08/09/2024: On demande poliment de nous rajouter du sirop dans un perrier, sirop citron , le patron nous le rajoute rageusement, si on le demande c´est peu être qu´il en avait mi peu , mais ce pause pas la question ,on en était à la 4ème tournée avec 7 boissons on a pas regardé à la dépense, au pire il aurait pu nous compter le plus de sirop ,si on aurait eu sont sourire et pas ça rage . On ne retournera pas .pas du tout professionnel

01/09/2024: An experience not very appreciated... Waiters who ignore you when you wait at the entrance, not at all smiling and not very professional. The food remains very basic and the meat was not cooked properly. The location remains nice in the heart of old Mâcon, in a very unusual building.

25/09/2024: A big fan of Cheese Cake which is a rare commodity in Chalon, we have finally found or tasted the best!

18/09/2024: Rich choice of teas (and coffees), delicious homemade orange cake and courteous welcome, all in a charming, cozy setting with a soft and jazzy musical atmosphere. This first visit will not be the last... The "44" (Grand'rue) is a beautiful establishment for a gourmet break. I highly recommend. Kind regards.

29/08/2024: The night we spent there was memorable because the fire alarm went off at 2am and woke up the ENTIRE hotel! We weren't afraid because the fire station is located right in front of the hotel! On the other hand, we laughed less when it was triggered a second time at 6 a.m. for a reset... But the staff is very professional and there is good service, the parking lot is guarded all night and the night porter is very friendly. We were able to put in the fridge what we had in our cooler, just ask! Following the alarm, our breakfasts were offered to us!!! Nice, right?

02/11/2024: Atypical restaurant. Perfect place to shoot a remake of Psycho or Shining. Decoration more than vintage. Restaurant in its own right. We expect at any moment to see Gabin or Ventura come and sit down at the table to eat an erzats of beef bourguignon or a cold steak. If you want to take a trip back in time, this place is perfect...

30/08/2024: Le 30 août 2024, j'ai acheté un soit-disant "idéal maconnais" pour 2 personnes à 15 €. J'ai bien demandé à la vendeuse s'il était du jour, elle m'a répondu "OUI". Je ne sais pas quoi penser de sa réponse !!! Je lui ai fait confiance, elle m'a menti, il n'était pas frais du tout, il était sec, le sucre glace n'était pas poudreux, lui aussi était sec et en petites plaques sur le dessus du gâteau, l'ensemble était dégueulasse, il a fini à la poubelle c'est la deuxième fois que dans cette pâtisserie on me ment. Cette fois, je laisse un avis très négatif sur cette pâtisserie qui de plus, quand on rentre dedans à une odeur nauséabonde cela aurait dû m'insister à ne pas acheter cette chose et à sortir de cette pâtisserie. J'ai décidé de ne plus y remettre les pieds. À fuir.

08/09/2024: Frankly disappointed. The quality has really declined and the prices are exorbitant compared to what is on the plate. Paying a children's menu 11.90 for frozen fries a slice of herta ham maybe or not with 2 leaves of salad and a pompote it's really exaggerated the same for the canon a mountain of salad without sauce and 3 slices of toast with epoisses 3 thin slices of chorizo ​​and 3 cherry tomatoes. I won't come back and prefer to go a little further. And cleaning the floor and toilets a little more often wouldn't be a luxury....

05/07/2025: The food is pretty good and the waiter is friendly, but the owner is extremely rude and barely answers you when you call out to him. If you don't like people, don't do this job. I won't be coming back.

05/07/2025: Avoid! We should have read the reviews first... but with kids, we did it as quickly as possible. The owners and servers were disrespectful and rude. They even dropped the charcuterie board on the table! Asking for bread? It seems forbidden! They speak Italian in front of us, so if we're being taken for fools, we don't know. It's a disgrace!! The worst experience of my life! And yet, I live in the Paris region, but apparently they're nicer!

12/11/2024: I loved this Kebab... Unfortunately, since today, 15% increase (from 10€50, it has gone to 12€ for a Maxi!), and elimination of the loyalty card... Our salaries are not increasing at this rate !!! A kebab is street food... For me, the consistent price should be a normal kebab for 5 to 6 euros, and a maxi for 9 to 10 euros... No more!!! 50 cents increase would have been accepted by customers... But such a strong and sudden increase is not tolerable! I won't go anymore, even though I was a fan of their kebabs (3 to 4 per month)...
