31/01/2026: The welcome was very warm, we were comfortably seated, and the decor wasn't overly elaborate, though it might not appeal to everyone. The prices are reasonable, and the menu is extensive but not overwhelming, which is a good sign. The service was quick. The pizzas looked beautiful, and the pasta was perfectly cooked.

A delicious pizza with a thin crust and a distinctive flavor thanks to the chef's special touch, and excellent service with friendly and welcoming staff! A pleasant and affordable restaurant, a real breath of fresh air for the community. I commend the variety of dishes; although it's a pizzeria, it's possible to satisfy all tastes (burgers, pasta dishes, themed meals, etc.). Let's give La Fabrik a boost, I highly recommend it!

20/12/2025: Vegetarians beware! They only serve high-quality, even exceptional, meat. The side vegetables are very good, and the charcuterie is excellent. It's a shame they wouldn't change my ice cream flavor for dessert!

30/01/2026: Lunch for two on a Friday: A pizzeria frequented by locals, with a friendly atmosphere. The food was quite good. A set menu is offered at lunchtime. A very wide selection of pizzas. Homemade desserts... This little restaurant could use a bit of a refresh and some heating!

10/01/2026: Excellent pizzas, whether you eat in or take away. In the summer, there's a nice little terrace with a warm welcome from the owners, all at very reasonable prices! Go for it!

10/01/2026: Excellent pizza, the crust was delicious and crispy, not too thick (unlike what you see in the big chains), quality ingredients, and extremely reasonable prices! Plus, the service was lovely. I'll definitely be back!

14/02/2026: So, this is a restaurant I would love with my husband, but frankly, for once we went out for a Valentine's Day meal and there was no special menu. The waitress's welcome left much to be desired. I ordered a prawn and risotto menu; the rice was dry and the prawns were flambéed—I don't know where they were flambéed, they were raw! And the waitress, who couldn't handle anything, had to call her colleague over. Total disappointment.

09/02/2026: We went to eat at this restaurant for the first time on a Friday evening and we don't regret it at all! A warm welcome and very pretty decor, soft lighting, and very pleasant jazzy music. The dishes were delicious—you can tell it's homemade. The lasagna was just like they make it back home, and my eggplant parmigiana was equally good. For starters, we shared a foie gras that was more than generous—three slices! The tiramisu and homemade tart completed this generous meal. The service was relaxed and cheerful; there was a great atmosphere, which was lovely. The restrooms were also clean. A large heated veranda apparently allows them to accommodate groups. 25/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, with original and delicious dishes from starter to dessert! Never disappointed after several visits. Quality children's menu with smaller portions than the adults' menu, a far cry from the usual nuggets and fries! Situated on a bridge and just a few dozen meters from the pretty village of Gouarec and the Nantes-Brest Canal. Great for lunch and a family stroll. Charming staff.
