The servers are very friendly and pleasant. My only slight complaint is that the back room is a bit noisy. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

The crepe batter is good, however, the filling is disappointing... Really, far too little... 5 measly slices of chorizo ​​and 5 measly slices of goat cheese in the crepe. The filling didn't even reach the edge of the crepe; it was only concentrated in the middle, so nothing in the corners, which is a real shame. Please, add more filling to your crepes or include some ingredients because it's really too little. It's a shame because the place and the service are lovely. Thank you.

05/07/2025: If you're passing through Chartres and want to eat pizza near the Cathedral, stop by La Passacaille. They're certainly too humble to claim to be world champions. The dough is exceptional, and all the customers around me unanimously said it was excellent. We also tried the tarte tatin and the tiramisu... we absolutely don't regret giving in to temptation.

This pizzeria provides quality service at affordable prices, despite the reviews from customers stubbornly focused on a single, unhappy experience. We need to stop with the unhealthy criticism.
