20/11/2025: The welcome was very cold, and above all, the food bore no resemblance to what the previous owners had been doing. Essentially reheated leftovers, with no flavor. The steak was tough and the calf's head made my partner ill. This place is definitely one to avoid, especially considering the high price.

31/08/2025: Aperitifs... A tempting buffet of appetizers (terrine, rillettes, parsley ham, and salads), but you have to save room for the beef! It was delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender. And to finish, a dessert buffet with pear panna cotta, chocolate fondant, floating island, canelés... portioned so you could try almost everything! Coffee and a digestif! THANK YOU 😁

18/01/2026: I was looking for a restaurant with affordable prices and something other than pizza and kebabs. I tried this restaurant in the hotel and even though I was alone, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel manager was very friendly, the food was excellent and homemade! I'll be back.

16/01/2026: As a long-time customer of Marie Blachère and a truck driver, I found the service extremely slow today with only three people working. Furthermore, the quality of the small chicken mayo sandwiches is declining. Today, there was no mayo at all and just three pieces of chicken in a far too large loaf. The madeleines are good, but there's less and less chocolate inside.

09/11/2025: Advertised as the best kebab in Le Creusot, I went there with colleagues. A minor drawback upon entering: the odor extractor wasn't working properly, leaving a strong smell of frying oil. However, it wasn't the only restaurant with this problem, so no stars were lost on that point. On the other hand, even though the meat seemed to be of good quality and tasted very good and was well-seasoned, I was disappointed by two things that each led me to deduct a star: for the sake of simplicity, there was no traditional bread, just panini-style bread (which I found mediocre, dry on the outside, very soggy on the inside); secondly, given the price of each sandwich, it's a real shame that the sauces aren't homemade but are industrial sauces (Pika brand, in sachets) which are far too acidic (it ruined the taste of the sandwich, which is a real shame).

24/01/2026: The restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit, both for the gourmet dinner and the breakfast. The rooms are modestly comfortable, but we slept well. We received a very warm welcome!

10/11/2024: Extremely disappointed with the “freshness” of the pastries this Sunday morning. We wanted to treat ourselves this morning with some fresh pastries. At this price, ending up with “pure butter” croissants and pains au chocolat that are SOFT and NOT CRISPY, so from the day before, is nonsense.

24/12/2025: Hello, Market menu. Starter: The fried food wasn't crispy, and the small fish weren't fried enough. Main course: Pork knuckle with mixed vegetables; it was cold and swimming in 3 cm of tasteless sauce. Many people rave about this place, but as a recent arrival to Bresse, I won't be going back.

21/10/2025: Incredible, starter, main course, and dessert were truly top-notch. The pink trout with its baby vegetables and preserved lemons smelled as good as it tasted. 🤤 And dessert was the floating island with pralines, something I've never seen before and very impressive. A perfect sauce to accompany the floating island. Generous, high-quality dishes. We waited a little, but it was worth giving the chef time to work his magic! Thank you to them for this discovery!

07/12/2025: We just left McDonald's. We go there regularly on Sundays; we're a large family. It's very rare that we get our entire order. We ordered in the parking lot, so they bring it to us and we check it. Tonight, we were missing: ALL the fries and potatoes, and a Big Mac. A staff member came back to give an order to someone next to us, and we told her we were missing things. She told us to come into McDonald's with all our bags to park if we weren't lying. This annoyed us, but we did it. So they checked the bags. They brought us the missing fries and potatoes, but not the Big Mac. We pointed this out to her, and she just sighed and rolled her eyes, without even apologizing. In conclusion: there's always something missing, and the staff is disrespectful and unpleasant. Advice: don't go there and don't waste your money, given their limited capacity. The last four times we went there, we were already missing extra items. They never apologize and never offer any kind of compensation.

01/11/2025: After our first kebab adventure, which could have triggered a major olfactory crisis, we went to EFES… and wow, my friends, it was like night and day. The meat? Juicy, tender, flavorful… I almost wanted to applaud it. The sauce? Legendary. Seriously, I suspect there's a secret pact with the kebab gods, it was that perfect. The bread? Warm, soft, it practically deserved its own ID card, it was so proud to exist. The service? Top-notch. Smiles, speed, efficiency. We left satisfied, happy, and above all, relieved that our stomachs had survived the ordeal of the previous kebab. In short, EFES, you didn't just make a kebab, you healed our traumatized souls, saved our taste buds, and restored our faith in humanity. If you keep this up, I'm coming tomorrow with a tent and I'm living in your restaurant. Thank you for this masterpiece.

24/11/2025: We enjoyed a 2-night stay thanks to a Wonderbox gift voucher. A warm and welcoming reception. We loved it! Dinner was excellent and delicious, as was the generous all-you-can-eat breakfast. A quiet and relaxing place.

30/06/2025: I arrived. Five people were there, one behind the cash register eating, and the woman serving was chatting with colleagues behind the counter instead of serving customers. A disgrace. Change jobs or change managers who don't train employees.
