28/04/2026: Right in the heart of Albertville and perfectly isolated from the noise. The reasonably priced garage is next to the hotel. The lounge and bar are very comfortable and inviting. At least this isn't a standardized hotel. The welcome is charming. The rooms are charmingly rustic and perfectly maintained. The bathroom is top-notch, with everything you could need. We weren't able to have dinner (it was closed weekly). The breakfast was perfect. Special mention for the original fruit juices. We know where we'll be staying on our next visit.

18/04/2026: Lunch on a Saturday after returning from vacation. The staff is truly very welcoming. The food is definitely worth the trip. A timeless place not to be missed under any circumstances.

28/08/2026: Excellent from start to finish, very warm welcome, delicious food and for a total return to basics, the cherry on top was the French variety playlist!

21/08/2026: A very charming village restaurant. The fondue is delicious and plentiful. The gourmet coffee is the best I've ever had. The service is very friendly. It's best to book in advance.

18/07/2026: A wonderful discovery during a chance stop with my partner. The pizzas are delicious (special mention for the very flavorful crust). The service is excellent, and thank you again for cooking the spinach as I'm pregnant :)

27/08/2026: Great resort for ski lifts. Incredible views from Cime Caron and Pointe de la Masse. Plenty of activities for everyone: tobogganing, swimming pools, downhill karting, the lake, Chez Pépé Nicolas, etc. However, many businesses don't participate until the end of the season (last week of August), so it lacks atmosphere, which is a real shame.

05/04/2026: A fantastic welcome awaits you at this establishment, where you immediately feel at ease upon arrival. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The food is truly excellent, especially the daily specials. The cheerful atmosphere created by the owners and servers made for a very pleasant time with friends. And when the bill arrives, you don't get a shockingly low price... A highly recommended spot! 👍

09/05/2026: Perfect location for accessing the thermal baths. Excellent continental breakfast. Welcome and service were top-notch. Only one urgent area for improvement: completely renew the equipment in the fitness room. In conclusion: A very good stay - I recommend it and I will return.

13/08/2026: Dinner yesterday with my husband and 4-year-old son. Everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, the service was superb, the food excellent, and the crozets gratin was a special mention—it was beyond excellent. 10/08/2026: We called ahead to ask if the restaurant accepted dogs, so as not to inconvenience them and make a wasted trip. The reception on the phone was icy, and after confirming the information, the woman on the other end of the line asked me, "So what?" A rather strange reaction for a simple piece of information we needed before making a reservation. We decided not to go to this restaurant because of this reception.

18/08/2026: I came two years ago and loved it, so I was eager to go back. However, this time I was disappointed. I ordered the ribeye steak, which was really fatty and not at all pleasant to eat. As for the pavlova, the apples were undercooked and burnt. The children's menu is limited because they don't really like the adult meals. Mixed feelings.

04/08/2026: I've been coming here for 49 years. It used to be called Le Charmaix; the setting is still magnificent, but the resort has become so dreary and monotonous... Year after year, it loses its appeal. In winter, it's all about skiing, and in summer, there's nothing. Before, there was a climbing wall, a swimming pool (now you have to be an apartment guest to use it), there was a planetarium... there were free and paid activities, but they were varied and for everyone. In some resorts, they even offer first aid training (useful in the mountains)... What a disappointment...
