27/01/2025: Having heard about this restaurant from acquaintances, I decided to try it by having a takeaway meal. I had two burgers, one of which was on the menu with fries without a drink and also a homemade sauce. It cost me a little over €20. Positive point: The burgers and fries were good (the strong point of the burgers are their sauce and the fries were very well cooked). The presentation is really inspiring. Negative point: the quality/quantity/price ratio. Let me explain: when I order for more than €20 including a menu for more than €13 which does not include a drink, I expect the burgers and fries to hold me back which was not the case. case here. And again by luck and greed, I had a second burger which cost 7€ which also left me hungry. And when I say that, it’s because I was still a little hungry, but also the desire for more. In addition, when ordering from specified via the order terminal that I did not want a product in a burgers, but this request was ignored. In summary, the burgers are good, but for me we need to review the size of the burgers and the portions for this price. Ps: I compare my order to other restaurants specializing in burgers in Chambéry and no, not well-known fast food chains.

16/01/2025: I had a hash brown burger. It really wasn't very good. Not friendly, unheated restaurant, smell of bad frying, no soap in the toilets, very expensive for what it is. I wanted to try and it did. You can find much better for less in Chambéry.

23/09/2024: €27 for two for two pizzas, an acceptable price if it weren't for the fact that: The worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life, worse than the frozen ones, furthermore, 3 cheese pizza, with the presence of very little cheese, pasta that isn't leavened at all and doesn't It didn't even look like pizza dough, not much seasoning and I'm in the center with four fingers of undiscovered space.... It's the first time in France that I don't love pizza! I usually like cheese pizzas in France more than those in Italy! Furthermore, if I saw other dishes passing by, it would have been even worse! Draw your own conclusions!

24/06/2025: This establishment is clearly designed for a British clientele: everything is in English, from the staff to the menu. We probably wouldn't have gone if the bar weren't located right at the foot of the ski lift, making it very convenient after skiing. We had hot chocolates, which were decent but nothing special. The place does the job for a quick break, with good value for money, but don't expect a typical or warm mountain atmosphere.

26/10/2025: If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star. Catastrophic hotel, horrible welcome, cold room. We were told they were going to turn on the heating for the night, but it never happened. We weren't even given the bill. We complained dozens of times by every means: Booking.com, email, phone, nothing! Zero hotel, I definitely do not recommend it.

29/09/2025: It's located in a simply enchanting location, the rooms are clean and modern, the cuisine offers typical local dishes, and the staff is young and courteous, but completely disorganized. It's a shame, because despite being dated, the property has been partially renovated, and in my opinion, it has considerable potential.

03/12/2024: I'll start with the positive: I give 5 personal stars, the welcome, the breakfast, the maids...notably a lady with a short haircut and a dynamic young man. These are rays of ☀️ early in the morning. A little care. Nothing is missing in their presence. Smile, politeness, kindness!! Negative point: power outage, 1st floor bedroom, very cold floor, my son likes to draw and play on the floor, he ended up getting sick. Poorly heated room! We will offer you additional heaters. We have traveled (US, CA, a little in Europe), but for a 4 star it's a bit limited! We change rooms on the 4th, we are suffocating with heat, no hot water that evening, power outage throughout the host. Honestly, it’s a shame! The staff is very annoyed. We were housed by our insurance for 20 days due to a disaster.

03/12/2024: I stayed for work in room 420 and I don't recommend it at all, it's not my habit to post negative reviews, quite the contrary, but there... Arriving at the bedroom door, I'll let you see the photo... Poor wifi. To resolve these problems, obviously no hot water, I go to reception to raise the problem, there is nothing they can do apart from noting my complaint and that a technician should resolve the problem...

19/12/2024: I spent two magnificent weekends (in autumn and winter) in the beautiful Refuge du Roc located in the Parc de la Vanoise, which I discovered, a wild place as I love them. I highly recommend this place, where you are warmly welcomed by Alexandre, the refuge keeper, and Gaspard, and where you eat delicious and sometimes surprising dishes concocted by Bjørn, the chef. I plan to return to the shelter in 2025 for a longer stay!

14/12/2024: Simply came to have a butter and sugar crepe for 4.5 euros, I'll let you judge the result in the photo. This is not surprising when we see the perfect mastery of the food hygiene rules of this establishment: butter in the open air, the same for the pancake batter and the chocolate. I went to tell them that this seemed problematic in relation to food hygiene, I was told that they were up to standard and that they could not put the lid back on between two customers in the middle of a "rush" (1 customer every 15 minutes at 3 p.m.)

09/12/2024: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a galette and the quality was really poor: the dish lacked flavor, and the ingredients seemed not very fresh. The presentation also left something to be desired. In addition, the service was not attentive and not commercial. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment in Chambéry.
