27/08/2026: Great resort near Val Thorens with a great shopping centre

27/08/2026: Great resort for ski lifts. Incredible views from Cime Caron and Pointe de la Masse. Plenty of activities for everyone: tobogganing, swimming pools, downhill karting, the lake, Chez Pépé Nicolas, etc. However, many businesses don't participate until the end of the season (last week of August), so it lacks atmosphere, which is a real shame.

22/08/2026: An incredibly welcoming restaurant with a great atmosphere, a lovely interior, and excellent food. The small farm next door adds a special touch. Simply amazing!

15/08/2026: A truly delightful family meal. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. The service was attentive, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely return to Voiron. A must-try!

15/08/2026: We were treated very badly and weren't pleasant at all. We arrived, all smiles, but they were all sulky. I asked if it was possible to have a calzone without ham, and she suggested replacing the ham with marinated vegetables. She let us choose, and we asked if artichokes and peppers were okay. She said no problem. Once it was ready, when we went back to pay, she told us, "However, there will be an extra charge because you ordered two vegetables." We left without it. The problem wasn't paying extra, but being treated like fools. We hadn't asked for anything in the first place, and I think she could have just mentioned it when we were choosing. When we tried to talk to her, she was extremely closed off and very unpleasant. We went home to eat, which was probably for the best. Besides, the person before us had also been treated badly and had turned around and left.

26/08/2026: Excellent! They managed to accommodate us (6 people) without a reservation, even on a busy day. The food and service were truly top-notch! We even came back a second time :)

23/08/2026: A warm and welcoming restaurant with a simple and pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent fondue. A very pleasant time in this beautiful Savoyard village. We will be back!

09/08/2026: The "Do It Yourself" concept taken a bit too far For €10 a pint, I thought I was paying for typical station bar service, but apparently, I've just funded my own waiter training. The wait to order is interminable. When you finally get seated, surprise: they provide you with everything you need to clean the table yourself, and you're also responsible for setting your own cutlery. I almost asked for an apron to go help in the kitchen. The highlight of the show is the staff organization. The servers don't communicate, so a second server came to bring us cutlery... which he literally dropped on me. What followed was a great juggling act as he tried to pick it up, only to drop it back on my shoulders several times. A new kind of fork massage, perhaps? The last time we went, they messed up the same order three times in a row. I thought they'd improved, but no. As for hydration, the carafe of water they served was so dirty you almost expected to see a mutant goldfish swimming in it. We had to send it back (and the water itself really wasn't good). A little adventure bonus: bring your own equipment if you're looking for the restrooms; the journey is pure urban exploration. Once you're there, the choice is strategic: no toilet paper in one, no light in the other. So basically, you either wipe with your hands or pee blindly. To be perfectly honest: the beer is decent and the crepes are good. However, the filling must have been an extra that wasn't on the menu, because it was served almost empty. And to top it all off: the bill. When I said, "I'll take the rest," the waiter completely froze. He didn't understand the concept and didn't know what he still owed... even though the receipt was right there in front of him. A truly baffling moment of mathematical confusion. But at that price, you expect real service, not some kind of participatory circus act. Avoid at all costs!

07/06/2026: Very warm welcome, room with a lovely view, Next to the thermal baths. Excellent, complete, and organic breakfast.

09/05/2026: Perfect location for accessing the thermal baths. Excellent continental breakfast. Welcome and service were top-notch. Only one urgent area for improvement: completely renew the equipment in the fitness room. In conclusion: A very good stay - I recommend it and I will return.

28/04/2026: Right in the heart of Albertville and perfectly isolated from the noise. The reasonably priced garage is next to the hotel. The lounge and bar are very comfortable and inviting. At least this isn't a standardized hotel. The welcome is charming. The rooms are charmingly rustic and perfectly maintained. The bathroom is top-notch, with everything you could need. We weren't able to have dinner (it was closed weekly). The breakfast was perfect. Special mention for the original fruit juices. We know where we'll be staying on our next visit.

18/04/2026: Lunch on a Saturday after returning from vacation. The staff is truly very welcoming. The food is definitely worth the trip. A timeless place not to be missed under any circumstances.

03/09/2026: Three of us came to this restaurant on Tuesday, September 1st, around 1 p.m. to eat a Savoyard fondue, and 24 hours later we all got sick with gastroenteritis! I strongly advise against this restaurant, despite the fact that the fondue was very good.

04/04/2026: We love coming here for lunch while skiing: It's well located right next to the lift station, you can sit in the sun, the service is very friendly and attentive, and there's a nice selection of good, freshly cooked dishes: salads, pasta, burgers, casseroles, tartiflette, and much more. We'll definitely be back!

22/08/2026: The meat was incredibly tender, and the pasta was excellent. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price. I highly recommend it. Even the Irish coffee at the end of the meal was a generous portion for €9.
