12/05/2026: The welcome was adequate, and the service professional. The prawns were good, served with fries, carrots, mushrooms, and fennel. The only slight drawback: the "gourmet coffee" was lacking in generosity. It was too light: a chocolate verrine and a meringue, lacking the visual appeal to end the meal on a pleasant note!

25/03/2026: La Bouitte has been a huge favorite of ours during our getaways over the past few years. La Bouitte embodies the art of living, of hospitality, of being fully present in the moment. Everything is perfect: the house is so warm and tastefully designed, the staff is incredibly kind, the Meilleur family is so attentive and approachable, and the restaurant was, for us, the best we've ever experienced. The raw ingredients are so expertly prepared that they give you goosebumps, a return to the essentials on the plate—what a wonderful evening! We rarely return to hotels we've already stayed in because we love discovering new places, but we will certainly be returning to La Bouitte again and again in the coming months because we dream about it every day! 23/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at their restaurant. A lot of hype for very little. Uninteresting dishes. You feel ripped off. Doesn't deserve a star!!! My worst Michelin-starred experience.

09/04/2026: Great après-ski pub! 🍻 The atmosphere is fantastic, especially at the end of the day with the music and the energy building quickly. The staff are friendly and efficient despite the crowds. Do we look stressed? Not at all! 🤣 🤣 🍺🍺🍻⛷️🎿🏂 Perfect for having a drink with friends and enjoying a festive atmosphere after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend it!

06/12/2025: We went in the summer, on our way home from the Alps by motorbike... The place isn't luxurious, but the setting is unique. Absolute tranquility. Very clean and comfortable shared bathrooms. Our room had a bathtub and sink. Many thanks to Teo for his hospitality. We arrived in our rain gear completely soaked, and he let us undress in the lounge, where it was nice and warm from the fireplace. You can also read Nacho de Rivas's review. 25/03/2026: The service was very pleasant, and if you're careful, the prices for Méribel are very reasonable. The fondue and pizza were delicious. The 3.8-star rating is very harsh; 4.5 would be more appropriate.

14/06/2026: We made a reservation for my dad's birthday and were delighted with our visit! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the lakeside setting gives the place a special charm. I had already been here for coffee and I'm so glad I discovered the restaurant; I'll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team.

14/06/2026: There were four of us on the terrace. The dishes were varied, generous, and delicious. Attentive service, a view of the lake and mountains—everything was perfect. This was my second visit, and I'm just as satisfied as before... See you soon for my third visit!

23/04/2026: We had booked for 10 people for 3 days before the restaurant closed. When the (incredibly arrogant) waitress came to take our orders, she simply told us that there were only 3 fondues left. The staff was incredibly dishonest, as they should have mentioned this when we made the reservation by phone, especially since the restaurant is supposed to serve Savoyard specialties… This same waitress then mocked us as we were leaving, laughing and saying "unbelievable." In short, dishonest and disrespectful staff; avoid this place!

13/04/2026: Crazy man. He shouts at customers looking at the menu on the patio. The children are deeply disturbed by such behavior.

16/05/2026: We were very disappointed during our visit. The frosty welcome and the waitress's behavior set a very unpleasant tone for our meal. The manager clearly didn't understand customer service. As for the food, it was completely unsuitable for the price: the dishes served were of very average quality for such exorbitant prices. Méribel's reputation doesn't justify such blatant neglect of customers and the quality of the food. Despite being regulars, we won't be returning.

16/04/2026: We come in summer and winter, and throughout the seasons, everything is always perfect! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Whether with family, friends, or as a couple, I always have a wonderful time! As for the tables, it's hard to rank them, they're all excellent! Thank you, thank you to the team!

08/05/2026: The alarm went off twice, very shrill and unpleasant for several minutes; a small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated! Plus, I didn't like my meal!

03/05/2026: I made a reservation several days ago, which was confirmed online for 5 people this evening. However, we discovered that the restaurant was closed. Unacceptable!

17/04/2026: We'd visited this place before and had fond memories of it. The welcome was excellent, the waitresses very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. No complaints whatsoever; we'll definitely be back if it's still open next year, as it seems it will be demolished... a shame, because the mountain decor was lovely.

22/03/2026: Despite the crowd, we received a very warm welcome and had a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. We ended up spending three hours in this bar/restaurant, which was much more pleasant than being stuck in traffic on the way back from skiing.

25/02/2026: There were six of us, and we were lucky to have booked the day before. The welcome and service were impeccable, and all the dishes were excellent (the porcini mushroom sauce was amazing!). A lovely mountain atmosphere; hikers cross paths with or join skiers, and it's accessible even to beginners. Don't change a thing! And don't give in to the trend of deafening music! You'll always have delighted customers!
