06/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! We were just passing through for one night at the Anges Gardiens bed and breakfast, 500 meters away. And what a lovely evening at the bell tower! 👍 We had dinner in the small square next to the fountain, accompanied by a group of musicians who created a very pleasant atmosphere. The meal was hearty and beautifully presented, with a tournedos that melted in your mouth.

09/10/2026: I chose this restaurant at random while out for a stroll, and I absolutely don't regret it. We received a very warm welcome and were able to choose our table. The cocktails offered as aperitifs were really good, and the gin and tonic was well-made. The dishes were beautifully presented and generous, giving them that authentic, home-style cooking feel. The desserts were decadent and addictive; you'll want to have another one. It's a truly lovely place, perfect for couples, families, or even groups of friends—it's definitely worth a visit.

16/08/2026: I had to pick up people at the boat from NYC so ordered 3 pizzas and a salad here. I was earlier, but that was Ok they processed my order fast. The salad was not at all OK, just salad, small and only salad and a lot of bread croutons, and that was supposed to be a big Cesar salad, at the counter they said they only hads one size. The pizza's were ok, but nothing special, but expensive for what they were.

18/09/2026: Pastis and Suze, preceded by "Italian" beef tartare with succulent flavored fries, all accompanied by Provençal rosé and amber beer, and finished with crème brûlée and rum baba with whipped cream, all accompanied by mentholated digestifs, exemplary service at a reasonable price in a serene maritime setting in Toulon, the City of Lights. 06/09/2026: An excellent restaurant, we received a very warm welcome, the food was excellent and everything was homemade. The prices are reasonable, we were truly satisfied from beginning to end, we will return without hesitation and I highly recommend this establishment

26/09/2026: I was shocked by the appalling hygiene of the toilets, which were filthy... and it's been like that for a while! Shameful for a restaurant. The area in front of the counter wasn't clean either. Frankly, it doesn't make you want to go into the kitchen! I ordered a very small and sparsely topped takeaway salad for 16 euros (give or take a few cents). Furthermore, we had to come back because we hadn't been given cutlery, but that was a minor inconvenience...

26/09/2026: Disaster! The restaurant is filthy, including the kitchen area, the toilets are disgusting, excrement on the seat, floor yellow with urine! The €16 salads are a complete rip-off… four measly pieces of salmon, cheese, and tomato drowned in a green salad… no fork for takeout… and no napkin either, of course! We just hope we don't get sick! Run away!!!

13/06/2026: Only one waiter and one waitress to manage the dining room and terrace, and despite the relatively low lunchtime crowd, it was already complicated. There was a mistake in taking orders; another table received something other than what they had ordered. The same thing happened to me with dessert. I admit that the two employees were friendly and accommodating, but that's absolutely not always enough. As for the food, it was okay, but nothing more. And the Wi-Fi wasn't working.

18/05/2026: A good all-around option if you're looking for a quick meal near Gare de Lyon. We had dinner there as a couple: the Milanese veal cutlet was good, and the salmon was too. The only downside was that the plates were served a little cold, which meant the vegetables got cold very quickly. It's still a perfectly decent restaurant with very reasonable prices for the area, ideal if you want efficient service without necessarily looking for haute Italian cuisine. A positive experience overall.

24/08/2026: Burnt pizza. The dough isn't good at all and doesn't even seem to have risen well. I ordered a Margherita, but it arrived with three olives on top, and it was all burned underneath too, it was inedible. Not recommended.

28/04/2026: We had a lunch and dinner here and it was the best restaurant of the week. Service was quick without being rushed and the staff were very friendly. Also there was no pressure to have a full 3-5 course meal like some good French restaurants. We had a single course at each meal and were made to feel as welcomed as the table spending far more than is. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. The evening bus from 1800 is also very close.
