09/03/2026: A scam! We wanted to order pizzas one weekday evening through the app, but despite repeated calls, we received no answer. We ended up paying over €30 for pizzas that never arrived and were never refunded. It's shameful to take people's money without delivering and then not do anything to refund them. Avoid this company unless you have money to burn.

07/07/2026: I paid €15.50 for a pizza where I had made some changes; I had asked for a Louisiana, but my changes weren't honored. And it had very little topping.

06/07/2026: Run away… the pizza is incredibly greasy, and the owner is very unfriendly. A can of soda for €2.50… I thought I was on the highway! Sometimes you shouldn't start a business if it's not for you… just leave it.

17/07/2026: Extremely disappointed! I ordered a pizza and three cheesy breads to take away. When I went to pick them up, I asked the man who was alone in the kitchen and at the counter if both orders were there. To confirm, he opened the pizza box and found an insect inside. I pointed it out to him, and he tried to pull the wool over my eyes, saying, "No, it just got in when I opened it." I told him that's not true; it was already in there, I saw it. He didn't even apologize, didn't remake the order, or give me a refund. He just let me leave. I'm not even going to eat, I'm so disgusted! The hygiene at this Domino's is unacceptable; what just happened is outrageous!

13/04/2026: Empty pizza... €12.99 for a crust. Try to get back to me, because it's getting worse and worse.

30/03/2026: Disappointed, few ingredients. Expensive for the quantity. Profitability is understandable. I won't be going back.

12/07/2026: If you want to get sick, you've chosen the right place. The pizza is awful: thin, with no toppings, just a sheet of paper. The man who answers the phone is really unfriendly and unhelpful. He even told me to go somewhere else when I told him the pizzas were poorly topped, thin, and had a dry crust. Avoid at all costs!

12/07/2026: The pizza was dry with nothing on it. €15 for pizzas is very expensive; I wouldn't recommend going there again! And the waiter was unpleasant.

27/06/2026: We ordered a warm goat cheese salad and a Niçoise salad. I got 4 olives and my boyfriend got 3 ;-)). No walnuts, almonds, or balsamic vinegar. In short, terrible salads for €22. Unfriendly service. Avoid at all costs.

29/07/2026: This restaurant is absolutely filthy. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. I ate there twice, and both times I saw mice and cockroaches. The pizzas weren't great, and I strongly advise against going there. The manager practically shoves his nose in your face for five minutes. After all, he makes pizzas! I strongly advise against it!

28/07/2026: I'm very unhappy. I paid extra for mushrooms on my pizza and I only got three measly bits of mushrooms on top of it. That's unacceptable. The toppings leave much to be desired... they need to make a serious effort to improve.

30/08/2025: I received a very warm welcome from Michel and Bayron; I've been coming here for a while now, the service is always excellent and the pizzas are delicious.

29/08/2025: Second order in a row paid remotely for delivery within the town… Upon arrival, the drinks are missing again! Of course, the staff can't do anything 🙃… no credit, no refund!

05/01/2026: Excellent pizza, prepared quickly and with a friendly welcome. I've been several times and I'll definitely go back.

19/08/2026: I was alone, waited 30 minutes, the person came to set your table and didn't come back. You have to go yourself to get your order taken. The pizza was perfect, but after finishing it, another 30 minutes passed and no one came to clear the table or ask if you wanted dessert or coffee. I left to pay and have no regrets. I won't be going back, even though it was much, much better last year.

05/08/2026: I'm furious! It's 11:12 PM. I placed my order on the website at 8 PM, with delivery scheduled for 8:45 PM. I called at 9:30 PM, and my order was apparently there?? 10:30 PM, I called again. Yes, I'm patient, the delivery driver is in Montivilliers to deliver to me, okay, I'm staying calm, except my husband starts work at 10 PM, so he left without eating. It's a disgrace, I've never seen anything like it. I don't think, given the time, I'll get the pizzas, even though I paid. But don't worry, I'll come and collect what's owed to me. I work in retail myself and I know that Google reviews are read. A phone call, at least an apology, a gesture of goodwill—nothing?? And one star because I can't give less.

21/07/2026: I happened to walk past it and it was closed due to administrative reasons from the hygiene department!

09/05/2026: My friend and I were very disappointed. We ordered mojitos, but there was no rum flavor and just a lot of crushed ice, so we were drinking more water than anything else. In the past, it was very good. At €10, the mojito was unacceptable. The fries were dry, and there was a lack of staff. A disappointing experience.

19/07/2026: The crust on every pizza was bad and the toppings were sparse. The worst pizza crust was definitely the one with cheese in it... and the cheese had no flavor! Only the four-cheese pizza was passable! The fried chicken would have been better from a supermarket, and the chicken nuggets were the same... 50 euros for an order... ouch! I should have read the reviews, sniff...

26/06/2026: Worst pizza ever. I ordered two inedible pizzas on Uber Eats. When I called to report the problem, the staff was very unpleasant. The worst experience in Poitiers.

22/07/2026: I've been ordering from Larry's La Valette for four years. After asking the owner if it would be possible to have a delivery a few minutes later than their usual delivery time for a "relatively" large order (8 to 10 pizzas maximum) one evening, I was told it was possible, provided I gave them a few days' notice and was flexible with the delivery time, which I agreed to. Three days before the event, I went to the restaurant to pay in advance and arrange everything. I was greeted by the other owner, who categorically refused the order, leaving me without a solution despite having received prior approval. There's a complete lack of consideration, and the quality is inconsistent. I used to recommend this establishment, but I no longer do.
