11/09/2024: unpleasant boss criticizes her employees to avoid absolutely yet great cook and waitress but bad boss never go to work there and hygiene level we will come back terrace set up after lunch service not change for the evening table of the 3 rooms all set and not change also already a waitress and a party dishwasher because of the boss what to ask questions

We feel nice people, a waitress who gives herself but then how slow the service is. (Due to the kitchens?)
-starter “beef heart tomato” I end up with a tomato soup that does not fill 4 tablespoons. Who tells me it’s beef heart? Not to specify the way of presenting.
-tartar dish. Well prepared but accompaniment, a sort of potato dumpling, very insufficient. Plus half of the dish eaten without accompaniment.
-reheated or defrosted bread. After 15 minutes in the basket and once cooled it was hard.
Cooking is good, adding quantities is better

26/08/2024: Partis de Lons le Saunier en vélo ce lundi matin, très contents de notre choix de nous arrêter déjeuner à La Poularde... menu Express très bien, produits frais, service impeccable et rapide, jeunes serveurs souriants et attentionnés, nous reviendrons!
17/08/2024: Tous les plats étaient excellents et bien présentés. Service par une jeune apprentie très professionnelle et très agréable. Le repas en terrasse était très appréciable.
