21/01/2026: An absolutely exceptional stay in Beaufort! We were a group of six friends in this mountain refuge perched at 2,000 meters altitude, and the experience far exceeded all our expectations. Being able to ski and snowboard all week, being the first on the slopes each morning, is a rare and unforgettable luxury. The conditions were simply ideal, the setting incredible, and the atmosphere magical. The food, entirely homemade, was delicious and comforting after wonderful days in the mountains. A huge thank you to the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness, which greatly contributed to making this stay unique. If only Google allowed 6 stars, they would be well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

25/03/2026: A truly wonderful place for lunch or dinner. A very nice menu. I have a particular fondness for the excellent veal chop. Friendly and professional service. The highlight of the place is probably the best selection of Chartreuse in the region; the owner is a specialist and will give you an exceptional description of these bottles.

24/04/2026: A very warm welcome, smiling and very professional. Lunch this Friday, set menu: Chicken Breasts. Starter: gazpacho with a soft-boiled egg, very refreshing and appetizing. Main course: Chicken breasts and dauphinoise potatoes. Excellent. And a small creamy fromage blanc to finish. Very good value for money. Honestly, nothing to complain about. 14/03/2026: A mountain restaurant in an authentic and elegant setting, the welcome is stiff. As for the food, the menu is simple, the dishes are typical and local, well-prepared and tasty. The prices suggest a more gourmet experience. However, this is home-style cooking with simple bistro-style dishes, "just like at home," without any innovation or attempt at original flavor combinations. No surprises in terms of taste, no added gastronomic value. For example, the rib of beef: The weight is not given, the cut is not presented before cooking, the breed of beef is not indicated, and when the information is requested, the response was: "Uh, I think they're local cows... they're 'Charolette'..." This neglect of the product clashes with the stuffy atmosphere of the service and especially the price: €140, advertised for three people, when the portion served is barely enough for two. In short, a restaurant with gourmet airs and prices, serving food worthy of a good neighborhood bistro.

14/05/2026: An absolutely exceptional experience at the French Coffee Shop! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The atmosphere is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you really want to come back. The drinks are simply amazing: perfectly prepared, generous, and delicious. Special mention goes to the quality of the ingredients and the flavors that truly make all the difference. It's the kind of place where you come for a coffee and end up wanting to stay for hours because you feel so comfortable. A real gem! For me, it's without a doubt one of the best coffee shops. I recommend it 1000%, go for it without hesitation!

14/05/2026: The concept of having to get your own drink when there are no customers... Not great. The drink itself was good, though. The seat wasn't very comfortable for working.
