13/08/2026: An excellent spot for pizza lovers in Annonay. We thoroughly enjoyed the different pizzas we tried, especially the one generously topped with black olives and anchovy fillets.
The dough is perfect and the ingredients are delicious. We truly appreciated the quality of the preparation; it was a real treat for the taste buds. A must-try that I highly recommend.

31/08/2026: We visited Serra di Ferro a week ago during our stay in Corsica.
We had a very positive experience at this family-run pizzeria.
The pizza was really good, and the homemade desserts were truly excellent.
The wait was short, even though it was crowded.
The staff were very professional and courteous, especially their son, Teo, who was very friendly and welcoming. He spoke in Corsican and therefore understood Italian very well.

Also, they're a bit pricey for a medium size, especially compared to the more "sophisticated" pizzas. The location is convenient for enjoying them on the beach afterwards.

12/07/2026: Once again, I was very satisfied with my meal at Sierra Torride! Thin and generously topped pizzas. Excellent beef tartare and superb mussels in garlic cream sauce. The service was simple and attentive.
The atmosphere was refreshingly cool compared to the 38°C outside. I'll definitely be back again and again. 🥰
22/06/2026: Second visit yesterday evening, the night of the Fête de la Musique. The welcome was as warm as ever, and the food was very pleasant: the foie gras and duck breast tartare was excellent!

It's always so good… except this time… someone needs to find out who created the Salsiccia!
That fennel sausage, that zucchini cream, that stracciatella, the sun-dried tomatoes, and that touch of lime… it's divine!
And to think it's the pizza of the moment, so it's only available for a limited time 😭.
Go devour it… but hey, there are still plenty of other delicious pizzas left.
