a drink, and both were undrinkable—unbelievable in an establishment that specializes in that. Being a good sport, he decided not to charge us for the rosé: I hadn't drunk it, thank goodness. Without any shame, he rang up my friend's so-called kir. It would have been more professional to offer something else when they ran out of champagne and, above all, to come back and check on us. It was impossible to get hold of a waiter...

18/08/2026: They're ripping off customers and not listing the coffees on the menu because the staff wants tips. I've given all the information to the URSSAF (French social security agency); I'm sure they'll laugh to see such rude and unclean waiters who dare to tip themselves without your permission or even telling you, and who change drink prices as they please. Have a good day, and steer clear.

23/07/2026: I ordered 10 pizzas. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the pizza shop manager. But what really prompted me to leave a review is their complete inability to show any consideration for their customers with a gesture of goodwill after a purchase of nearly €200 worth of pizzas. Not even a bottle of rosé or soda for the children. I had to ask if they offered loyalty cards. I was told they did, but they didn't give them out automatically; I had to request one. Given that my purchase of 10 pizzas meant the loyalty card was maxed out in one go, and my family works in retail, I find it very sad that they have so little ability to offer any kind of gesture of goodwill. All of this will definitely discourage me from returning.

26/06/2026: Ordered 4 pizzas at 8:30 pm... a real treat... well done girls, especially with temperatures like these, don't change a thing, keep it up!

21/09/2026: At first glance, the pizzas don't seem expensive, but you quickly understand why once you taste them: the crust is extremely thin and burnt, it's crunchy, the tomato sauce is very poor quality (acidic), and the ingredients are very low-grade. And to top it all off, they don't accept credit cards…it makes you wonder. In short: avoid at all costs!

18/09/2026: Tasty crispy pizza and very friendly service. The half pizza with plenty of fresh salad is highly recommended – this offer is new to us but a real hit!
