22/07/2026: We were there because the area was blocked by the Tour de France, and it was the only restaurant open at the time. We don't regret going! The food was very good, served with a smile, and the cyclists arriving created a great atmosphere! The only slight downside was the price of the drinks. Otherwise, the value for money for the dishes was very good and generous.

21/07/2026: Impeccable service and the two separate tartares, beef and salmon, were well-seasoned, along with very good fries and lamb's lettuce salad with a mild vinaigrette. The sauce for the fries was plentiful and a well-known brand. The gourmet coffee was very good and varied. I support this restaurant, which is 40 years old and has been owned by the current owners for 20 years. It's an address where quality, freshness of products, and friendliness are the essence of this restaurant. These kinds of gems are rare these days and deserve a lunch or dinner where you leave feeling full and satisfied. I will gladly return. 16/01/2026: Great find! Friendly owner who manages his terrace well. Very friendly waitress, dishes a bit pricey but generous and tasty, and no overbooking, so a great customer experience. We'll be back, don't change a thing, it's becoming rare in Les Sybelles.

14/03/2026: Stay at La Clé des Champs / Gîte du Moulin de Marie as part of a UCPA training course. A wonderful welcome, comfortable rooms, a generous breakfast with fresh, local products and homemade yogurt, and delicious dinners. Located a little below the ski slopes, but in a quiet and charming area with a small chapel nearby. The owner and her family are fantastic! Highly recommended.

26/06/2026: We had dinner on the evening of June 26th, a group of 13, and the chef treated us to a fantastic meal! Delicious appetizers, an amazing salmon koulibiac with sorrel sauce, and a delicious strawberry and rhubarb dessert. In short, go for it!!

01/04/2026: Do not miss this family owned Hotel. Tasty and original French cuisine at an affordable price. The owner is visible and adorable. A well located place for a vacation in the heart of the resort.

03/04/2026: I was quite cautious when booking the refuge because various reviews had been mixed. But it turns out the owner has changed, and the quality and hospitality are back! We had absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite! Just one thing to keep in mind: it's not a typical "CAF" (French Alpine Club) refuge, but rather a hostel-style refuge. So you pay more, but the quality is also superior (showers, pool table, rooms, etc.).

29/03/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Roc with a group of 12 plus 2 guides for a star-shaped ski touring trip. The refuge was a perfect base camp! The climb from Pralognan is a good warm-up but quite accessible to all levels of skiers. The refuge is perfectly equipped, notably with a games room (pool table, darts, video projector), a sauna, and a Nordic bath, which make après-ski very enjoyable! The cook was super friendly, the service impeccable, and the meals delicious.

21/12/2025: The pizzas are excellent; I ordered a Reine, which was prepared right in front of me. The crust was light and airy, and the ingredients were fresh. I highly recommend it.

05/04/2026: Beautiful rooms. The spa is also very pleasant. The hotel restaurant is a gem. Delicious dishes, presented with care and delicacy, and the service is very efficient.

12/12/2025: One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in France! We had the set menu (homemade spring rolls, wonton soup, chicken with vegetables) and everything was delicious. The waitress was very friendly too. I highly recommend it :)

26/10/2025: A typical Cambodian restaurant just the way we like it, with so many choices that you'll want to try the entire menu. A special mention for the beef loklak, which was exquisite! Go there with your eyes closed!

11/07/2026: Following some recommendations, we booked a table for a fondue. The lady who runs the place was very kind and helpful! The fondue was absolutely delicious, better than those in the surrounding restaurants. We'll definitely be back!

22/06/2026: On the recommendation of locals, we had dinner at this café/tabac. We've never eaten such a delicious fondue, despite the heatwave! Josette is incredibly kind and attentive, and the place is a must-visit in Albiez-Montrond.
