04/07/2025: During a business trip, we booked a room at this hotel for its proximity and convenience. The room was functional and standard, suitable for one night, but a small refrigerator would have been appreciated, especially in the heat. We had been proactive in asking if we could check in a little early, as we might arrive very late. The staff was very understanding and accommodating, which is worth noting. However, a mistake was made when giving us the card: the wrong room key, which prevented us from entering. We had to contact reception to have someone let us in. Another small drawback: breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m., which is a little early, especially for a hotel. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. and everything was already tidied up. Fortunately, upon our departure, we were kindly offered a croissant and a pain au chocolat, which we greatly appreciated. In summary: a practical hotel, with a good welcome despite a few awkward moments. Suitable for a short business trip.

01/07/2025: The young man at reception did everything he could to help us and resolve a problem with a door and key that wasn't working. He was very pleasant and friendly, thank you. The room was clean and quiet, with excellent air conditioning. I recommend it.

11/04/2026: A great find at OBE Aix-les-Bains! I wasn't expecting to be so impressed by the quality. Fast service, friendly staff, and a great overall atmosphere. The dishes were really good, well-presented, and flavorful. It's a refreshing change from typical fast food; you can tell they've put effort into quality! The place is clean and pleasant, perfect for a quick bite or a meal with friends. I highly recommend it; a must-try if you're in the area!

15/03/2026: A nice place where we had lunch. The welcome was warm, and the food was good. Be aware, though, that you need to allow some time as the service isn't very fast.

25/04/2026: Small pizza and green salad were okay. The presentation of the Ardèche ice cream sundae left much to be desired... No slivered almonds and no little meringues... I had to ask them to correct this presentation oversight... The return of the Ardèche ice cream sundae was really poorly done! As a result, I prefer to go and enjoy one at a real professional ice cream parlor.

18/04/2026: A transformation from après-ski to fine dining! Sports TV off, à la carte on... fully booked, delicious, and unique. Good wines, great beers meet tasty food. A little playful and on the verge of being full. But exquisite! Not cheap, but high quality. Thank you

17/04/2026: Service without fault. Friendly and efficient staff, the nannies in particular were fantastic. Location great, 20m from Bruyeres 1 lift and the nursery slope. Hotel comfortable and practical. Rooms a little tight and dark (about which they can do nothing at all); all things considered, a genuinely superb package.

13/03/2026: Brilliant choice for a family ski holiday. Staff are excellent and really friendly. The kid's club staff were great and really enjoyed their caring duties with all the children, this made the whole holiday go smoothly, definitely recommended.

We enjoyed every bite from start to finish: the porcini mushroom fondue was absolutely divine 🤤, bursting with flavor, incredibly delicious… pure bliss! And the salad dressing… incredible 😍 Honestly, we'd love to know the secret, it was so perfect! A huge thank you to the waiter, who was fantastic: welcoming, professional, and super friendly. And the owners are simply wonderful, warm, and passionate. This is exactly the kind of place we adore, where everything comes together for a truly great time. We'll definitely be back! 03/04/2026: The steak was raw, the burger too, the vegetarian salad cost €2 less than the steak… after returning it to get the meat well-done, still no improvement.

We make it a regular spot every year, but how could we possibly miss out on Chef Koy's cuisine, the team's kindness, and Marilyne's generosity? The food is truly excellent, and the service is impeccable. Marilyne is a firm hand in a velvet glove; everything has to be perfect, but ultimately, that's also what makes it so charming, as no one is treated any differently. 07/04/2026: A must-try restaurant and bar for food, drinks, or snacks, summer or winter. The terrace is right opposite the children's ski lift, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. There's always background music playing at a comfortable volume. All the dishes are homemade using ingredients sourced from the local valley. Be sure to try their porcini mushroom fondue. The staff is very professional and friendly. Thank you!

23/03/2026: Surprised by how good the food is here had a cheeseburger and a beer and it was excellent 👌 and not expensive.
