10/03/2026: What can I say? Exceptional value for money. The cuisine is refined and very good. The daily special and dessert are homemade (with fresh vegetables) and very tasty. A truly great place not to be missed if you're in Montbrun-les-Bains.

22/03/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas yesterday and we weren't disappointed. The dough was very good and the pizzas were generously topped. I had the Deliziosa and it was excellent! The 5 Cheese pizza could have used a bit more topping, but overall very good! A big plus is that this restaurant accepts restaurant vouchers :) A great find, we'll be back!! By the way, do you have a loyalty program like vouchers or anything else? Thanks for everything.

29/03/2026: Hello Pizza Tradition, last night I really enjoyed your carbonara pizza, although it smelled a bit like alcohol. My mother liked it too, but my sister said it didn't taste like it. Don't listen to people who tell you that at 8:15 or 9 pm you've ordered too much and that you can't do anything about it. I really enjoyed it. On Friday night, I had a friend over, and before going to her place, she didn't hesitate to give me kisses. And thank you for making my pizza early because I wasn't going to wait until 8:15 pm. 24/01/2026: A real gem of a place near the Gulf of Lava! This is my second visit, and it's just as delicious as ever. I think my partner and I can both agree that we've rarely been so satisfied with a restaurant. The portions are generous, beautifully presented, and the dishes are bursting with flavor in every bite. The cherry on top, or rather the pistachio, is the dessert. I think the other dishes are excellent too, but the pistachio cake blew us away! 🤣 It was truly exquisite. The waitress was super friendly, the service was quick and pleasant, in short, we have nothing to complain about except that it's rare to find such a great restaurant these days. Thank you!

24/03/2026: The hotel is very well located, with free parking included in the stay. The breakfast was excellent. It rivals the 4-star hotels in Carcassonne. I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Marine, who was very professional and helpful. She definitely influenced my choice of hotel.

08/03/2026: A little difficult to find, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are only 3 kW connections for BEVs. However, the adjacent public parking lot offers higher-powered connections of all types.

30/12/2025: The food (two large vegetarian pizzas with chili oil + three cans of Coca-Cola/a carafe of water) was excellent, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, so the noise level was perfect for family conversations. We would gladly return!

20/11/2025: The place feels more like a canteen, but the pizzas are good and varied for a reasonable price. The welcome seems a little cold at first, but it warms up quickly 😁
