13/09/2024: Une jolie salle mais qui manque peut être un peu de chaleur. Excellent accueil. Service de brasserie. Les œufs meurettes auraient mérité un « chouilla » de plus de cuisson. Les ris de veau étaient très bons ils auraient été excellents s’ils avaient cuits dans un beurre mousseux peut être?! Un bon repas cependant mention particulière pour les sauces.

03/09/2024: The restaurant Le Terminus in Tournus? A real scam! The prices charged are scandalously high for such poor service and quality of food. Let's talk about the service: there were two of us for dinner, and despite three people in the dining room, it was barely better than a canteen. A waiter who would be more at home as a clerk, a waitress who confuses service with moving, and a lost intern. As for the quality of the dishes, it's even worse. A quenelle for €25 without any taste, allegedly accompanied by “homemade lobster bisque”. How can we talk about homemade lobster bisque when there isn't even lobster on the menu? And the sole meunière at €40 Served whole, uncut, a scandal at that price! On to the desserts! “Homemade” is as bogus as the rest, like this Tournusien that you find at the local bakery. It’s a real shame, because the menu is tempting. With a little professionalism and real business awareness, this restaurant could be much better. In conclusion? The Terminus de Tournus, absolutely avoid!

19/06/2025: Although we only ordered the daily special at 19 euros, the apricot tart dessert on the menu was already sold out at the start of service. The food is excellent, with a beautiful presentation. However, the price seems a bit excessive for the dishes offered. Furthermore, "the chef" should be more discreet when admonishing her waitress... I personally have no complaints about the service, and the young waitress was cheerful, friendly, and attentive.

25/09/2024: The pizzas are no longer excellent, dishes good but different every day; I do better at home. Nice service but don't be in a hurry. Don't order drinks because there's never anything left. It's not complicated to stock up during the day.

03/09/2024: Very good experience with our 3 children. Some people complain about the price but I found it very reasonable, very good value for money, they were truly fabulous! (Litchi, brown....!) These people should come to the Breton coasts in July/August to compare.... Very smiling owner, very commercial, very kind. I recommend!

11/08/2024: The ice creams including a great selection of sorbets were excellent - better than any we had in bigger cities during our trip. We got very big scoops. Staff were very friendly and stayed open after closing

07/06/2024: Je tenais à dire un grand merci à GHISLAINE DUFETRE responsable de la pizzeria pour sa nonchalance, son manque de respect à un homme et un enfant qui sont venus chercher des pizzas pour ce soir (un peu tard je pense bien 21h…..) Après avoir fait 8h de route se faire rembarrer de la sorte je trouve cela inadmissible pour des commerçants (étant également au contact de clients je ne me permettrai pas de leur parler de la sorte.) Je pense être une personne compréhensible et de nous dire juste qu’au vu de l’heure il est trop tard pour nous servir je peux comprendre…. Il y a des façons de le dire…. C’est la première fois que je me permets de mettre un commentaire négatif à quelqu’un mais j’inculque à mon fils de 4 ans la politesse et le respect, et nous parler de la sorte est inadmissible. 01/09/2024: 4 of us ate on a Sunday lunchtime, first come, also first served. Fairly good food, an interesting choice, too bad very few vegetarian choices, otherwise nothing to complain about.

21/09/2024: Beautiful setting but big disappointment in terms of the hotel. Restaurant lacks professionalism, Firstly they place you on the terrace and 3/4 hours later still no one to offer you an aperitif So we decide to enter the restaurant. no appetizers with the aperitif. Not even a good appetite, sir, lady! Concerning the water for the meal, they don't even offer you bottled water directly from a carafe. Menu more than correct I even congratulate the chef.🧑‍🍳 coffee was not offered at the end of the meal. Too bad! Hotel oh my god! 2nd floors and they told you no elevator it's broken something I can understand! When taking the shower, there is no hot water in the evening and there is no hot water in the morning! And the answer is normal, there is no more gas!! No, but that’s the joke, right?? Comfort room plus at 130 euros per night anyway! Concerning breakfast, not knowing where to place you due to lack of organization! So we decide not to stay for breakfast. And luckily when I saw the face of the pain au chocolat! Honestly worth seeing again! Because I think that in this small village there is indeed an artisan baker? So why use frozen? The poor little receptionist who tries to meet all the needs of unhappy customers. Where is the boss?? Anyway, I don’t recommend this establishment at all 😡

20/08/2024: We ate at the restaurant (we were not at the hotel) and had main course and dessert. It was very good.

04/11/2024: We have never been so cold in a restaurant! We had to eat with our jackets on. The 28€ menu was really disappointing for the price, avoid it!

03/11/2024: Very decent hotel, quiet room. Too bad the person at reception is so unpleasant and haughty. Other people apparently have the same opinion on the Logis site: she should change jobs!!

20/11/2024: Very good overall, it's a shame there is no longer a little square of chocolate on the pastries I understand that everything becomes expensive but putting a piece of cardboard instead and increasing the price is a bit excessive. Same for the size of the pain au chocolats, which have been reduced a lot

10/11/2024: Extremely disappointed with the “freshness” of the pastries this Sunday morning. We wanted to treat ourselves this morning with some fresh pastries. At this price, ending up with “pure butter” croissants and pains au chocolat that are SOFT and NOT CRISPY, so from the day before, is nonsense.
