30/11/2025: We had a reservation for 9:15 PM. We were slightly late (5 minutes) due to our infant being in the car. We arrived at 9:20 PM instead of 9:15 PM, however, your website indicates that reservations are accepted until 10:00 PM (for the last reservations). The waiter therefore refused us a table, which was rather unprofessional in his manner, despite the other customers around. I am not reviewing the food since we did not eat there.

11/11/2025: We arrived a little less than an hour before closing time, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. (There were lots of dirty glasses on the counter, and they didn't seem too thrilled about our visit at that point.) The food was quite good: the salmon pasta was really delicious, the pizza was nice and fluffy with fresh ingredients, and the carbonara was pretty good. The desserts were very generous! They were served very quickly.

10/12/2024: Welcome, service, meal, dessert, what can I say other than it's great! One of our favorite addresses. A pizzeria that stands out from the others thanks to its thin crispy dough and which therefore has no real competition. The homemade tiramisu is also great! ps: They also have a 24/7 vending machine with their fresh reheated pizza and several recipes. We recommend!!

29/08/2024: The food is very good, we took plates and they were well stocked, the only downside was that there was no sauce in the salads. On the other hand, the wait is very long, we waited around 35 minutes before being served and the children were getting impatient.

12/12/2024: Very good pizzeria in Velars sur Ouche, nice little terrace on the street side with large awning to enjoy the outdoors. The service was responsive and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. We loved the truffarde as well as the wild boar shoulder with Époise sauce. We will come back with pleasure.

28/11/2025: We had reserved a table for four at 12:45 PM. We arrived on time and were "greeted" by the manager (without a word, without a smile). We told him we had a reservation, he looked at his reservation book (still without a word), and after a few minutes he muttered: "There are no seats, you'll have to wait." And he left, never to return (we weren't the only ones waiting...). Luckily, a waitress came to see us once a table became available and seated us. The staff was welcoming and efficient, considering the number of diners. The problem? The manager! Throughout the service, he wandered around the restaurant without clearing tables, speaking to customers, or helping the servers. He was just going through the motions, without any concern for the customers or his team. When it was time to pay, he asked customers to point to their table (always without any polite greeting or question about customer satisfaction), except the restaurant was packed, and pointing to a table would have created misunderstandings. Having worked in the restaurant industry, this is the first time I've ever seen a manager so rude, unmotivated, and nonchalant. My thoughts are with the staff who have to work in these conditions.

29/08/2024: Ordered 2 pizzas. After about 15-20 minutes, inform them that they can't make one, they don't have any tuna🤔 so after about 45 minutes we get our 2 pizzas. Goes off to eat open the lid on mine = a black burnt pizza🤮 goes back and asks for the money back, no it's not possible he has to make a new one... do I have to wait another 30 minutes?! Never ever experienced such bad customer service. would the wife eat her pizza while I wait for my new one?! What were they thinking now🤣🤣 Never again. There is a better pizzeria on the other side of the square.

23/11/2025: Absolutely terrible! I ordered 6 pizzas and received 2 pizzas and 4 salads… never order from there through Uber Eats, this place is awful, awful, awful

08/11/2025: A loyal customer for years, I've always spoken highly of it; for me, it was the best pizzeria in the area. But lately, it's not quite the same 😕 The pizzas seem to have shrunk, the crust is drier, and the overall quality has declined. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up… maybe I was just unlucky with my last order, but we were really disappointed. The organization also seems less efficient than before, and the removal of loyalty points doesn't help. After talking with friends from other cities, we realize that Mister Pizza is changing a bit everywhere, which is a real shame because the Mandelieu location stood out for its consistency and quality. Reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who thinks so. It's a shame; it was definitely better before…
