14/01/2025: Very friendly staff, nothing to say I recommend this establishment

11/01/2025: For a pizza order including two pizzas with speck ham, the two pizzas were provided without speck ham even though it was the main ingredient of the pizzas. The restaurant absolutely did not warn us of the absence of these ingredients. Forgetting one pizza can happen, but forgetting the same food on two different pizzas is certainly not a coincidence. So I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

28/09/2025: If you rent the 25th Cret de l'Ours, run away. Apartment full of dust mites, dirty, no TV, no Wi-Fi, the sofa is dirty. In short, 700-800 euros for this accommodation, I might as well tell you that you're being ripped off. It's the worst accommodation in the entire resort and the owners aren't changing anything (review from the resort and former managers).

24/12/2025: The food isn't the most sophisticated, but it's very good. We dined in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The fondue bourguignonne was generous with homemade sauces. A very good restaurant that has managed to retain its charm!

30/01/2026: A restaurant on the outskirts of town, but popular with guests of the 3 Valleys ski resort thanks to its magical location. However, I was very disappointed by the food, service, and welcome. Upon arrival, I hoped to be able to eat comfortably by removing my ski boots and replacing them with slippers provided by the restaurant, as is the case in some restaurants of this caliber in the resort. The response was that you could buy them for €19. They don't lend them out. Nice when you're spending at least €70 per person. When ordering wine, the waiters were completely lost with the wine list. The local trout on the menu was replaced with tuna (not local). The €39 forest pasta was served with button mushrooms! And pumpkin. Overcooked! A few chanterelles (which were in the fondue) would have been a nice touch. The gourmet coffees were excellent. The waiters looked very tired... lots of mistakes. Fortunately, the setting is magical and perhaps justifies the prices. But since it's often fully booked thanks to the instructors, you might as well take advantage of it.

30/01/2026: A unique experience in this superb restaurant nestled in the forest. The staff was incredibly attentive. The cuisine was delicious and elegantly served. We were delighted with this discovery.

27/01/2025: Having heard about this restaurant from acquaintances, I decided to try it by having a takeaway meal. I had two burgers, one of which was on the menu with fries without a drink and also a homemade sauce. It cost me a little over €20. Positive point: The burgers and fries were good (the strong point of the burgers are their sauce and the fries were very well cooked). The presentation is really inspiring. Negative point: the quality/quantity/price ratio. Let me explain: when I order for more than €20 including a menu for more than €13 which does not include a drink, I expect the burgers and fries to hold me back which was not the case. case here. And again by luck and greed, I had a second burger which cost 7€ which also left me hungry. And when I say that, it’s because I was still a little hungry, but also the desire for more. In addition, when ordering from specified via the order terminal that I did not want a product in a burgers, but this request was ignored. In summary, the burgers are good, but for me we need to review the size of the burgers and the portions for this price. Ps: I compare my order to other restaurants specializing in burgers in Chambéry and no, not well-known fast food chains.

16/01/2025: I had a hash brown burger. It really wasn't very good. Not friendly, unheated restaurant, smell of bad frying, no soap in the toilets, very expensive for what it is. I wanted to try and it did. You can find much better for less in Chambéry.

26/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, which is well worth a visit. The establishment is very well run, and the food was high quality and served professionally. We will definitely be back very soon, even if it means going out of our way.

25/01/2026: New owners since Wednesday, December 10, 2025: the three Brown brothers have taken over the restaurant and bar with the goal of improving the welcome, service, and quality of the food. The mountain burger is really good, as are the fries and homemade mayo 😋. We'll have to go back to try the rest of the menu.

03/01/2026: We loved the salad with the dirt! We pointed out and returned our four unwashed Caesar salads, and they all came back in the same condition. When we complained again, the waiter's comment was, "Just eat it anyway!" We ended up ordering something else. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

23/12/2025: How can I put it... I've never seen anything like it in my life. If someone had told me it was a hidden camera prank, I wouldn't have been surprised. The service was appalling. The waiter was nonchalant, shoulders hunched, shuffling his feet, not a smile, and genuinely gave the impression that we were bothering him. He openly made comments about our dietary habits (in this case: vegetarian). The food was disgusting, without being vulgar. Sausage and mashed potatoes (yes, that's how it was described), the large, poorly thawed sausage placed like garbage on a gross mound of mashed potatoes. 😅 Even our children eat better at the school cafeteria. So, a word of advice for the curious: turn around and leave. A word of advice for the managers: find another line of work.

02/01/2026: The snack bar/restaurant is very well located, right at the foot of the Vallandry gondola lifts, which is really convenient. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making for a pleasant experience. However, the experience is clearly marred by the owner's attitude, whose friendliness seems to depend on the payment method, being noticeably warmer when paying in cash. It's a shame, because the establishment has some real potential.

01/01/2026: What a sad end to the year. The service was appalling. There was a long wait before we even ordered, and then our order was refused because we were sharing a table with friendly hosts. My grandson doesn't understand why he was asked to leave.
