21/08/2026: The beds are very small, three people in the same bed! Not easy to go to the toilet at night. The comfort and food are below that of other refuges in the Vanoise, despite road access: a real shame.

25/08/2026: A lovely place, in a very pleasant indoor and outdoor setting. Good home cooking, with vegetables from the garden (the zucchini blossoms in fritters are highly recommended), eggs from the house henhouse, spit-roasted pig in the summer... Located in a beautiful spot.

28/08/2026: The welcome was appalling, and I mean it. You'll know who we are. Ignorance is the best response… And please, don't mention reservations when your tables are empty. We weren't the last, nor the first. We simply weren't welcome. Gastronomy knows no borders. A word to the wise.

The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and we were lucky enough to also enjoy a concert by the band that includes Brigitte's husband, who is also, if I'm not mistaken, the restaurant's chef. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in every sense of the word! The children loved the music as much as the meal, and we had a fantastic afternoon. A huge thank you for this delicious meal, your warm welcome, and this wonderful family moment. We'll definitely keep this address in mind!

17/09/2026: We stayed for quite a while waiting for the train. Breakfast was very good for a reasonable price: €6.50 for a generously sized drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, and pastries. The seats are comfortable. The waitress was really efficient. She had to manage everything herself, yet she remained smiling and pleasant with the customers despite the crowd. Just one small drawback: the building could use some updating—especially the restrooms.
