01/05/2026: A wonderful hotel right next to the Cité and in the heart of Carcassonne. The rooms are fantastic and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The small but excellent continental breakfast is prepared with great care and is very reasonably priced at €18. Thank you for everything!

03/06/2026: The food was really good and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The quality and flavour of the dishes were excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into the food. Unfortunately, the service needs some improvement. While the food arrived quickly, our needs were not properly listened to. My friend has severe allergies and specifically asked for her meal to be prepared without certain ingredients. Despite making this clear, the meal was brought out containing the very ingredients she is allergic to. When we raised the issue, we were simply told to remove them ourselves. For someone with serious allergies, this is not acceptable and poses a significant health risk, especially when travelling and away from home. Allergies should always be taken seriously, and special requests relating to them should be followed carefully. Overall, great food, but the attention to customer requirements—particularly regarding allergies—needs to improve considerably.

23/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, attentive and discreet staff. We came all the way from Paris, and it's rare to find this level of quality these days. You absolutely must go down and stop by; they even offer a complimentary digestif with a generous touch. I highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: This pizzeria has been taken over by two very friendly young people who do their best to satisfy their customers. The pizzas are delicious and the service is excellent. Don't hesitate to visit. The plus: the outdoor terrace. The minus: the appetizer and wine menu.

23/04/2026: As a loyal customer, my last order was a disaster. All three pizzas had the bare minimum of toppings; we're still looking for the chicken on the one with chicken, and the "Ultimate Meat" pizza was only "ultimate" in price. This will be our last order from Domino's in Rambouillet.

The place was spotless and the grilled food was simply excellent. The meat was truly delicious and fresh, and the homemade fries were amazing. Thank you for the hospitality; I highly recommend it.

04/04/2026: Hello, I had never ordered pizzas from this chain before, and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are original and very good, and the delivery was quick and careful (However, I'm deducting one star for the slightly high delivery cost, which is a shame, and the difficult parking access). 19/08/2025: The whole street smelled amazing, and I had to stop and order a pizza. It's definitely one of the best I've ever had. It's a shame it's so far from home, but when I return to France, we'll definitely be back. They made communication easy, they treated me wonderfully, and on top of that, the food was incredible. 10/10.
