18/10/2026: A must-try in the Fenouillèdes region. The welcome, atmosphere, and meals are always perfect. They strive for great flavor in their dishes. A table runner would be a nice touch to add a bit more warmth to the dining experience.

17/10/2026: We found this place charming and the service exemplary. As for the food, it was refined and delicious, and we left more than satisfied. Everything was excellent, and we will gladly return, both alone and with company. I believe this is an exceptional place, a place that is essential to visit at least once in a lifetime. Thank you!

14/09/2026: After waiting 30 minutes for the waiter to take our order, we chose the seafood rice dish, only to be told there would be another 25-minute wait for the rice to cook... The waiter suggested we order an appetizer while we waited! We opted for the half duck breast, which was served in a sauce with small pieces of nectarine and no other accompaniments. A bit stingy for our taste! We left very disappointed and finished our meal at home.

14/08/2026: I had lunch here today after a visit to the fort. It was fantastic in every respect, with very friendly service that told me why Johan Cruyff named his son Jordi, much to Franco's chagrin. The mussels were exquisite, not even in a herb butter soup this time, but with a delicious sauce. Meatballs as the main course and a Catalan crème brûlée. Highly recommended for every visitor to Salses.

26/09/2026: The food was fine, the main courses on the menu were good, but the service was incredibly bad. They take your forks and throw them on the table, they complain about everything, the two women made me feel very bad and uncomfortable…

31/08/2026: We just had lunch at this restaurant and saw mice crawling around at our feet. The staff didn't seem concerned (as if it wasn't the first time...). We left disgusted and were given a small bottle of water for the incident.

26/08/2026: The knife-cut noodles were great, the beef stew was fragrant and tender, and the hot and sour noodles were also very unique. I'll definitely come again next time.

12/10/2026: The set menu is very good value and select a two or three courses. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food came out in good time and was tasty. We didn’t book in advance for lunch but I would if you want to sit inside.

03/10/2026: So, how can I put it??? Without hesitation, an ABSOLUTE MUST-TRY restaurant. A most pleasant welcome, always with a smile and a friendly manner. A menu worthy of a fine dining establishment, with unexpected, remarkable, and perfectly executed combinations of rare finesse, and so incredibly delicious. All the ingredients are fresh. Thank you to the CHEF, his sous-chef, and commis chef (a superb team) for delighting our taste buds; pure bliss. Value for money: nothing to complain about, very affordable and very reasonable, considering the quality on the plate. The terrace is delightful; you feel comfortable there, you relax, and it's a real escape. We discovered this restaurant by chance 10 years ago during our vacation. We've returned several times and have always been thoroughly entertained. It had been six years since we'd last been down to Perpignan, and once again, what a joy to see such a wonderful team again! We had another PERFECT time. We will be back and highly recommend Le Figuier; you won't be disappointed. Customers from the Arcachon Basin

26/04/2026: Despite the chef being unwell (restaurant closed), Thérèse welcomed us warmly (offering us coffee) and made herself readily available. Our apartment was very clean, well laid out, and very well equipped. The bedding was high quality. The photos on the website accurately reflect reality. Breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: One weekend lunch, we chose the "Market Fresh" menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The setting is wonderful, and the welcome and service were simply the best I've ever experienced in a restaurant of this caliber. The wine list is outstanding. I particularly appreciated the chef's visit to the dining room at the end of service. If I may make a suggestion, I would have enjoyed a small nibble with the aperitifs before the amuse-bouches arrived, but this doesn't detract from this very pleasant experience. I will definitely return.
