18/04/2026: A very bad experience. The service was mediocre, completely unprofessional, even disrespectful. The food was equally mediocre. The starter was an Italian salad with a lot of lettuce and three slices of pancetta… The main course was fried cod, the fries were reheated and arrived lukewarm, and the cod was very salty and swimming in water… I will never go back! I do not recommend it.

19/03/2026: Two days spent at Les Carlines and nothing to complain about, the rooftop was even better, matured rib of beef, attentive service, thank you to Sonia and Vico for this warm welcome and top-notch service, I highly recommend it!!

11/04/2026: Horrible service , the food in the main restaurant is terrible and the service in the restaurant is teribble! The rooms are not that clean. They didn’t add more towels when they were all used. The room was soooooooo hot, the bed is uncomfortable and so are the pillows. In breakfast they charge you money if you ask for fresh orange juice, in the half board they caculate at dinner what you order and the if you exceed 65 euro per person they charge you extra. The only good thing I have to say is about the ski shop - Andy was so lovely and gave us the best service. Bottom line this is not a 5 stars hotel

07/04/2026: Great experience despite reading the mixed reviews. The staffs and conceige were all very friendly and approachable, we had a great time with gd memories of our stay Heated ski lockers and ski in/out was super convenient. Not to mention the ski rental is just beside the lobby. Special mention to the one of the conceige staff ( a young guy sorry we din get his name ) who assisted my hubby with the winter socks for our rental car. He even gave us 2 bottles of water for the road. These kind gestures meant so much to us. Oh the free shuttle to town and back were such a nice touch esp on snowy days. Thank you Altapura for adding fond memories to our French alps adventure. Hope to be back in near future as we are from far away Asia.

30/04/2026: We were passing through and made a special detour to eat here. Unfortunately, we arrived an hour before closing time and couldn't order anything anymore. That was disappointing, especially since we had deliberately chosen to come here. Perhaps it would be better to communicate this more clearly to customers.

17/03/2026: There were nine of us, two families with young children. They told us the kitchen closed at 2 pm. We told them it was 1:35 pm. Then they said they had closed the kitchen at 12 pm, about an hour and a half ago. So we went inside and there were people eating freshly made savory crepes. We don't understand why they refused to serve us. They weren't friendly at all either. Goodbye!

31/05/2026: Hello, following my visit this lunchtime, we were very disappointed with the dessert service. When I ordered two scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, the waitress served me by throwing the spoons and placing the ice cream down rudely and unpleasantly. I politely told her that the whipped cream was missing, and she took the ice cream back while giving me a dirty look. I waited 5 minutes, no problem, it was busy. The waitress came back, placed the ice cream sundae on my table without a glance or anything, and gave me the wrong sundae. So I saw another waitress, very polite, no complaints there, who told her she had made a mistake and went back to get the correct ice cream. I waited 10 minutes... She came back, placed the sundae down, and left. This time it was the right one, except it was completely liquid... And I had to pay full price for it. I won't hide the fact that the waitress was wearing a black dress. Please do something about this waitress, as it's not the first time this has happened to me, and it's always the same one... My friends and family don't want to eat there anymore because of her. Otherwise, the other servers are great. And the food is excellent. Please don't change anything except this one detail. Thank you for your understanding.

30/05/2026: On this thirtieth day of May, at noon, I arrived here in the company of my dearest friend. I greatly enjoyed the cuisine, which was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the peaceful atmosphere added much comfort to our meal. I thank Lady Mathilde for her courteous and diligent service, which was worthy of the finest taverns in the kingdom. And a thousand thanks also to Sir Alexandre, who was kind enough to offer us our strawberry diabolo. May his generosity be praised far and wide! I highly recommend this fine establishment to all travelers seeking good food and pleasant company. 🐉🎲

Directly on the Route des Grandes Alpes, quiet and close to nature. 🍳 Breakfast & Restaurant: The breakfast is plentiful, fresh, and flavorful – ideal for a pre-tour refueling. The hotel's own restaurant impresses with excellent cuisine and regional quality. A real treat after a long day in the saddle. 😊 Service & Hospitality: The friendliness of the staff is particularly noteworthy. Additional requests, such as an extra blanket, were met promptly and easily – you feel welcome and well looked after here. 🛏️ Rooms: The rooms are rather small and rustically furnished, but very clean and well-maintained. Those who appreciate cozy and authentic surroundings will feel at home. The wood paneling gives the hotel an alpine charm. ✅ Conclusion: A family-run hotel with an excellent location for active athletes and nature lovers. Friendly service, excellent food, and an atmosphere that invites you to return. A real insider tip for road cyclists.

16/09/2025: Very quiet, clean, comfortable. The food is of good quality and the breakfast offers a very varied buffet. Very well located for those who want to hike and especially go around Mount Thabor. Highly recommended!!!

23/02/2026: A fantastic and cosy restaurant located at the top of the first lift. It offers a small but well thought out menu, that has clearly been mastered over years. Whilst the food was expensive (simple yet delicious) the flavour was well worth the cost. The only caveat is the restaurant is small and very busy, so if you go as a small group you will most likely be sat at a table with other guests.

21/01/2026: A break at this restaurant is a must after a few runs down the slopes, to enjoy a generous croziflette or some incredible Thai ravioli. All served by a super friendly waiter in a very relaxed atmosphere... I'll definitely be back soon.

05/04/2026: Meh! Apart from the location (right on the slopes), everything else is mediocre! A lasagna with two sheets of pasta and a spoonful of Bolognese sauce, a hard and barely filled croque monsieur, and burnt fries... The value for money is disappointing.
