20/08/2024: We arrived for a drink at 6 p.m., there were 7 of us with two elderly people who had difficulty walking. We already waited 10 minutes before we spoke to each other to tell us that it was not possible to have a drink in the downstairs room that we had to go upstairs as we had two elderly people who could not climb the stairs. asked him if it was possible downstairs he told us because the service starts at 7 p.m. but that didn't stop him from telling us ok but you should be gone by 6:30 p.m. so I can straighten the table
We must stop giving money to people they don't want to work
Very above knowing that we have been going on vacation to La Toussuire for 18 years and this is the first time that we have been welcomed in such a way.

11/09/2024: A first telephone contact for our last minute reservation with the chef, very pleasant. He clearly explained to us how his establishment works regarding meals, half-board and breakfast.
On site, we were well received, and he insisted on the fact that there was no obligation to consume on site.
The room was very clean, well decorated and spacious, there were 2 of us in a room for 4.
Having arrived a little late on a Sunday, we stayed there for dinner.
The menu invites us to discover flavors that we don't all expect to find in the mountains. The dishes are very well presented and above all excellent.
And I find it perfect to consider children as full guests by offering them the same menu in adapted portions.
The Chef made us want to come back for his next menu.
The Service: I read the comments,...in my opinion the staff did too and took them into account. The menu was explained to us with a smile, we were regularly asked if everything was going well.
The job of restaurateur is not easy every day and it can happen that annoyances prevent us from being at the top all the time.
For our part, everything went well.
Keep it up.

09/09/2024: Very pleasant welcome from the team, I highly recommend this very family restaurant, the dishes are excellent and varied, daily menus always delicious as are the à la carte dishes! We also tasted the frog legs which are divinely good, I recommend it to all fans! Don’t hesitate to try this restaurant, you won’t be disappointed! For my part, I would happily come back with friends!

19/09/2024: We spent one night in this hotel, following a last minute change of plans, but we left with regret. Everything was perfect, the reception on the phone and on site very pleasant, friendly, personalized. The rooms are well equipped, clean and relaxing. The establishment is a stone's throw from the village center and a river where we took a charming little stroll. Dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and delicious.
If we are passing through Bessans, we will come back. Thanks for everything.
20/08/2024: Unfortunately I cannot separate hotel reviews and restaurant reviews..
I didn't have the opportunity to stay at the hotel but then the restaurant, nothing to say.
Pleasant and attentive waiter, as well as the welcome in the hall.
As for the food, simply a treat.
What's more, the dining room is very pleasant :)
I can only advise!

15/08/2024: I went to get an ice cream for €6, paid by credit card from €15, I found myself having to take a Coke by force because they will only accept my card if I take an extra Coke. It doesn't stop there, the coke that I was forced to sell has expired for 4 months, it was vile (it's mid-August 2024)

29/08/2024: Simple place to stay and affordable booking in advance. Rooms are outdated and basic,but service is great and the bar downstairs has good prices (for the area) and good music and pub ambience in the heart of Les Halles

01/09/2024: Un lieu très agréable où l'on peut admirer les trophées d'un des plus grands champions français.
Le service était irréprochable, et chaque plat, plus délicieux que le précédent, a été un véritable régal.
Vous l'aurez compris, nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel et recommandons chaleureusement 'La Table de Mon Grand-Père'.
27/08/2024: allergic to nuts, I specified this to the waitress even before ordering the dishes.
first bad experience the hot starter was served to me during the aperitif which did not allow me to enjoy my margarita quietly and enjoy my hot starter as planned. I had also specified to the "sommelier" that I wanted to follow the tasting of the dishes with wine in the glass - which was not the case.....
for dessert blueberry tart from the first bite I immediately felt the taste of fine... the waitress had done her job well because it was specified on the voucher my intolerance I site Mr. the director: "this lack of communication" would have could be dramatic!
in order to apologize, the manager gave us a discount on the room but I still paid for the menu in full....

15/12/2024: A good time in a good restaurant in the mountains. The prices are affordable, the food delicious, the waiters adorable and super efficient, the warm decoration.... stop by!
08/12/2024: Hicimos una reserva para las 21:30 después de reconfirmar dos veces esta reserva. Cuando llegamos, nos dijeron que teníamos reserva a las 18h diciendo que era error nuestro con muy malas maneras. Igualmente nos sentaron para “hacernos el favor” y finalmente nos dijeron que debíamos irnos de manera arrogante y que no nos iban a servir. Uno de los camareros ni siquiera hizo el esfuerzo de hablarnos en inglés/español, únicamente en francés aunque le dijimos que no le entendíamos.
En conclusión, nunca había visto un trato tan desagradable en un restaurante. No lo recomiendo a nadie.
Hay restaurantes mucho mejores y con un trato exquisito a tan solo unos minutos andando. Si buscáis una experiencia agradable, sin duda no vayáis a este restaurante.

15/09/2024: To be able to eat there, we would have had to not have been kicked out despite having a reservation!
In fact he had placed us on a very small table in the way of the toilets and the kitchen and a wall, after having pointed out to them that it was difficult for us to sit (it was really uncomfortable and embarrassing), we were offered (to do…) to go to their colleagues!
Thanks to colleagues elsewhere in the ❤️

29/08/2024: A nice place, summer and winter after a nice hike or a morning of skiing. Ideally located in Arc 1600. Super helpful and friendly staff and varied and very well prepared dishes. I recommend with my eyes closed!
14/08/2024: Very nice location and practical for children (there are self-service toys).
Very good barbecue cuisine in summer (pork ribs with mustard sauce) and salads.

28/06/2024: My husband and I stayed at this beautiful resort the last week of February, 24th-March 1st 2024. This was a second trip to The 3 Valleys. Our first trip we stayed in Courchevel with our children. This 2nd trip was just the two of us and we wanted something different. Meribel and L'Helios Hotel and Spa DID NOT DISSAPOINT!!!
From the moment we walked through the doors into the lobby, we felt loved! The staff was beyond friendly, kind and helpful. Going above and beyond the entirety of our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely. I liked that it was a smaller resort because it never felt crowded and the staff had a way of making you feel as if you are the most important guest. Our room was gorgeous, with a king bed, private bathroom, very spacious room, balcony - south facing slopes and mountains. Breakfast was included with our stay. We rented our boots and skis at the hotel pro-shop, again the staff was beyond helpful! Every morning our equipment was out and ready to go. Ski in Ski out made it very convenient. On the last night, my husband and I ate at the hotel restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Michelin Star worthy!!
