13/11/2024: I went to Ernest and Valentin’s house today, and I was very disappointed by the welcome. Although I was visibly waiting, a saleswoman chose to serve another customer who arrived after me. This lack of consideration surprised me so much that I preferred to leave. I can't say if this was due to discrimination... Very disappointed with this experience with Ernest and Valentin.

10/11/2024: I went to the bakery to take my order from a waitress with a smile, polite who understands us, thank you Alexandra. Not like a young girl max 20 years old who was there in the evening doesn't smile, pulls her head, not even polite. Frankly unacceptable morning team more polite than the evening one I would return that in the morning I put 5 at the service thanks to the morning team of 10/11/2024 etc but if I could have I would have put 5 stars everywhere for the morning but not for the evening I don't know where he finds their employee but catastrophic for the young girl who worked that evening. Looks like she didn't want to work

04/01/2026: While passing through Val Thorens, we had dinner one evening with friends. We ordered pork tomahawk steak and lamb shank, and it was excellent. We had a very pleasant time with excellent service.

02/01/2026: Very unfriendly, the manager was extremely unpleasant. We ordered two glasses of wine, they "made a mistake," supposedly because we were young, and on top of that, they wanted to charge us for it. Definitely avoid this place.

29/01/2026: Very recently we went to this restaurant for a drink. My father started to eat a sandwich which he had brought with him. Almost immediately we were confronted by a man with a beret and a pointed beard who was very rude. He used a sexually charged derogatory comment.."if you go to a prostitute you don't take your wife with you" which I suppose is an analogy to taking a sandwich to a restaurant and not buying the available food. The situation quickly escalated into verbal threats, and we were ordered to leave the premises immediately. This action constitutes a serious breach of the basic duties of courtesy, respect, and professionalism expected of any establishment welcoming the public, particularly with regard to customers and tourists. There is no way that i could recommend this restaurant to any one in search of a good relaxing meal.

01/02/2026: I'm giving it two stars because the food was relatively good. But the waitress was incredibly rude to all the other customers in the restaurant. There are ways to say things. If you can't stand people, you should find another job, madam!

01/02/2026: Appalling welcome and nonexistent customer service. Arriving early, we simply asked to be seated for a few minutes while waiting for the rest of our table: flat refusal. We offered to wait with an aperitif: also refused. A haughty tone, an icy attitude, no solutions offered, and the distinct impression of being pushed out. If you can't treat customers properly, find another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

02/02/2026: This restaurant is really just okay for €27 for the XL burger and €24 for the standard one. The fries are frozen, the burgers are barely cooked, and the buns are neither warm nor crispy. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy, and we had to wait 15 minutes to flag someone down to ask if we could eat (it was 1 p.m. and they were open continuously) after the servers had walked past us countless times. Very disappointing indeed.

20/01/2026: Ordered a Best of 280 without onions and with a cheeseburger at the drive-thru. No line, so the staff weren't rushed by the crowd. I ended up with a 280 with onions and a McDonald's sandwich instead of the cheeseburger!! It's not that complicated!! The service was appalling; the staff seemed more interested in having fun than serving properly. And it's only January…

18/01/2026: This McDonald's is a disaster. We waited 35 minutes for a refund, even though there weren't many people there when we placed our order (30 people max). The organization is terrible, and the hygiene is appalling. It's high time management woke up. This place should be avoided.

25/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel for three days. The food on Saturday night caused food poisoning in 15-20 people. Everyone was sick, and we had to call emergency services at 6:00 AM. The crudités platters are suitable for a rabbit, but not for a human. The entertainment staff was very nice otherwise. 👍 We received no apology whatsoever for the widespread food poisoning.

24/01/2026: Excellent value for money. Located at the foot of the slopes, the ski rental shop is connected to the hotel's ski room. Perfect for those who don't want to walk in their ski boots. 5 days half-board was perfect. Nice bar and entertainment. Friendly staff. Dinners are decent, nothing special. Breakfasts are very good. The rooms are very nice. I recommend it.

06/09/2025: We came by chance because the restaurant across the street was closed. Honestly, we're going to have to rethink the kitchen; I've rarely eaten so badly in a brasserie. No flavor, no effort at presentation, and the prices are still high for what you serve. The seasoning is nonexistent, and the bill was just too steep. No interest.

17/08/2025: Slow slow slow slow slow. Here for lunch, we ordered 2 salads and 1 pizza. 1h and half and not getting our lunch. I normally do not criticize any place but this one is above any possible standard.

22/09/2024: After a first experience of poor quality (missing sandwich in the Drive order), we decided to give this Burger King restaurant a second chance. Unfortunately, we should not have granted it to them because the second experience was even worse than the first: error in two out of three menus, with sandwiches not corresponding to the order and at a lower price (therefore representing a financial loss for us) . Added to this is a generally cold meal, with fries that appear to be from the day before. In conclusion, a more than approximate order! We are shocked at the difference in quality between this Burger King restaurant and other Burger Kings in general.

22/09/2024: Saturday September 21 we arrive at 11:30 p.m. and we are kindly kicked out because the store is closed. However, the door and site close at 12 a.m., the manager is going to be upset and I'm going to report it to the regional level, it's abnormal.

01/01/2026: Last night, we finished our evening in a row, a group of six: four women and two men. We ordered a bottle of vodka. Since there were no tables, we sat down below, in front of the railings. Once we'd been served, we put our bottles on the ground to dance. One of the women in our group noticed that the group of young men sitting at the table above us had taken our bottle for their own drink. She called out to them. One of them pushed her. One of the men in our group was then informed, approached, and asked where the bottle had gone. They pretended not to understand. He got annoyed and grabbed one of them by the collar. One of his friends intervened. The bouncers arrived and escorted my friend away, who explained the situation and his frustration. They still decided to throw him out. So, no justice whatsoever. Twenty-year-old thieves were able to finish their evening peacefully, while we, forty-year-olds, were thrown out like dirt for asking to return what had been taken. No consideration whatsoever, a disgrace. Avoid at all costs!

19/12/2025: Beware, they dilute the vodka with water at the bar. Have a glass and you'll taste the difference compared to bottled vodka. It's full of kids inside, rolling around on the floor to 2010 music, the smoking area is packed, and the wait to be served is endless. It shouldn't be called the sequel, but the beginning.

21/09/2024: Les Plats proposés sont variés et délicieux. par contre l'hygiène est déplorable. le sol est crasseux . quand aux toilettes c'est l'apocalypse. Elles sont très sales. il n'y a pas de déodorant. Je pense que les responsables de ce restaurant ont le nez bouché.
