01/02/2026: A Michelin star isn't given out for nothing. Superb cuisine, with unexpected, yet absolutely fantastically delicious combinations! A riot of taste and sensation! Excellent service, everything is done at the right time and with great dignity. A very pleasant, calming atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the food and its presentation. I was especially delighted by the opportunity to enjoy lunch while skiing. Yes, this is very unusual for an establishment of this caliber, but it's so convenient and pleasant! In my humble opinion, this restaurant and its cuisine deserve two stars. I highly recommend visiting!

16/02/2026: The staff were friendly, but the brunch offered on the third Sunday of the month was quite basic in terms of food. There weren't enough utensils to serve ourselves, so we had to use our fingers.... Overall, I was a bit disappointed, especially the small portions of dessert. I wasn't informed on the day I made my reservation that it would be brunch... which is a shame, as I had better memories of this restaurant.

01/02/2026: We booked the family room late at night after our flight was cancelled. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful getting us a taxi and welcoming us. Dinner on arrival was lovely even though it was 10pm the staff & kitchen were accommodating and friendly. A beautiful setting. The room was really spacious with 2 bedrooms and a lounge area. Gorgeous views. If you want corporate standard this hotel is not for you. If you want friendly, helpful, comfortable, traditional and quiet this is for you. A haven after a long travel day.

18/04/2025: We entered the place thinking it would be your average mountain restaurant. Place was messy with bad music but we didn't think much of it. There wasn't one free table, which was fine, so we sat on a mound, not disturbing or harming anyone. We got our sandwiches out as we were going to buy some drinks thinking it would be fine as we would've given them business, and there was no signs saying we couldn't do this. Not even two seconds after getting them out a very rude man charged over to us and started shouting at us in french, very rudely. Told us to get away even though we were about to order drinks, and it's not even our fault that there isnt any tables to spare. Sat outside the restaurant with our sandwiches and sat by our skis whilst being rudely stared at. Terrible experience and i had to convince my dad not to bash the man's jaw in because he was being a right idiot. Not the first time this has happened looking at other reviews. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

07/03/2026: Every time we've stayed in Albiez for the past three years, we've stopped at Le Constantin for their Savoyard fondue. We're never disappointed; it's always so delicious! And the charcuterie that goes with it is excellent! Thank you for your hospitality! Everyone is delighted, young and old! We can't wait for our next visit!
