21/04/2026: We ordered the salad of the day, a Caesar salad. However, the breaded chicken was dry, tough, and tasteless, the lettuce was starting to turn brown, and the cheese was practically nonexistent. The dressing was insufficient, so we asked for vinaigrette. This wasn't possible because only one small container per salad is provided. After complaining about the dry salad, we learned that the salad of the day had been prepared the day before. We do not recommend this establishment. INEDIBLE, INDUSTRIAL CAESAR SALAD - SHAMEFUL FOR THE PRICE!!!!

15/05/2026: A GREAT PLACE TO EAT! Passing through, we stopped at this little restaurant. It had a warm, mountain chalet feel, and the staff was very pleasant (from the reception to the service and the kitchen). We ordered Savoyard fondue, raclette, and tartiflette; all the cheeses were flavorful. I highly recommend it. It's definitely not a tourist trap; quite the opposite, in fact. If we're ever back in Moutier, we'll definitely return. Table of 6, May 15, 2026, evening service

15/05/2026: There are better options at the same price in Moutiers. Responses to critical, objective, and therefore constructive comments are systematically taken badly by the 'owner,' who knows the business perfectly and is waiting for his first Michelin star.

03/04/2026: I was quite cautious when booking the refuge because various reviews had been mixed. But it turns out the owner has changed, and the quality and hospitality are back! We had absolutely no complaints, quite the opposite! Just one thing to keep in mind: it's not a typical "CAF" (French Alpine Club) refuge, but rather a hostel-style refuge. So you pay more, but the quality is also superior (showers, pool table, rooms, etc.).

29/03/2026: We stayed at the Refuge du Roc with a group of 12 plus 2 guides for a star-shaped ski touring trip. The refuge was a perfect base camp! The climb from Pralognan is a good warm-up but quite accessible to all levels of skiers. The refuge is perfectly equipped, notably with a games room (pool table, darts, video projector), a sauna, and a Nordic bath, which make après-ski very enjoyable! The cook was super friendly, the service impeccable, and the meals delicious.

27/04/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, and the service is good too. We ordered the beef carpaccio and the grilled salmon. Overall, we were disappointed with our meals. The salmon with noodles was very basic, something you could easily eat at home. The meat in the carpaccio was good, but there was far too much Parmesan cheese, making it cloying. We also felt the prices were high for what we were served.

16/01/2026: Great find! Friendly owner who manages his terrace well. Very friendly waitress, dishes a bit pricey but generous and tasty, and no overbooking, so a great customer experience. We'll be back, don't change a thing, it's becoming rare in Les Sybelles.

06/05/2026: came to this place with my friend on a weekday, and we had such an amazing time. Everything was at the highest level, especially the service. There was a very sweet woman with curly hair serving us — unfortunately, I don’t know her name. She treated us with so much care and warmth. She was incredibly polite, and I felt so comfortable there. The owner of the restaurant was also very kind. It started raining, and my friend and I were wearing high heels, so they even gifted us an umbrella. This restaurant left such a wonderful impression on me that I recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come back. We wish them success and prosperity!

18/03/2026: A fantastic café with a great atmosphere, attracting a mix of locals, families playing the available board games, and groups of friends on holiday. In short, a successful melting pot, warmly welcomed by the friendly owner, Clément. We visited several times during our stay in Saint Nicolas and will gladly return.
