04/01/2026: Passing through Berck, we came because they had Flemish carbonnade on the menu. Unfortunately, not many restaurants offer it. Ultimately, we were disappointed; the Flemish carbonnade wasn't really carbonnade at all... The beef was very dry and the sauce much too thin. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the waiter, who was truly very pleasant.

01/09/2026: Astropizza: the best pizza in the Arcachon Basin! It's simple: in terms of value for money, it's the best I've tasted in the entire region and around the Arcachon Basin. For me, a good pizza must first and foremost be honest: generous with real mozzarella, prepared with an excellent tomato sauce and high-quality ingredients. Astropizza ticks all these boxes with flying colors! Special mention goes to the dough, which is particularly well done: light, flavorful, you can eat the crusts without any problem because they're so light and not at all heavy. The pizzas are made fresh to order, right in front of you, ready to take away. Plus, their location in the heart of Place d'Arès is perfect, and parking is very easy. A genuine, delicious, and welcoming place. You can go there without hesitation! There were six of us, we ordered three large pizzas, and it cost us 10 euros per person. Incredible.

13/08/2026: I would have given it 6 stars if I could. It's the best takeaway pizza I've had in a long time. Crispy with delicious toppings. Remember to order in advance, otherwise there's quite a wait as it's very popular. There are also a few tables for eating in.

03/10/2026: My wife and I had a delicious meal at La Grillade. Both the duck and the grilled ribs were wonderful, each with an appropriate sauce. And for us Americans, of course the bread is otherworldy good. The maitre d' was very helpful with personalized attention in overcoming our broken French, and in helping us pick a perfect wine. After we expressed an interest in the distinctive roast peppers, he brought us a bowl of them.

14/10/2026: A consistently excellent experience; the pizzas are exquisite, as are the pastas and desserts. The welcome and service are always impeccable. I recommend it a thousand times over! The only downside is the lack of delivery and loyalty card. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

04/10/2026: We had dinner at Patiø this evening (October 3, 2026) and we must tell you it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome at 9:00 PM was warm and the owner immediately told us our dog was welcome. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The Cuba Libre cocktail was perfectly balanced and above all...what can I say about the food? It was simply amazing! The rolled pizza was a delightful discovery. We ate so well that we unfortunately couldn't find room for dessert. No, no sweet treat to top off this meal, our plates were so full! At Patiø, you can tell they love feeding people. And like the staff, the portions are truly generous. Pet-friendly establishment. 🐕 I hope I've inspired you to discover this restaurant because it's a little gem.
